Went to the customer service desk today to purchase postage stamps; there were two elderly people…read morein line ahead of me. Serendipitously, one of them was an elder from my church. The woman in customer service was festively dressed with faux antlers and holiday earrings. With my church elder, who was purchasing power ball tickets, she was clearly perturbed. She was on edge with him and slightly disrespectful. He did not understand the payment arrangement; but she did not have to be so irritated with him. On to the next customer; it was an elderly woman wanting to cash in a winning ticket. The customer service woman chided the poor woman telling her that the ticket wasn't registered and she would be getting no cash payout. I seriously doubt if the customer even understood why she was not getting any satisfaction for her winning ticket. I did not like the way she was being treated. The process was laborious so I went to the express checkout where Tracey got me a book of stamps with no wait. She chuckled and shook her head with chagrin over the customer service woman's behavior. Anyway shame on her; she clearly needs an attitude adjustment especially at this time of year. Kindness goes a long way. Please respect our elders. They are people of value too.

My family has been going to the Walgreens Pharmacy on Port Royal Road in…read more Springfield for years. I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy and the people who work there. I have been to the other "big" pharmacies, and there is no comparison. The service here is impeccable. I rarely have to wait (which is important to me because my life is hectic and busy). When I walk up to the pharmacy desk, I am always greeted by name (as is each member of my family) before I even get to the desk! When special assistance is needed by me, they help me with a smile on their face. A large pharmacy I went to for years probably STILL doesn't know my name and always made me wait "2 hours." Not the case here. Khoa and Hue are both excellent pharmacists and SO friendly and helpful in every way. The front desk staff at this pharmacy are always friendly and helpful as well. It's so nice to feel welcomed, instead of feeling like a burden (like at other pharmacies). Highly recommend!

A good amount of the shelves were empty or near empty with product. It is also lacking on space. It is hard to browse when you are constantly having to say excuse me or excuse somebody to get by. If it wasn't for the convenience of the location, I doubt this particular store would be open long as a standalone store. Best thing here, allowing you to go from one floor to the next.

He shamed me for trying to use more than one $5 coupon at one visit to target. Yes you heard me, $5 coupon. Not $50, not $500 but $5. I have been to 3 other targets that allowed me to do multiple transactions with the rebate coupons. Mind you, I am buying $54 Enfamil containers of formula. But the man is most likely a woman hater and kept insisting that I should not be doing it and the other targets should not be allowing me to use multiple transactions for the formula. So this woman hater is telling me, my child who drinks 10 little cans or 5 big cans of Enfamil formula a month, I should space out my coupons every couple of weeks. That's so hilarious. Then why would Enfamil send 15 coupons that expire within a few months of receiving them. He would not let up, until I said I'm just trying to feed my child. I have never seen such a horrible customer service representative in my life. Not sure who he paid to become manager of this location. Rest assured, I will be mentioning this to all my friends and family to avoid this location as much as possible. What crappy customer service, disrespect towards woman and buying customers. I looked at the picture that she attached and it wasn't event the right color door, no clue who got that order. Customer service immediately reordered it for me and the order was delivered correctly within an hour. Today I ordered 2 18 packs of eggs, along with other items, when I opened the door I found the bags with the eggs had not been packed week and both cartons were on their side in the bag, when I picked the bag up, it was dripping raw egg everywhere, had to get a refund again. I have now switched to another nearby Walmart for my orders, hoping I will have better luck with their drivers.... This paying $10 a month for free delivery is becoming less and less convenient.
