Nick would call and let me know what's going on. If I had further questions about the car, he would say, "let me get my lead technician to talk to you directly" Then the lead technician would get on the phone. These guys are family. Went not by birth but treat me like it. Not only have I trusted them with my Classic 1969 AMX, but they also service all our cars. The best thing they offer is they treat each car like it is their own. I have a Cadillac that has really been a nightmare. Most mechanics would have stopped long ago. But Abby , the owner and Nick his son has tried everything to help us out. This car shows there integrity as they could have dragged us over the repair coals, but didn't. He immediately knew what the problem was and although they were busy they were able to get the repairs done the same day which I was very happy about. More than 13 yrs ago, when I was young and stupid, I actually called Abbey an a$$hole because I 'thought' he was giving me the run-around on something. At the time, his brother also worked there, so thankfully, THEY rose above my idiocy and didn't beat the crap out of me that day. Over a decade later, karma set in, and my long-time mechanic decided to break the law and go to jail. (probably beat up some douchey punk for calling him an a$$hole). To my dismay, as I searched Yelp, Ghassem's was the highest rated mechanic in my area. Since I was older (and much more handsome) than when I verbally assaulted him, I figured there was no way he would remembered me, so I took my crappy car in. Lo-and-behold, Abbey remembered me; saying I was the only person throughout all these years, that he ever had a confrontation with. He treated me like his old buddy, took care of my issue, charged me a VERY reasonable price, and provided tons of useful information for things to look out for on my car. Most of all, he taught me valuable life lessons of forgiveness, patience, and professionalism! It's no wonder that he's been in business at the same location since the 70's ... it's because he's very GOOD!!!!
