I used to have good luck at this location, don't know what happened, but the bread on the burgers are always hard and the fries taste old. Decided to give them a try this time for breakfast. I looked them up on the Internet and it says they open at 5 AM unless my clock is off which it is not I sat at the drive-through for about five minutes at 5:03 AM. Nothing , no one. This place sucks. Hasn't had competent management in years. Haven't received friendly service from this group of misfits in years either. Today I waited in line, then I ordered, then I paid, then waited. And, a young man opened window and stated "it'll just be a second, you don't have to pull ahead though" and closed the window. He then opens the window to tell me to pull ahead??? I said just give me my money back then. I was the 11th car in line and you can't get a sausage burrito completed? The staff at this location is usually pretty friendly but there have been several times when I've been in there and employees are too busy having conversations with friends to do their job and they tend to get an attitude if a manager gets on their case. On the bright side, this seems to happening less often though so I can't complain about it too much. They are usually pretty quick unless they are busy. I recommend avoiding the drive thru since they seem to have trouble getting drive thru orders right. They occasionally mess up orders even if you go inside but usually not as bad as if you use the drive thru. Also if you decide to order a burger with just ketchup on it, expect a mess... for some reason they feel the need to put enough ketchup on to make up for the absence of all the other stuff rather than just the usual amount. read more
