The person taking my order got it wrong and i didn't know because they didn't read it back or say the total. I ordered a crispy chicken biggie bag thinking it would be the sandwich fries and nuggets and received two sandwiches instead , the crispy chicken sandwich that i said plain and received with lettuce tomato and mayo. I suppose this locations definition of fast food differs from the generally accepted expectations, especially for drive-thru customers. Fifteen minutes is pushing it. A lot. The one good thing I can say was that at least most of my order was correct. read more

This place is a nightmare. Ordered inside as drive through has been problem the past. First impression: the inside smelled of weed when you walked in the door. Stood there waiting with lots of noise laughing talking loudly until someone noticed me standing there and said " oh there's a customer standing at the counter". I then waited 12 minutes for my food: the chicken sandwich were bagged; then the fries that clearly had been sitting there for who knows how long. Oh, they forgot to cook nuggets ( overheard this comment). Then the bagged food sat there and sat there while the nuggets cooked. Horrible cold food...tossed tilt all but the nuggets. I don't know what the problem is here but management clearly is NOT paying ANY attention. This is hands down the worst Wendy's location in the US! The first red flag is the entrance is always locked with a sign stating "drive thru only!" Don't even bother trying this place at night. The last 3 visits we were told "their system is down" so they're unable to serve any food. Management and ownership don't seem to care. read more

I was at Wendy's at 9:10 AM Monday 12/8/25. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes and never heard or saw anybody so I left. I went back at 10:15 thru the drive thru and politely asked them what time they opened. The guy had to get the manager. When I told her what had happened she was very rude and said everybody was up front at that time. When I said no they weren't she did not actually use the word liar but implied that I was lying. read more

Chili center Wendy's has the worsed customer service I ever experienced. I waited in line after I paid for 20 min for two breakfast sandwiches. Wendy's breakfast is the worst thing I've ever eaten. The fries are actually hollow and cold the sandwich was barely a sandwich even the coffee was cold. Never leave the drive through till you've checked inside the bag it always seems something is missing. Buffalo Road has a habit of doing this. read more

If zero stars was an option, it would be below that. The last 3 times I went through the drive thru, it has always been, "I'm sorry we are only taking orders inside." This location on Chili Ave. seriously needs some help. I don't know why I keep going back - they get our order wrong every. single. time. I order a single with ketchup only no cheese. I don't like to use the drive-thru, because they make mistakes and you don't find it until you get home. But every time I try to go inside, the doors are locked. It's like this place has switched to drive-thru only and hasn't told anyone. I sat in the parking lot and watched people go up and try both doors only to find that they can't get inside. read more

They have really gone down him over the years and now it's just not even worth it to go. The wait is forever, I think they forgot they are supposed to be fast food. A pretty normal Wendy's experience. Ordered inside, our food came out fairly fresh, nothing to complain about there. The staff was friendly, but struggled a bit when we used our coupon and made our order. Our order was put in, in a way that overcharged us. Wow this Wendy's really went down after the previous manager left! Dirty tables, very sticky floors by the help yourself Drink machine. Not friendly employees, dirty rest room (ladies). The trays look like they have seen better days, the condiment area was filled with stuck on ketchup. I came in and left I was afraid to order anything here! I drove to the newly remodeled Wendy's across fro gates middle school where I was greeted with a smile as soon as I got to the counter. What a difference a CLEAN restaurant looks like and friendly employees ! Come on Chili clean up your act... you can do better than that. This location offers kids night every Tuesday. Their sign claims "Fun with Wendy, 5-7pm". Well it seems the only way to have any actual fun with Wendy is to just continually order food. The managers at this location never schedule enough staff, so while "Wendy" is meant to be out in the seating area playing with the kids, doing crafts, etc., she instead has to work the cash register all night. My daughter looks forward to this night every week, and every week she's disappointed because she never actually gets to play with "Wendy". I've even commented to the franchise owner about it, and he doesn't seem to care, so I decided to write this review. I went to order the 4 for $4. Fries, burger, soda and chicken nuggets. I asked for them "off the fryer", which I believe to be fried RIGHT THEN. Well, the young girl turned and looked at the items under the heat lamp. Turned back to me and told me that she could not put any more nuggets or fries down. I changed my order to a coffee, soda and jr bacon cheese burger. The guy told me the burger was done fresh. Before I left I asked the girl why she couldn't put and fries or nuggets down. She turned the the heat lamp again and then turned back and told me because she already had a bunch piled up under the heat lamp!!! I could NOT believe my ears!!! If I had not already paid for my food I would have turned around and left. To make it worse, the burger was cold AND I asked for SPLENDA for my coffee and when I got home I found out she gave me SWEET AND LOW. They are a totally different animal. I just had the worst experience at Wendy's. The food came out mediocre warm at best, fries soggy, cold and no salt. At waiting in line to pay you can see a few kids just fooling around in the back. One kid in particular had a bright orange hoodie on, just seemed like he was a friend of a worker screwing around. In addition to taking roughly 7 minutes to get our food the sodas we got were flat. This PM my wife wanted a baked potato and were told "They aren't ready yet." I asked how long it would be and there was a lengthy pause before we were told it would be about 10 minutes. We said we would wait and pulled up to the waiting spot. At least 10 minutes later we were handed the bag with the attitude that we were done a favor. When we got home my wife showed me the 'potato.' It looked like a squished road turtle and was about half the normal size. Do I need to add that it was not edible. read more

Went thru the drive thru. There were no other cars. Waited a very long time for the food and got a Single. Was very dry and not very warm. This is the second time the food has not been up to par. I will not go to this location again. It seems like the employees were to busy chatting and not taking care of the customers. read more

Not sure what the problem is at this location but they can't seem to get an order right. Almost every single time we have stopped here to grab a quick lunch they manage to screw up the order, which gets pretty annoying after a while especially when it's never really all that busy so it's not like they are trying or need to rush and the order isn't really complicated. read more

When I got to the window, there were 4 employees standing around talking to each other, but nobody was working. Had the 4 for 4 for the first time tonight. It was okay, your typical chicken nuggets and chicken sandwich. The lettuce on my chicken sandwich was not fresh and was looking kind of pale.
