Sometimes you just want Pizza Hut like you remember from when you were a kid. While they no longer have their fun red roof locations, we were happy to find one not too far from home. We dined in. You order at the counter and they bring everything out to you. We feel we got a great deal on the big dinner box. It was 35 with tax but came with two pan pizzas (including one topping), breadsticks, and an order of wings. In the dining room we were surrounded by other families who had the same idea. For our family of 5 this was enough to leave us full and satisfied. The benefit of eating in was all the food came out hot and fresh. It was perfect. I do love to support local small business but there is nothing wrong with indulging in nostalgia now and then. Eating at Pizza Hut gives me that nostalgia fix. read more

Weelllllll I was hoping for the Pizza Hut taste from the old days and it wasn't the same at all. We went specifically for the salad bar, and it's not like I remember. The lettuce was from a freshly opened bag, yet there were a lot of rusty pieces and ribs. Several of the canister spots were missing any items. I wonder what else was supposed to be there. The deliciously chewy pumpernickel croutons of old have been replaced by rock hard Italian ones. And the saddest news of all - no bacon bits. Now for the pizza. We each ordered a personal sized pan pizza. They used to bring that sizzling hot pan right to the table, and the crust was buttery crisp with those teeny bubbles all over it. There was no butter, barely crisp, a sad little thing. It was just okay but it killed my dreams and I probably won't go back. Our waiter was super attentive, polite, and friendly. read more

I have been to pizza in over 20 years mostly because there are so many great mom and pop shops in my area. I saw an advertisement for a special limited time edition of a spicy pepperoni pizza. Spicy marinara mozzarella spicy cup n charge roni. Red pepper flakes and sliced red chili peppers. I have ordered this pizza twice in two weeks. I will be disappointed when the limited offer of this creation ends. Both times I have ordered using the Pizza Hut app which was convenient and easy. On the second order the staff called me just before I arrived to inform me they did not cut the pizza into squares as ordered so they had a new pizza in oven already and it would be just a short time longer. Mistakes happen and I am appreciative that they were proactive about the situation and corrected it. read more

I wish I could tell you what is up with this Pizza Hut. If their online order system is working, it's fine and I have no problems. However, it seems to not be working a lot of the time because I don't try to order from here often, and there's at least 3 times that I can think of that I ordered from some place else because they couldn't help me. One time I placed my order, entered my credit card, and got a call like 15 minutes later that my card didn't go through. I asked them how my order processed then, and they told me they process the credit cards in store. Ok, fine, I must have mistyped it, I gave her my card number, and that was fine. Another time, I had an emailed coupon from Pizza Hut for 50% off. That is a great deal on a stuffed crust pizza, and that is my favorite thing they have. so we were ordering one. Well, the coupon wouldn't work online. So I called and explained the situation. and I had the promo code, and they told me that they couldn't help me. I again tried to explain that it wouldn't work online, and I'd print the coupon for them, but they refused to honor it. They will only let you use it online, whether or not their online ordering is working. Most recently, my husband was down the street, so we were ordering a pizza for him to pick up on his way home. I tried to order online, and it would not let me change it from delivery to carry out. So, I called the store and said I want to order, but I don't want delivery. I asked if I could just submit it, and they could change it to carry out when they got the order. They said they couldn't do that and the credit cards were charged online, so they had no way to refund the delivery fee. How is that possible with my experience above where they called me for my credit card number later?? So, I flat out told her I wasn't paying $4 for delivery when my husband was down the street, and she told me she couldn't help me. So again, we ordered from some place else. Their $5 deals are pretty good, and if you actually get a pizza from them, they're usually pretty good. And those new Cinnabon things they have are really good. But, you can only get the deals if you order online, and since ordering online is an issue, it's not an easy place to order from. And in general, when we order pizza we have friends over or something, so it's really irritating when you're trying to order food for people and you know what everyone wants, and then it won't work. read more

The owner is rude and they skimp on everything including the sauce. They also do NOT honor ANY coupons and they wont even let you order take out and sit in their uncomfortable "dining area". That $7.99 deal is more like an $11.99 not so much of a deal. Everything is misleading and the pizza can be good if you order and pay for extra sauce and cheese. So sad. Henrietta location IS 1000% better. read more

Went to Pizza Hut for the first time in a while. There are so few locations anymore. I got the dinner deal. I had a pepperoni lovers pizza with mushrooms, red onions and black olives and it was loaded! So good! We also chose the bread sticks and cinnamon sticks. It came with a side of sauce for the sticks and vanilla frosting to drizzle on the cinnamon sticks. We enjoyed everything. We ordered online for curbside pickup and the order was done on time and nice and hot. Very friendly staff too! Will be visiting there more now that I live close to it! read more

I have not been in a Pizza Hut in years but my wife and I wanted to try something different and so we decided to hit Pizza Hut for an order to go. This place did not even smell like a pizzeria when I walked through the door. It smelled of heavy bacteria and it was a very unpleasant scent/odor. I ordered A large pizza, a dozen wings, and what I thought was going to be one brownie and one cinnamon bun. I got a whole pan of brownies and a whole pan of cinnamon buns. The pizza here consists more of chewy dough than it does anything else. The wings were drowned in garlic and this white sauce that was unidentifiable and like nothing I have ever seen before on chicken wings. The girl working the front counter offered no greeting, no thank you, and had no personality what so ever. Within an hour of eating two slices of pizza and four wings, I was sick. It is now 24 hours later and I am still sick. I spent $55.00 in this restaurant and I threw most of the order right into the trash. I will never return to this place and I highly suggest that you do not either. read more

Placed an order from Wingstreet on Grubhub. Never got the food. They delayed the order twice before finally cancelling it after 2 hours. They waited until 8:45 to cancel it when most restaurants close at 9, preventing us the opportunity to order from anywhere else. To be fair, maybe they are short staffed due to COVID-19, but I wish they would have canceled our order sooner than 2 hours after we placed it. read more

They currently have a coupon for a stuffed crust pizza for $9.99, but when i went to pick it up with the coupon, they said it will be $12.97 which with even tax doesn't add up. When I asked why it was so much more, they couldn't provide me an answer. I ended up paying the $12.97 because I was starving. In short, false advertisement, horrible an rude staff. Ordered two large pizzas and wings online so it would be ready by the time our family got to this location because we were on our way to the strong museum with a 1 year old and a 4 year old and the store never received our order. So I ordered in store and the manager honored the online coupon that I used. My family and I then went to sit down in the EMPTY restaurant and thats when the manager said to me "you are not planning on eating here right?" I said back to him "yeah, is that a problem?" "He said yes since I honored the online coupon you can not dine in". I said to him "all the coupon says is order online you get a deal, I didn't know we couldn't eat here. We are on our way to the museum and did not plan on taking the food back home out of the way" he then said "well I'll get in trouble if you sit and eat in here." Then he walked away from me. He was so rude and did not take in consideration the fact we had two toddlers with us and we just spent $30.00 at his store. We do not recommend this location to anyone. Worst pizza I ever got anywhere. Quality was so bad it motivated me to sign up for Yelp to write this review (notice # of reviews). I got Pizza Hut pizza all the time, even have an account. That's done now. Had a $6.99 coupon, got home and pizza had virtually no sauce and they clearly cut back on the cheese for the promotional price. When I called to complain, the person said "I did not make your pizza". I apologized because that was reasonable. Immediately after my apology she said "I just don't appreciate being accused of something I didn't do". If you answer the pizza Hut phone, "you" means "your store". The comment was un-necessary and YOU NEED TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF POOR QUALITY as YOU represent your store when you answer the phone. They agreed to make me another pizza but remembering what Dr. Phil said, "when you complain about your food, your replacement will probably have some secret sauce".
