I have nothing but absolutely AMAZING things to say about this place! It was only recently that my physician introduced me to this pharmacy and I wish I had known about them A LONG TIME AGO!! I'm never turning back to drug stores. I told several hundred people today on a group chat about them today too that see the same physician I was so impressed! I am not in the DC area, however, that is where my specialist is located where I fly in see him a few times a year. No problem there! All of my meds are shipped to my doorstep in Illinois with just a few buttons I press on their app (for free). The longest I've ever had to wait for them is 2 days! This morning, I was switching to a medication due to a side effect to another one and I used their app chat (from the convenience of my bed) to ask all kinds of questions. I even asked a question about potency compared to my previous medication and I was given a calculation; one that all pharmacists learn, but never tell you or take the time to figure it out like they should. I was blown away!! I do everything on the app and I've only had to call once when I set everything up before I knew how to use the app. My medications are so much cheaper, and in the winter when there are huge snow storms or on days I feel like total trash I don't need to run to the store, I just break out my phone! A HUGE convenience! Everything always arrives securely, packed with care. It really takes a lot for someone or any company to impress me these days and I was impressed! I've been impressed since day one! Don't hesitate to try it out! They worst that could happen is you go back to your mainstream drug store, which I can say with confidence won't happen after you experience CaryRX. Another reviewer said, "Your life will be so much better". I agree 100%! Your life will never be the same. read more

The process for refilling a prescription is seamless. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. All pharmacies should look to this model of efficiency. read more

I had a sensitive question and got a really helpful and thorough answer, even though it was clear I was not going to be a customer. Five stars. read more

I used to love CaryRX. I probably told everybody about them. Here's the problem, they don't accept good rx. I understand they can make their own regulations, but getting medicine delivered is not worth potentially paying 10x more for a drug. They are also really strict with early refills, EVEN with the doctor okaying it. I do understand that because of liability and laws, but I typically have no issues since I've transferred pharmacies. If you're a person who doesn't need to worry about using good rx, or something similar the service would be great. I can't remember if they accept manufacturer's coupons, so that's something to look into. read more

I struggle to get my medication each month as it's highly regulated. It's an insanely frustrating process going through pharmacies and insurance -- it feels like I'm being punished for being chronically ill. After the third CVS this month said they had my meds in stock but were actually out, my doctor recommended CaryRx. Yesterday I signed up around 3 pm. By 3 pm today, I had my medication. My copay was correctly calculated within minutes and even though they were out of my medication, it was ordered within 24 hours. I almost wanted to cry. Healthcare is already difficult enough to navigate. This made it easier to meet my basic needs. I will be using CaryRx every month in the future. I can't thank them enough! read more

They are the best. I have been with them for a long time now. And they are very supportive and professional. I find them very caring. I love how when Covid started they gave me mask and hand sanitizer. That was very caring. I love my Pharmacy. This is a good place for me and if I move I hope to stay with them so I hope they deliver if I move. read more

CaryRX is amazing. After spending hours trying to track down prescriptions at CVS one too many times I was in search of a better option, and CaryRx has been the answer! Their mobile app is SO easy to use. Need to chat with a pharmacist? No more hours on hold, simply message them through the app and they respond within minutes. No more waiting for the notification that a prescription is ready (much later than expected), their deliveries are free (pay only a tip to the delivery person) and convenient and always arrive on time. This is what a pharmacy should be in 2021 and I will never go back! read more

I am impressed by CaryRx! I was definitely skeptical at first. I used my insurance's telemedicine app to get a consult for a sinus infection. I was stuck at my desk all day and instead of suffering, I decided to use CaryRX. It was as simple as ordering lunch delivery... I promise! If I need medicine in the middle of the day in a pinch, I know who to "call!" read more

One word...Awesome. Retail chain drug stores are a thing of the past and lack any resemblance of good customer service. Insurance mail in programs are completely devoid of any customer service. I am very happy to support a local business that actually knows how to do business in this competitive market. I'm sending all my friends and family. Thanks! read more

Truly awesome. Responsive, quick, reliable. This is the sort of innovative service that just makes life better.

The best thing to hit Pharmacies since medicine itself. How can you make medicine better? Get it delivered to your door, same day, for free! Best customer service, and they are right there, call or text to answer any questions you have. The app is super easy and they take my insurance. Super happy customer, and I let everyone know. Thank you CaryRx! I feel better already! read more

Excellent service! They make the experience much easier, from delivering meds within a few hours of the request, to handling the doctors and insurance. Prices are even lower than at walk-in pharmacies! Though the app has some bugs, the team has been very responsive (and very quick) to address things via the messages function of the app. They even sent me a pill cutter when I told them it was hard to cut one type of pill they'd sent! And they fulfilled my requests to send a different brand of a drug, as well as to discontinue putting paper inserts in my deliveries (to help the environment). Highly recommend! read more

Way better than waiting at CVS. Same day delivery all through my phone. Couldn't be happier.

Discovering CaryRx has been one of the best things ever! Everyone should use it. With basically zero effort on your part, they will work with your current pharmacy to transfer your medicine to their pharmacy. They will also contact your doctor to renew a prescription. You just add the prescription you need to the cart, they'll calculate the cost based on your insurance, and then you can choose three different methods for them to deliver your medicine - two are completely free. They've always delivered all my medicine on time, with no issues. Plus, if you have any questions, you can just message them through the app. They are extremely responsive and helpful. NO MORE sending my prescriptions to a pharmacy where I have to stand in line forever only to find out that they haven't filled my prescription. NO MORE annoying calls or reminders from the drugstore. NO MORE searching through WebMD to find answers about drug interactions. There is seriously no reason not to use CaryRx. Your life will be so much better. read more

Lyft, but for pharmacies. Amazon has been talking about getting into the pharmacy business, but Cary went and did it. I painlessly transferred all my prescriptions to Cary through their app, and can painlessly order through the app to get anonymous home delivery of prescriptions. Unlike CVS or Walgreens, their inventory is in stock; never had trouble getting next business day delivery to my apartment front desk. No lines, no waiting, no return visits, they handle the insurance. Instant chat with customer service representatives through the app--try and get CVS to answer an email. If these people offered Sudafed 12 hour so I never had to step foot in a CVS again, I'd give them six stars if I could. If you have more than one prescription to fill a month, you have to be a masochist not to be transferring your prescriptions to Cary immediately. read more

I transferred to CaryRx after getting fed up with long lines, long phone calls and no good communication from a well known pharmacy. I really thought it was too good to be true but it's completely legit! Fast response always has my medications and literally gets delivered same day FOR FREE if I need them that day! Also have had them sent in mail and came in a couple days! No more headaches waiting and waiting and waiting for responses and medications to come in. I will never go back. Thank you CaryRx! read more

CaryRX has truly improved my quality of life! They get the prescriptions right (unlike CVS), respond instantaneously to questions (unlike CVS), and bring prescriptions right to my door (unlike CVS). CaryRX has saved me countless hours and spared me the unnecessary aggravation (of CVS), and I'm SO GRATEFUL! (I put up the same review on Google because I love them so much) read more

Ok, gang. Going to the pharmacy makes me weirdly anxious. I feel like I never know how long the wait will be, if I go to Target, I spend a fortune while I'm waiting for my prescription to be filled, etc. This pharmacy is amazing. Your doctor can send them prescriptions or you can ask them to transfer over existing ones from your old pharmacy. Then, you can ask questions and get customer service support via typing on the app. They're EXTREMELY responsive and helpful. They can also request refills for you when it's time. Then, it's delivered to your door, same day. My prescriptions come in a box, sealed up, and the first order I made included a free welcome gift of chapstick and hand sanitizer. Cannot recommend these folks highly enough. read more

Love the convenience of not having to pickup medications. This is a game changer for me and my family.

Cary Rx was the answer to my prayers! I am a physician assistant working for a house call service. Getting prescriptions filled from the big box pharmacies for my patients was always tedious and frustrating. Everyone knows how grueling it is trying to contact a pharmacy by phone and especially when you are in a patient's home! I tried CaryRx. Wow! The service is spectacular. Not only are they prompt to answer the phone, they are unfailingly friendly and helpful. They take care of you. I have shared their app with my patients so they can take advantage of their great service and free delivery. Their approach is innovative--a virtual pharmacy--with free delivery and immediate access via app. I use them exclusively unless I my patients ask me to use a big box pharmacy. I recommend CaryRx to my patients, colleagues and friends and I hope whoever reads this will give them a try. read more

Great. Stuck in hospital post op and med I need is non formulary and hospital wouldn't obtain and I have no one available to bring it to me. CaryRx got me what I needed and was able to deliver within a day. Driver was patient in waiting for nurse to come to security desk and get it as guard would not accept delivery. CaryRx was great at communicating every step of the way. CaryRx has been a lifesaver several times through this illness and can't say enough good things about them or their ease of use for me and my physician. read more

I never take the time to write reviews, even glowing ones. But since CaryRx has taken the time to provide every service I have asked for, the time has come. Changing from prescription pick-up or any delivery service to working with Cary Rx and their app has restored my faith in humanity. They have gone above and beyond to transfer info for me, check-in with doctors on refill requests, modified orders at the last minute, have expedited orders at no charge, and provide the most convivial and professional discourse by text and by phone. Their response time is immediate. There is never any waiting. I just can't give these people enough stars! read more

I love having this service in DC!! So glad not to have to drag my feet anymore to CVS, stand in line (surrounded by other sick people) and receive sub-par customer service! I have now ordered twice with CaryRx, and will from now on! The service is quick, the customer service is superb, and I love that they are in step with today's world, offering an app where you can conveniently order. read more

Simply put, CaryRx is amazing. I can truly say that this company has significantly improved our lives, especially during the pandemic. In addition to the convenience, the customer services is out of this word great. We've been using CaryRx coming up on a year and had many many prescriptions filled, and I cannot come up with a single complaint. Is this the perfect company? Quite possibly yes! read more

The. Best. Not sure I'll be able to use any other pharmacy ever again. Seamless experience, and extremely (bold and underlined!) helpful pharmacists. read more

I LOVE CARYRX! I will never go to any other pharmacy ever again. This process was so easy and the service was so great... Instead of me having to constantly make phone calls to follow up, they were pro-actively following up with me and making sure that I got exactly what I needed WHEN I needed it and WHERE I was at that moment. Nothing could be more convenient. I'm a 31 yr old CEO and I work long hours and don't have time to hassle with transferring prescriptions but this process was so fast - on my phone - took less than 5 minutes. Best decision I ever made. This is the only Yelp review I've ever written. It was that good of a service I feel obligated to share with the world. Also very impressed with the packaging. Nice work giving the customer a great experience... My medication was wrapped up in tissue paper and they gave me a free chapstick and hand sanitizer in the box. Props to you, CaryRX, you guys are game changing. How do I invest?? read more

So you know when your doctor prescribe you Adderall and then you go to CVS they say they're out then you go to Walgreens they say they're out and then you go to a few other pharmacies and they all tell you that they're out and then they say he will have it in six days and we have to order it---- all that bullshit is over.... with Cary RX! No more waiting for scripts, waiting in line, waiting for a text from cvs to say your prescription is filled, no more pharmacy hopping, or playing telephone tag w your doc to see if script has been faxed in or filled.... Cary RX saved me all this time and I honestly have never been able to experience such a wonderful and easy way to get my prescriptions! Carrie RX saves me 3 trips per month of unnecessary bull shit that I don't want to have to do! The most important part is that Some of my prescriptions are very hard to find or I have to travel and go to like six or seven different pharmacies before I can find a pharmacy that actually has my medicine. CARY RX has basically made my life so much easier because now my doctors digitally send my class 1 scripts directly to Cary RX--- where I can get it delivered to my house--- or wherever I am at! Whether I'm at the gym, at work, a friends place or my own home! I get my prescriptions delivered for free the day of and within 20 to 45 minutes of my request! In the end this ends up saving about 5 to 6 hours per month for me because I don't have to waste my time going from pharmacy to pharmacy. The pharmacists Who work there are very knowledgeable if you actually go into their store--- and if not, using the app is very simple. The platform is user-friendly and The express shipping and the free shipping are actually both free! I was incredibly happy when I learned about this new service. Best. Shit. Ever. read more

A move from VA to DC prompted my search for a new pharmacy. I was appalled at the service given at my local CVS in DC. So, I got on the trusty internet for options and stumbled onto CaryRx. At first, it seemed like a dream, like the service was too good to be true. I waited for a few months before I posted a review. I wanted to make sure I could stand behind my words. CaryRx, has exceeded all my expectations. I have a choice of getting my meds through same day delivery or mail order. The customer service is amazing thanks to Areo and Kevin. I hope everyone tries them at least once. Its great to get an idea of the service we should be getting from our pharmacies, and not just settle for crappy service because we think that's just the way it is. They are re-imagining the pharmacy model and it's about time somebody did! read more

This is amazing. Within one hour after my doctor faxes my script its at my front door! No more annoying CVS!!

I've only dealt with chain pharmacies and stumbled across Cary bc of a pricey drug coupon that was only honored at "independent pharmacies." In calling in to confirm the coupon, the pharmacist was incredibly helpful in getting me the best cost (he called my doctor's office, the coupon customer service line and did research online to find better coupons). In the end, we landed on a generic that saved me a significant amount of money. Cary also uses a convenient app to order AND they deliver for free! Nowadays, customer service at that level is rare. I plan to be more of a regular customer. read more
