Slowest service ever. Two cars in drive thru were there for 10 mins. So I went inside and ordered at the kiosk and left after another 10 mins. No counter service addressed me to pay. They were running around back there and there was nobody behind me. There was two small groups waiting for food. Left hungry but richer. read more

This location is SUPER FRIENDLY. Everyone I've encountered going through the drive thru has been really friendly and pleasant. No complaints with my food, always completed as ordered and assembled nicely, no thrown together taco messes like some places. The drive thru moves at a pretty decent pace. If negative numbers were possible, this place would get a 'negative i' for everything. 1st online order: 2 HOURS later, still not done and claimed (Yes, I was an idiot) that they were JUST starting it. 30 minutes later, kids in the car getting very upset, I told them to cancel it. 2 hours after that I get the notification it was 'ready for pickup'. Screenshots still available. 2nd online order. 1.5 hours 'it's ready'. How do you even estimate something that should be 'fast food'. Chipotle? 10 mins. Caesars ? 15-20. Taco bell? Nope. And this order was missing half the food. 3rd online order (yes, I'm a glutton). After 3 hours (because WHY would I expect it to be done sooner) and still waiting for the 'it's ready', I showed up to find it ice cold sitting on the warming rack ready for pickup. They couldn't even complete the order for 2 more days when it FINALLY acknowledged the 'ready' (with a date 2 days later). I don't know what the hell is wrong with his place, but... skip it. I have ordered two times from this location and both times my order has been messed up, granted not in a super annoying way, but still. The first time, I ordered chips and Queso. There was no queso. The second time, I ordered two combos one with Dr Pepper and one with diet Pepsi. I did not get Dr Pepper, they gave me a root beer instead. Also the second time around, the crunch wrap supreme that I ordered had a funky taste to it like if the lettuce or tomato was old. I am not a fan. Yes, it's Taco Bell and the door is pretty standard for Taco Bell's everywhere. They get five stars because the team/management is amazing. The line moves quickly, they always have a smile, it's a pleasant experience. The past 3 times, a non meat item was ordered as is from the menu and was served meat. We have gone in to talk to the person in charge and are told that it is because of the nacho fries, and they will contact district to fix it but, no fix. I have contacted corporate but no response. What a relief this location has been. The Lyell location has omitted so many parts of so many past orders that I have to believe it's a deliberate cost-cutting measure on their part.
