I went last week for an oil change and after a couple of days I was running low on oil. I was very upset because I assumed they did something wrong. I get why you're going here: you need a routine oil change and want somewhere that's open and by the book. But I'm telling you, go elsewhere. I got my oil changed and later saw a leak. Brought my car back for a fix. A day later the leak was still there. They tell me that it's because of a dent in my oil pan so I took it to a mechanic for a diagnostic. The mechanic tells me that during the oil change these guys managed to strip the closure and sealed it with epoxy in order to prevent any leak. That means the next time I get my oil changed, the cost will be $550 as I get a new oil pan because these guys couldn't take the time to do the job carefully. Maybe in a pinch you could go on ahead to this spot but it really would be better to just go to a garage that will do a change properly. read more

I had a really great experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The manager Ali was rude he talked down at me the moment I pulled in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]He asked me questions that I answered as clearly as possible turned out he did not like how I answered he then told me he did not like my tone.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was neutral even tho he talked at me and after his hostility I decided to leave, I asked him to close the hood so I could go. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I later called back to speak to Carla who had answered my call when originally searching for the location he refused to let me speak to her he then told me that I sounded creepy he made up several lies as to why I could not awake to her and kept asking why I wanted to talk to her.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I don't really know what his problem with me was, I am part of a crew working near by I had no problem with the estimate or the recommendations. I expressed that whatever they recommended was perfectly fine. He told me to turn off the headlights I explained they did not turn off right away, he said that he did not see the dip stick for oil I explained this Mercedes has a digital leveler that I needed to turn the key to get the reading. [[HIGHLIGHT]]No matter what he was rude and accusatory.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's too bad how that situation turned out I eventually ended up at the Valvoline service station a few miles away they were extremely nice polite and fast even tho their bays were stacked up with cars. I have been a Jiffy Lube customer since I could drive. I have extremely high expectations when it comes to Jiffy Lube since the one I went to all the time in Northern California sets the bar for excellent customer service and how they handle my cars. My other favorite part about Jiffy Lube is I've NEVER been upsold on anything. They have always kept it real with me and helped with coupons and deals I could get. When I go to any other car repair garage, I feel looked down upon and they will almost always try to upsell me. The ENTIRE team here at this location keeps the standards high!!!! I'm glad I sat in my car and had a conversation with Karla. She walked me through everything that was being done to my car and helped me get the best deal. Just sitting and observing, the entire team has extremely good communication with each other and they really work as a unit! It wasn't a rush job and they made sure everything was perfect before I left. I sat there for about only about 25 minutes while they changed my oil, filled my tires, changed my filters and filled my wiper fluid. I came to do an oil change and it's more than I usually pay for at Walmart but they offer additional services with the oil change like vacuum, window washing and tire pressure check. I also decided to try somewhere new because my oil burned off after 3 months last time I went to Walmart for an oil change. The manager, forgot his name, is so aware of what my car needs and how to service it so it will be tuned up for a long time. Just moved to this area. The worst Jiffy Lube ever!!!! Do not go here. I should have paid attention to the fact that on a busy Saturday afternoon there was no cars in line to get an oil change, But I had my $10 off coupon. Once the female employee came over she offered me and my dogs water and was very sweet. But her sales pitch was awful and when I did not choose the oil plan she wanted me to buy she said the oil I wanted would ruin my car. When I told her I've had my car for 11 years and always used the same oil, she quoted me a price of almost $100. This was ridiculous! When she realized I wasn't going for that plan she walked away and another guy came over and began another sales pitch. But by then, I had enough of it and said no Thank you, but before I left I asked why I never got the water I was offered, and then left. Do not go here. I hope they are reading this. read more

I'm unhappy with the customer service associate's misleading recommendation for a transmission fluid refill. I came in for a regular oil change. When I was called up to the counter, the associate asked me if I also wanted my transmission fluid refilled. I asked if that was necessary. He said that they recommend that the fluid be refilled at 180,000 miles and since my car was almost at 200,000 miles, it was past the limit. He showed me his computer screen and it showed a gauge with 180k on it, and a big red line indicating my car was well past the limit. It seemed serious. I looked at the screen and thought about it for a second. I asked how they know it wasn't already refilled at a hundred and eighty thousand miles. He replied that they just go by the mileage, and pointed at the screen saying that my car is past the 180k limit. I said I see that, but asked again how they know it wasn't already refilled at a hundred and eighty thousand. I asked if they have a way to measure or check the fluid. He just again replied "oh, we just go by the mileage". My car's transmission fluid was, in fact, already replaced around 180k miles. So, the associate's recommendation was based on nothing. I think it's very misleading for Jiffy Lube to attempt to take advantage of customers' lack of understanding of car maintenance by using charts which falsely indicate that someone's car needs an extra service. I think it's wrong for their staff to make recommendations that aren't based on actual knowledge of the car's service history. Jiffy Lube clearly had no idea whether my car really needed transmission fluid service. After this experience, I do not feel like I can trust anything these people recommend to me. Trust is the most important factor to me when choosing car service providers. I will find some other business to change my oil next time. My invoice lists Daniel R. as the CSA, which I think means customer service associate. I'm fairly certain that's the man who recommended getting the transmission fluid service. read more

Horrible service. On top of the long wait. The workers were playing and taking forever with the Corvette in the stall. Which made the wait even longer. When we pulled up there were two cars in the stalls and one car (Black Kia) in front of us. The car in the left stall pulled out about 5 minutes after that. So now we're technically next. Right? Another car pulls up. The worker tells us to back up and pull behind the Corvette which is in the right stall. The most annoying part. The car that just pulled up behind us is now pulling into the left stall because they're done with the black Kia. So now we're waiting for them to stop drooling over the corvette. SLOWS SERVICE.
