This used to be a good Wendy's to eat at with a great manager, but no longer. The place is always dirty, it's not stocked and service is EXTREMELY slow (expect to wait 15-20 minutes just for a hamburger). The quality of the people hired to work here has dropped DRAMATICALLY. There was nobody behind us and we asked for a second to order, she rushed us to order and when we got up to the window she had three other girls back there with her. We asked her if we could have another fry with the order because she rushed us to the window, and She was laughing obnoxiously loud, I didnt get this girls name. So I just went in and ordered 10 piece nuggets with chili a salad and second chili. We waited 25-30 min at the counter, and want to mention it was no very busy. The place was dirty top to bottom most tables were dirty , the manager was taking orders and yelling at her staff and finding time to check her phone repeatedly and texting " on her personal phone" when I did get the food the salad was missing bacon and avocado and the nuggets were cold. so un professional and the worst experience I have ever had at a Wendy's. This place is horrible. The customer service is horrible. These people not only made us wait for 30 minutes and told us 6 minutes but then proceeded to tell us the order was fresh. Please if you want good fast food, don't order from here. It's not worth your time. Just do yourself a favor. I've come here 2 other times and my order has been incorrect each time. The franchise owner needs to wake up and realize that the past 11 other bad reviews are on here for a reason. Literally beyond disappointed and feeling scalped!!! Went through drive thru and ordered 1large peach sugar free tea,5 Baconators and a large water. Got 1/3 of the way home and decided to dig in, only to find they gave us 4 Baconators and a double stack at the bottom. Shading and very poor customer service. Then to top it off i called and it rang for 9.6 mins with no answer. Hung up and let it ring away until i got an answer. I let the manager who happen to answer what happened. He started off with," your probably home and dont wanna come back so...."~i interrupted with no actually just left a Md appt and need to take in food with the medication, and have no choice. The manager said," well come on back and we will get that to you fresh and how about a cookie for the inconvenience?" Are you serious??? This Wendy's is SLOOOOOW, no matter if you're at the drive-thru or going inside. If you are running late and can't wait, do not go here. I went this evening for a Frosty and a small fry and I was waiting in the drive thru-line for 15 minutes (and there weren't even very many cars in line).before I even placed my order. Then at the window it took three people - THREE! - to figure out how to work the cash register. i went through the drive thru waited for at least 10-15 minutes before i decided maybe it will be quicker to go inside i went in stated I was in the drive thru and just wanted my food the guy looked at me and I had to repeat my order 4 different times he said he couldnt hear me and i needed to talk slower I was talking loud enough for the whole dining area to hear me and slowed it down to snail pace and he just stared at me blankly. Having had to return my sandwich for a THIRD time due to it being the wrong sandwich, it was tampered with.
