I looked them up on the Internet and it says they open at 5 AM unless my clock is off which it is not I sat at the drive-through for about five minutes at 5:03 AM. Nothing , no one. Cold food, long waits, and horrible service- the only things you're guaranteed to get at this McDonald's. Went with my family and placed a mobile order, we were missing an order of nuggets, one of the kids happy meals was nuggets instead of a burger, and the other had the wrong toppings. All the food is cold, the only thing they got right was the drinks having no ice. It's truly a bad experience every time I go to the chili McDonald's location but it's the closest one and in a pinch sometimes we hope it'll be good and try it again. I hope McDonalds improves food quality because prices have risen but food quality remains low. Speed: Very slow service...since new location opened and all day breakfast. Before they renovated, this McDonald's used to have the fastest service ever!!! Now, it takes 5+ minutes to order "fast" food! Once, my family waited around 10 minutes for our meal, and one of the cheeseburgers didn't even have MEAT on it. The staff at this location is usually pretty friendly but there have been several times when I've been in there and employees are too busy having conversations with friends to do their job and they tend to get an attitude if a manager gets on their case. On the bright side, this seems to happening less often though so I can't complain about it too much. They are usually pretty quick unless they are busy. I recommend avoiding the drive thru since they seem to have trouble getting drive thru orders right. They occasionally mess up orders even if you go inside but usually not as bad as if you use the drive thru. Also if you decide to order a burger with just ketchup on it, expect a mess... for some reason they feel the need to put enough ketchup on to make up for the absence of all the other stuff rather than just the usual amount. read more
