It was closed for renovations for a long time. Now that is open the car line for the drive thru is long. I went today and got a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, Mango Freeze & Cinnamon Twists. Two stars since the only expectation they met was my low expectations, so bravo I guess? Anyway, the Mt Dew Baja Blast Freeze was not on the kiosk, so we asked and the worker was like "oh that's weird I'll ring it up here then"...then once it's rung up another worker comes out to say it's broken. Ok, McDonalds, whatever. We'll just take a medium fountain drink then. We'll make it easy. Then our order is brought up like 15 min later (fast food???) and we are told we are all set...well, it's pretty obvious I'm missing an agua refresher I paid for. The worker points at the drink carrier, like it's there and I'm blind. I explain that it was never given to me and show him the receipt and the fountain drinks in the carrier. No refresher. He goes and makes it. Looking back, I should have known better than to leave without checking the bag, but we were hangry at that point so we went home with the imitation Mexican food that the teenager in our group wanted so badly. Annnnnd guess what - when we got home we are missing a $7 burrito that we'd paid for. (I double checked the receipt because maybe it wasn't on there but it definitely was.) I could have gone back but at that point I probably would have caused a scene bc I'm just tired and hungry. But what I learned is that I probably should have waited for the midnight shift with the stoners who wrap burritos like an art. Oh and check my bag before leaving. It's the closest taco bell to me. I have a love/hate relationship with taco bell. I hate it because 95% of the menu taste exactly the same. The line at the drive-thru for this location is so long at times. You would swear they are giving something away for free. But then I love it because once in a while, taco bell will unveil a new limited time only menu item.( that actually taste good!) like the new naked chicken chips. They are pretty much tortilla chip shaped chicken nuggets. They are the newest chicken nugget on the street. Not better than a Mcnugget, but you get a cheese dipping sauce with them. That might just make them AS good.( if you're in the mood for a different nugget) Also I love taco bell because they are the king of "signature" fast food drinks.( Which is basically a new flavored mountain dew) The newest mountain dew to date is a non-alcoholic "spiked" lemonade with a hint of Prickly pear cactus juice. It's amaze-balls. Wish I could have more than a sip of my bros, but I am a diabetic. Also the cashier made my night. Stopped here for a 9:30pm dinner after arriving in the Roc from TEXAS. The drive-thru line was huge so I went in. Staff were extremely friendly. Our order came out QUICK! No matter what time of the day it is, there is always an extremely long line at the drive thru. People love their Taco Bell! When I go I get the chicken quesadilla. I think the sauce is perfect and has just the right amount of spice. It is warm and cheesy and has tender chunks of chicken in it. They now offer a mini quesadilla and the size is perfect if you're looking for something small to snack on. However, it is very messy as they load a ton of cheese and sauce into a small quesadilla rapper. But if that's your only problem you're doing well! Sometimes I also get their crunchy tacos with no sour cream. these are also a nice size snack. It's great that they are open late night but that is only the drive thru. Their inside hours are only till 10 p.m. so it makes waiting in the drive thru line the only option. Everyone there is always friendly and the line is usually quick. read more

Not fast at all, and there's been a mistake in my order twice which given how long the line is, not sure how you get that corrected... I called back to let them know and all they tell me is I have to go through the mobile app to have the food that I'm missing reordered and they can remake it. The employees could tell I was less than pleased, but no one really cared. Talked to the Mgr (and I use that term loosely) outside. I was frank, but professional and expressed my displeasure with the service. She could have cared less and offered only excuses rather than finding out how she could have made me happy walking away rather than upset. I live right across the street from this Taco Bell and I swear this place has me BROKE. I literally eat here maybe 4 times a week. I've gained like 20 pounds ever since I've moved right next to the place. Rarely ever gets my order wrong. Staff is always awesome, although there is one blonde girl who is my favorite, I wish I knew her name. I love this Taco Bell like it's my own child. Came back after six months or however long it had been of not going. Much improved! Counter staff was courteous. The gentleman setting the orders up at the pick up station was personable. If the food even came close to the pictures, I'd be there every day. The only edible thing is the bean burritos. "Beef" at this location means greasy and funky tasting meat. The grease drips out of the hardly filled beef soft tacos and if you order at the drive through, be sure to check the bag. Twice I ordered a combo and ended up with burritos that hardly had any filling in them, folded over so much it was like eating a spongy shoe sole. Counter service is quite slow compared to other locations. Seating is comfortable. On average the staff attitude leaves a lot to be desired. A lot of disgruntled huffing and puffing goes on in the kitchen, in plain view of customers waiting for their food. read more
