Recently having gone back to a Plant-Based lifestyle, I was craving a good pizza yesterday. I placed my order online for future pickup, then arrived a few minutes early to pick it up. My order was ready at a reasonable time, but the only slightly bothersome part of the (very short) wait was the fact that they were playing death metal in the background...not my cup of tea, but each to their own. I received my order, which was still piping hot when I arrived home. The Snapcase Pizza was great, a sauce base of Buffalo and Boss sauce mixed, topped with Chick'n and Vegan Cheese. Perfectly cooked crust, and just the right amount of topping. The House-Made Vegan Mozzarella Stix were surprisingly good! Cheezy with a stretch, and a nice crispy breading. The May-Wah wings I ordered with the same sauce blend as the pizza, Buffalo and Boss sauce mixed. They were good, but slightly mushy. I also wish they came with more than two celery sticks! The dipping sauce was really good too! Next time I think I'll try the Jackfruit wings. Anyway, I had a great dinner thanks to New Ethic, and will definitely be returning soon! Highly recommended!

It's 2 miles from my house. My chicken sandwich had onions and no mayo on a stale bun. The cheeseburger plate came without mustard hot sauce or onions. Why did I go back? Because a group of 15-20 people walked in as I was ordering and I didn't want to wait forever for a very simple order that should have been at close to what we ordered. We've gone twice , the first time the wait was long and the was eh but I'll give a place another chance. I will not be giving this place a third try.

My only critique would be that the hot buffalo didn't seem very hot, which may of been due to there just not being a lot of sauce on them. Regardless still very good and I would get again. I asked if they could put bacon on half of it as I was gonna share with a friend, but they said they can't do that which was really weird to me. I really love the pizza though. It was super cheesy and creamy and the tomatoes were a nice touch. My friend got a build your own with pepperoni and a hot honey and she said it was really delicious. My sister got their pretzel appetizer and she said that was really good too. The inside was super clean and so were the bathrooms which is great to see! Overall, a really nice restaurant with super good food. I'm excited to come back again!

The deli meat and rolls have always been fresh, and the sandwiches have a good amount of "stuff" on them, whatever those choices have been. I have never tried any of their other options but they have salads, soups, some vegetarian options and some house plates that always sound good, but since I generally order delivery with work I have always opted for the sandwiches. Because I have ordered in, I have never visited personally, but I have quite a few coworkers who say it is a cute little spot and worth the stop. It is not super close to me which is why I like the delivery options. But I plan to visit when in the area!

If you order wine at the kiosk you need to flag an employee to check your id, and they enter a code. So if you are opting for beer or wine, I would suggest just going to the counter.
