Mold on a biscuits

_This location was HORRIBLE the food and staff. 1st on 3/9 I ordered the fam deal $35.99 12pc 3sides 6 Biscuits. I requested crispy they gave me original the chicken was tough the biscuits was tough missing gravy for my lg mash 3 bbq sauces. Soo.. on 3/10 I call the manager he said he would honor me a another meal and he was sorry. Get to the location to only be treated like I wanted something for free. And tell me I can only get 8 pc so I say ok. Get home the chicken is soggy and wet to find the biscuits with mold on it. Call store back to let them know they stated it maybe from the oven I stated back it's green then she said they are frozen I'm like you need to check ya BISCUITS Bi@TCH close this location the eff down. The worse close the whole company away. I will be call The Health Department.

I was born into a family that probably loves meat more than me. As a result, I occasionally get dragged against my will into meat dominated franchises such as KFC. Therefore, this is not a review based solely on the food, but instead the atmosphere, customer service, location and specials. This KFC was newly built, on Chili Ave, a few years ago. It is located directly on Chili Ave., but sits across from Hinchey Rd. You will see a small strip mall next to the restaurant. Upon entering, you'll notice that everything looks relatively newer. We went on a Wednesday and they are currently running a mid-week special for three pieces of chicken with a biscuit, mashed potatoes and a side of coleslaw for $4.99. On this particular evening, the place was packed full of people. We stood in line for about 5 - 6 minutes and then waited for an additional 6 - 7 minutes for our order to be completed. This seemed to be the average wait for each patron. We were even told by another customer that, "Wednesday's are always busy." I think that this could have something to do with the special they are offering. Customer service was pleasant and accommodated special requests. Overall, it seems to be smoothly operated, however we did have one small hiccup on our order. We requested two thighs and a leg and ended up with two legs and a thigh instead. This error could have been fixed by simply notifying them, but we didn't check until we had already exited the building. You will want to check your food immediately, prior to leaving to ensure that your order is correct. This KFC is owned by the same folks that own the one on University Ave., so there is a familiarity to this location. As far as the food goes, KFC is as KFC does and it's pretty standard for the most part. My husband personally feels that the chicken is too salty for his taste. This could be a personal preference. If the sheer number of people is any indication of good food, I will say that they had a very high volume of customers during our visit.

Bar-Bill East - Cajun honey butter bbq wings and medium wings

Bar-Bill East

We have ate here several times, both when busy (weekend) and during midweek for a late lunch. Love…read moretheir wings ( Hot!!!, Med-Hot-perfect amount of heat, and Cajun Honey Butter BBQ). Wife like the Chopped Salad (a half salad is enough to share). The atmosphere is sports bar, which is cool but it doesn't interfere with any conversations going on at your table. Our service has always been very good; our waitress let's us know where the kitchen stands with our order and was very quick with our drink order, they are always very friendly and quick to help. By the way we've been to Bar-Bill (East Aurora) which is always busy, so expect a wait, and Bar-Bill North (Williamsville, NY). Both are excellent.

We could not wait to try Bar-Bill East. It's in fantastic proximity to my son's college and we LOVE…read morewings. Last night was our first visit. Timing was perfect as we arrived at 730pm as the happy crowd was departing following a big Bills wins (we are Jets fans). Also, should be noted, we are avid MacGregors fans. That the "Hatfield's" to the Bar-Bill's "McCoy's" in the wing story here. Atmosphere was fun, bright, festive and really great to be a part of. Huge space. Terrific feel. Love the decor, the floors, the volume level, and even the plates, napkins and ketchup bottle on the table. Our service was good and even great at times. Maybe because it was after 730 on a Sunday and they were winding down after a busy day - but I feel like we got lost a bit from time to time - but when our server was around, she was a 10 out of 10. Excellent. We ordered their famous wings and two beef on Wecks. The sandwiches lived up to the hype. Can't wait to have them again. The wings were really good. Loved their sauces (we got hot, honey Dijon, and Cajun-butter-BBQ) with extra blue cheese. By the time we got our wings they were lukewarm and dry. They were definitely cooked long prior and then sat in the window for a time. Taste was delicious. No carrot or celery with the wings was a bummer. As were the 2oz soufflé cups of blue cheese. And they don't miss a chance to charge a dollar for each additional. I have no problem with the upcharge. Stuff ain't free. But a dollar for 2oz cup? That's fairly reasonable for 4oz. 2oz is greedy. Atmosphere - terrific. Service - good. Beef on weck - excellent Wings and blue cheese - good. I'll be back. But check out my MacGregors reviews if you want the best in Rochester.

We ordered our wings Garlic Romano and they brought up Sriracha Asiago garlic wings........HOT! The waitress was apologizing and ordered the right wings. The wings were the best I had. I was a bit disappointed in the rest as the onion petals were burnt and in the bottom of the basket was well done deep fried crumbles. The service was very slow and the waitress forgot 2 of our orders that we placed so it took a long time and we couldn't eat together. I ordered a burger medium and it was well done. I asked for mustard and ketchup and I ate half of my burger before she brought it and had to remind her again. They definitely need more servers as you can see she was the only one serving many tables and hard to keep up.

You might be tempted to drive right by Ridge Runners as it looks like a pretty straight forward roadside bar. Stop The Car! Just Stop! Go in and order a drink and the Spinach Artichoke dip. Enjoy that as you wait for one of the best steaks I've had in recent memory. Perfectly cooked, made with love by Dawn and Amy. On a Thursday add a Lobster tail and a side all for ..... wait......$25. I'm rarely speechless (as you can see from this review) but I was just that after eating my dinner tonight. Great friendly service. Blown away. Ate it too fast to take a picture.
