I came at 10pm, it was not at all busy. (Plus mobile ordering was unavailable.) After waiting 5+ min in the drive through to get up to order, the girl said it would be a 5-10min wait which I said was fine. I proceeded to wait over 10min for them to take my order, where the girl was very rude and snotty. Then as I sat in the line to pay, that took at least 10 more minutes, and then close to 15 after paying to get my food. The only reason I waited so long was bc I was having a shitty day and I really wanted McDonald's. But the fries were undercooked and unsalted. I'm going to mock this place in this review. A lot. In fact let's just change the business name to MockDonald's in anticipation of this. Or MuckDonald's since that's what they sell. Or MurkDonald's since I have no idea what kind of bacteria was lurking in the murky Sweet Tea they sold me which tasted of mouldy, decayed, rotten lemons. I've only been to this McDonald's twice. The first time I was buying a Big Mac for a friend that was feeling sick because she hated the Puerto Rican and Chinese food that I'd purchased for myself (and to share with her). I had a couple of bites, it was fine. So this review is not based on that, otherwise it'd score a 2 or 3. This review is based on the more recent visit, which was about 1 week ago when I stopped here hoping for a jolt of sugar to wake me up since I was beginning a food tour, and feeling dehydrated, and hadn't slept for 2 days. So I ordered a sweet tea. Firstly they didn't put the lid on properly and it spilled in my car. Secondly, 3 mins down the road, I tried what was left of it, and it was an unsweet tea instead of a sweet tea. What's more, it had obviously had lemon in it, in the tin, which had gone rotten, because it had a distinct rotten lemon aftertaste. Also it tasted of mostly water - melted ice. This store obviously doesn't stay on top of the sweet tea and will sell it in any old state. They're welcome to do that and in return they get a 1 star from me. If that's how they treat their tea, I wonder how they treat their other products. read more

This place isn't my favorite place to go because half time we went to this place. They didn't get correct orders or supplies were half empty. I have to go to the counter to ask them what I need for my kids and etc. The bathroom sometimes is poorly clean because toilet papers were out by lunchtime. It is not like other McDonalds I have been to. Stay clear of this McDonald's. Employees are on their cell phones during their shift. I have been waiting on the drive thru for fifteen minutes and so far we haven't moved. Peeking through the first window, there are employees laughing and goofing off. The all day breakfast is advertised with hash browns and they only do French fries at this location. I am very satisfied with my visit today to McDonalds. I had two great employees help me out & go above and beyond. I went to McDonalds today at 4:35/4:45pm to get my kids food and the person that took my order messed up so when I got to the pick up window I explained to the employee that my order was wrong and the young man he was latino at the last drive thru pick up window was helpful, polite and fixed my order. He was kind and provided great customer service and helped me out with my 1st issue but When I pulled out of the drive thru and park to check my food I realized I was missing 2 holiday pies so I ran back in and as soon as I walked in an employee with a gray/black sweater asked how he can help. I think he was the manager and he quickly helped me out and gave me the 2 pies that were missing. I was impressed with the professionalism and kindness that I got from both employees. They definitely made my day. That McDonalds usually have some rude employees but these two employees were amazing! read more

I went to this Mcdonalds at 12pm Gates NY I used my App to get a combo for $6.00. Apparently the customer behind me ordered the same thing without the app price. I got charged the 10..00 full price when I was trying to tell the person at the window I had a code from my app for $6.00. He didn't listen and ran my card then told me go to the next window they will clear it up there. The girl at that window (manager) argued with me about what I got and paid for... they were ruid and so disrespectful I was shaking. They finally gave me back 5.00 but the guy behind me I'm sure he got my price. I was so upset I emailed mcdonalds what did they do have that restaurant manager call me and say " I heard you had an issue today sorry to hear that" is that it!! This place. Where do I start. Order a large coffee 8 sugar and 8 cream takes 20 mins to get my them cold 0 sugar 0 cream and a bag 28th 2 cream and 20 sugar on the side. You park walk in to what smells like a locker room bathing area . to ask for a FRESH 8 AND 8 IN IT COFFEE. to be told the creamer machine is broken...... Then open the freaking cream packs you hand out and put 8 in the f-ing cup if I wanted to make my own coffe I would have...... Terrible place, easily the worst McDonald's i've even been too. The wait time is often very long for fast food (including one time I had to wait 10 minutes for my Big Mac meal even though I was the only customer), most of the employees act very disinterested in being there, the food is not very good, and the prices are higher than other McDonald's. On my most recent trip there, I saw the cashier wipe her nose with her shirt TWICE. And the place often has garbage just sitting on table for quite awhile. This with out any doubt is THE WORST McD's on the planet! The (park and wait) they call a drive thru is terrible if there are more than two cars in line they are overwhelmed. The service inside is no better. They COMPLETLY screwed up a relatively simple order for two meal deals. When called the (mis) managment team, all I got was lame excuses about being understaffed and "new" trainees..ect. After pushing the issue, telling the woman HER staffing problems are not MY problem, she told me to bring the food back. I told her I was not going to double back on the 490, and her attitude was pretty much "oh well". I informed her oh well didnt cut it, and she said OK I'll put your name in the book, the next time you are in, its on us. Fast forward a couple of months, I stop by wait forever in the drive thru ( as usual) finally I parked and just went in. Same story,total incopentence. No one could find my name "in the book"..so no make good on the last screw up. Ended up paying. My recommendation is to AVOID this McD's.
