Calamari salad
Felicity C.

Came here a couple of times for both brunch and dinner. Definitely recommend you to try dinner instead of brunch. Dinner menu is with much more options and you get the nice view if the Strip if you are seated by the window. Service is a bit slow, but the vibes are nice. The famous lemon shrimp pasta was just mediocre. The tomahawk would be a better choice. Multiple options of desserts and cocktails for a fun night. Must try the soufflé and they are not going easy on the alcohol if you are a lightweight.

So happy Giada's is staying in the new Vanderpump Hotel! It's such a beautiful space, and if you can get a table along the perimeter, the view of the Strip is amazing. The windows open too, which makes it even nicer. We shared the Caesar salad and a Roman pizza. I love that you can do half one flavor and half another. We went with truffle and arugula on one side and spicy calbrese with honey on the other. Both were really good. And the gelato and sorbet are definitely worth saving room for. The chocolate sorbet is a do-not-miss! The service was spectacular, the vibe was really nice, and sitting there overlooking the Strip made it such an enjoyable dinner. Would definitely go back.

Unfortunately, quite underwhelming. Of course with all Vegas restaurants, you are going to pay the price. But if we are paying top dollar, at least expecting high end quality and service. This experience was neither. I imagine there are better options on the strip

3.5 stars but can't give half stars Me and wife decided to give this place a try. We were a little concerned given reviews but a friend stated it was good. I'll start by saying the service was pretty good. We were seated quickly and the waiter came around regularly to check on us. We started with the focaccia bread. We both really liked it. For main I got the chicken parmesan and wife got the lemon spaghetti. Both were decent but not great. We shared the two which to me is how the spaghetti should be served not with prawns. The spaghetti by itself was a little much alone. Just to lemony. But the chicken helped that a lot. All in all for Vegas the meal was decent for the price. I would go back if I was with someone who really wanted to go but wouldn't choose this as a meal while in Vegas.

We had reservations and were seated shortly after checking in. We had a booth that faved the strip. When making reservations you would need to call and ask for specific seating. I had rigatoni bolognese. It had mushrooms and was delicious. My friend had the lemon pasta and caprese salad. She always orders because it has a unique lemon flavor. The caprese salad was also wonderful. We were served by a very nice waiter and it immediately got super busy. We had plenty of time to eat. Our drinks were delicious. You definitely can't go wrong if you enjoy Italian. I would recommend checking the menu prior to arriving so you have an idea of what to order.

If you're staying at the Vanderpump hotel, they have complimentary cocktail hour on M-W from 4-5pm. Just show your room key at the bar. However, we were not aware until after we finished dinner and our reservation was at 4:30 which would have made the cut. Disappointed that the hotel receptionist did not mention all the cool perks during check in and Giada check-in staff did not either. Our server was Victor and we denied cocktails because we were using our drink vouchers at Gigolo. He could have also mentioned at that time, hey you could get a complimentary drink at the bar right now but didn't. Anyways, moving on to food. We got the best seat in the house against the window over looking the corner of Las Vegas Blvd and Flamingo. Across from Caesars and diagonally from Bellagio fountain. Would have been golden during F1. They have a tasting menu for $99 for 3 course. He recommended if one person orders it, that everyone should get it so it comes out at the same time not that we all had to get it. Looking back, we should have done one tasting menu and then ordered additional since we were doing family style and just wanted to sample but not get stuffed. We ordered: -Signature lemon spaghetti w shrimp ($39.99) - exactly what it sounds like -Pappardelle bison bolognese ($35.99) - most proportion with meat -Creste de gallo alla vodka ($33.99) - can't pass on a vodka pasta, the pasta shapes were fun to eat -Broccolini ($15.99) - these were massive -Asparagus ($15.99) - garlicky, thick and crunchy I think we did a good job trying multiple dishes to see what the place has to offer but it's pretty average to me for an Italian restaurant with the celebrity price tag.

Wow they open at 8:30 for brunch! Stopped by then walked and came back to try it out. No regrets very nice staff Ian our waiter made very good conversation with us he was great! I ordered a lasagna but my husband took it from me so I ate his panini. I do wish there was meat in that lasagna that would be perfect if it did. Beautiful panoramic view! At the end they gave me a tiramisu sooo good! Best birthday cake ever! An after thought I recommend trying the pasta cause they make the noodles fresh sooo I'll be back.

We came here for an early Thursday evening reservation. We were seated right away. The waitstaff was very friendly and tentative. They had an extensive wine list as well as cocktails and mocktails. We started off with splitting the Caesar salad. It had a citrus flavor and was very good. For my meal I had the famous lemon pasta. It did not disappoint. The shrimp were some of the best shrimp I've ever had in my life. my spouse had one of the new pizzas. It was huge! He loved it. The restaurants itself is absolutely beautiful and cozy at the same time. You will get amazing strip views.

American breakfast and asked for pepper! So fun

Came for breakfast and it was delicious. Loved the open windows that made it feel like you were sitting on a patio and the views. Started with the bacon wrapped dates- so good. We ordered the eggs Benedict and the lobster hash. Highly recommend both. Our waiter was amazing and the pepper made for a fun moment.

As a huge fan of Giada De Laurentiis, I couldn't think of a better place to celebrate my 53rd birthday than GIADA in Las Vegas. Even though we arrived early, the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere with warm colors and great views of the Las Vegas Strip. Our server started the evening with a glass of champagne and gave us some great recommendations. My favorite dishes were the Spaghetti Limone and the Scallop Risotto. We also enjoyed the pizza, vodka pasta, and chicken parmesan. When our pizza arrived late, the staff brought us bread and discounted the pizza, which was greatly appreciated. A special thank you to the manager and staff for their excellent service. Overall, it was a wonderful birthday dinner with delicious food, great service, and beautiful views. A perfect way to celebrate turning 53!

GIADA is such a lovely restaurant for a memorable Las Vegas dining experience! The setting is elegant, and the atmosphere feels perfect for a special dinner or a night out with someone you love. I especially appreciate restaurants that combine beautiful surroundings with a welcoming feel. It's a wonderful choice when you want to dress up a little, enjoy a leisurely meal, and make the evening feel extra special. A beautiful addition to any Vegas itinerary!

It had been a few years since my last visit to Giada, and I'm happy to say it was just as delicious as I remembered. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between romantic and welcoming, making it an excellent choice whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying dinner with friends. We started with the Fritto Misto, which was fried perfectly and served with a flavorful lemon aioli dipping sauce. It was a nice change from the marinara sauce that most restaurants typically serve. We also shared the Caesar salad, which was easily large enough for two people, if not three. The lemon-infused croutons were a unique touch that I wasn't expecting but ended up enjoying. For my entrée, I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana. The chicken itself was delicious and cooked well, although I wish a little more of the oil had been drained before serving. Even with that minor issue, it was still a very enjoyable dish. I noticed that some reviews mention small portion sizes, but that was not our experience at all. Every entrée at our table was generously portioned and easily large enough to share. Overall, Giada delivered another memorable dining experience, and I look forward to returning much sooner than my last visit.

Yesenia E.

Wait time was minimal. Service was great. Tables were wobbly. Views were spectacular. Your shoe to sit and watch the fountain show and the Las Vegas strip lights. The food was great

Ask the Community - GIADA

Are kid's allowed now that Cromwell turned 21+ as a property?

We were able to bring our 2-year-old to Giada a couple months ago (February 2024), and no one said anything. They were actually very accommodating for him with a high chair and everything.

My Wife and I are dining with you in March. We've eaten there one time before and absolutely loved everything except for where we were seated. How can we go about getting a nice seating for 2? Lots of traffic where we were. Look forward to our return

If you're staying there or close by, I would pop in and just ask. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. If not, I would show up early and still ask if it's possible to be seated more out of the way as your preference. Enjoy your visit! We just…

Where is the best parking to dine at Giada's?

We parked at the valet. It may have been pricey, but because we spent over a certain dollar amount, valet was free. It's based on like a tier level for discounts on the parking. They will explain it all to you when you park.

What is the price of the tasting menu for 2023?

I believe we paid $120 per person and it was well worth it. We were there a few months ago.

Do they make pasta in a cheese wheel?

Yes, when we visited a couple years ago they created their cacio e pepe in a wheel of pecorino. It was outstanding.

Is paying extra for a window seat worth it?

We didn't pay for window seats, but we sat in the corner by the window for brunch. Didn't feel that much special. It might be worth it for a dinner service with a better view of the strip at night, but I personally wouldn't pay for it because I…

Is the dress casual?

Yes, you can be dress casual (jeans & polo shirt) to as dressy as you choose. I've even worn nice walking shorts and a polo shirt.

Are nice shorts and a button down shirt acceptable attire for dinner? Going to be hot while we're there, and not sure pants would be comfortable?

I have worn very nice shorts & a button down shirt when dining at Giada's before... believe it or not, I've even worn a nice t-shirt and jeans... you can dress up, or dress down.. that's what is so nice about it.. as long as you keep it Classy, you…

Regarding business casual - if you wear nice jeans do you have to wear a coat or will a button down shirt suffice?

Nice jeans will be fine, no jacket required. A button down shirt will be good. No flip flops!

Does Giada's serve a traditional Spaghetti and Meatball dinner? Don't see that on the menu (maybe I'm wrong) and that's what my husband would want

Hello Michelle, I can understand your question, liking that as well. Having been a customer of Giada's since she opened in 2014, I think at one time they may have had…

What is the current tasting menu price (Aug 2021)?

$109 for 4 courses. Worth the price to try some of Giadas signature dishes.

Are they still offering the Cacio e Pepe pasta dish in a cheese wheel?

No. They serve just the pasta in a similar sauce so they claim.mine was cold, taste blend and was horrible.menu was tiny n service bad. I was disgusted.

Is the restaurant still open or is it currently shut down?

Open and hoping to serve. See website for new hours.

Do you offer Gluten free pasta?

Hello Organic, to your answer ... yes we do offer Gluten free pasta! We look forward to serving you in the future. Thank you, john :)

I have severe seafood allergies, can I eat here?

They do serve entrees other than seafood, including beef filet, veal, and lamb.

We have a reservation today 12/24/19 for 4:30 pm but the hours say not open until 5pm do we need to change our reservation?

Hello Amy, today we will be open at 4pm. Merry Christmas to you and your family! Thank you, john

Are kids welcome?

Yes kids are welcome

Is there a happy hour?

Hello Megan, Giada's does not have a happy hour. Join us at Interlude Monday - Friday for happy hour from 9 AM to 8 PM. Enjoy vodka cocktails and beer specials for only $2 each... Interlude is a the main bar downstairs of the casino. Thank you, john

On a Sunday evening would reservations be recommended for a party of 2?

Depending on what time you go. I definitely made reservations and had about a 5 minute wait.

I noticed they have brunch? Where can I find the menu? Do they have happy hours?

Here's the brunch menu from their website! https://www.caesars.com/content/dam/dlv/Giada/Menus/dlv-giada-brunch-menu-012518.pdf

Went to Mother Wolf last night for my friends after wedding dinner. The place is absolutely stunning! Our service was very quick and very efficient. Our waiter was very informative, pretty comedic, and very attentive. Every single thing that we ordered was absolutely amazing. There is not a single complaint that any of us had on any food or beverage item. There were six of us in total and we ordered the following: 1. 2 SFINCIONE (we had the signature and one that was covered in a lot of herbs and spices. I had no idea focaccia could be this good. It was like a pillow, It was so soft and absolutely delicious. I'll never look at focaccia the same way again, my standards are incredibly high now. 2. BRUSCHETTA DI ZUCCA it literally tasted like Fall in your mouth, like the most perfect fall appetizer. 3. FIORI DI ZUCCA the thing that I was most excited to try... and it was literally like if a crab Rangoon and vegetable tempura had a baby and made it Italian. It was fantastic. 4. BURRATA E CRUDO I did not eat this, but I was told that it was amazing. 5. LINGUINI AL LIMONE (this is what I got) it was heavenly, some of the best pasta I have ever had in my life! I love lemon and garlic, and it was everything and more than I could ever imagine. 6. 3 RIGATONI ALLA CARBONARA I was told that it was absolutely amazing. 7. RIGATONCINI ALLA VACCINARA was also told that this was amazing. 8. TAGLIATA DI MANZO (I did take a bite of the steak and it was absolutely spectacular) 9. TORTA CAPRESE (that's what I got) it was on another level of heavenly goodness. The flourless chocolate cake was so moist and had so much flavor, such an amazing texture, kind of reminds me of a lava cake. The pears were perfectly soft and flavorful from the red wine infusion, and the stracciatella gelato was the best gelato I've ever had. I love that it wasn't too sweet, and just melts in your mouth. 10. TIRAMISÙ I did try a bite, and it was the best tiramisu I've ever tried in my life. 11. MILLEFOGLIE AL LIMONE I was told it was fantastic! 12. PERA SORBETTI you need to try this if you like sorbet and you like pears this is godly. I was blown away. 13. MENTA GELATI I was told that this was very, very good. 14. RUCHETTA (almost forgot the salad lol) Recommended to us by our waiter because he said we ordered way too many carbs (I didn't know you can order too many carbs at an Italian restaurant, but we learned last night lol) and needed to have some type of pallet cleanser between carbs and he was right because that was the best arugula salad I've ever had in my life. I didn't know arugula could be so delicious, the leaves were massive and sooo fresh. It was phenomenal!! All the pastas was made in house, they were super awesome about allergies and dietary restrictions. A lot of drinks and mocktails were ordered as well, the two mocktails that I had: CIAO CETRIOLO and SOGNO DI RUBINO were so good, amazing flavors, and so refreshing, absolutely love them. If you plan on checking this place out, it is on the first floor of the hotel near Gucci, in front of the casino. It was definitely an amazing experience and if you have the opportunity to check out Mother Wolf you should! I will never look at Italian food the same way again my standards are even higher than I thought they could ever be.

The beef is sliced paper thin, topped with mushrooms and toasted walnuts and a truffle dressing. It has a true melt in your mouth texture-so delicious. Next came the legendary spicy rigatoni vodka-this is Carbone's signature dish. The pasta is cooked al dente, which gives a great chew but the star is the sauce. Super creamy tomato forward with a sweet kick from the Calabrian chili in the sauce, they coat every pasta piece perfectly. Finally we got the Ribeye Diana dish. This was my third favorite dish of the night but not because of lack of quality but because of the high levels of the first two dishes. This was a ribeye cooked to a perfect medium rare and was covered in cacciatore sauce. The ribeye had a nice melt in your mouth texture while also having a rich Italian flavor from the cacciatore sauce. We were pretty full from our meal but that didn't stop them from giving us complimentary tri-colored Italian almond cake cookies to finish off our meal. That was a nice touch. One of the things I think that sets Carbone apart from other restaurants is the high level of service from the hostess to the bar staff to the waiter-all very high level. Carbone is just pure class and it's currently my favorite restaurant in Vegas. I look forward to trying this spot out again or maybe the new location located over at the Bellagio when I return for F1 weekend.

I ordered the $25 two course prix fixe. Numerous selections to choose from for both first and second courses. I chose a lovely mixed green salad and a caprese sandwich which came with fries for my second course. The salad which I was told was small was quite large. I ate 1/4 of the sandwich and a few fries, together with most of the salad. My friends ate a few fries also. So, I took home most of the sandwich and fries. Great value for $25. One friend ordered a short rib lasagna and the other had an Italian Cobb salad. We all enjoyed our meals. Ambiance is comfy and our server, JoJo, was very pleasant and accommodating. Will definitely be back. Also loads of free parking. Haven't been, but hear they have a very good Happy Hour.

Also loved the two owners, it's been a real pleasure getting to know them and have a chat, can't wait to meet them again . Veramente tanta roba

When we arrived, we were enthusiastically greeted by Emily, who wished me a Happy Birthday. My BF had spoken with her when making the reservation and mentioned how friendly she was on the phone. She definitely set the tone for the evening! As we walked to our table, Emily introduced us to the Executive Chef/Owner before we were seated. Augusto was our server, and he was great! Attentive, kind, and happy to answer our questions and offer suggestions. We started with the Caprese Salad, which was very good. We liked the presentation, as it wasn't the usual sliced tomato and mozzarella arrangement but instead was cut into medium-sized "chunks." We also ordered the Vongole Al Forno (baked clams), which had another creative presentation and was delicious. For my entrée, I ordered a special they were offering, a lasagne with a white truffle-style sauce, and it was delicious. My BF ordered the Cavatelli al Frutti di Mare al Forno Milano, a seafood pasta dish with shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, and more! It's baked in a red sauce and topped with a pizza crust, making it look like a giant pot pie. Augusto cut open the dish and removed the crust, placing it on a separate plate for my BF to use to scoop up the seafood and pasta. Such a unique presentation, and it looked and tasted amazing! They also have a nice wine selection, and we enjoyed a few glasses of a Pinot Noir with our meal. Before leaving, we checked out the outdoor patio overlooking the park. We really liked the vibe and thought it was a cool view. We decided we would definitely sit outside next time.
