I went to get an oil change this weekend and Sydney helped me during this visit. She also informed me about other services that I could use. The service was overall informative and customer service was very good. Thank you. read more

Honest people! Shoutout to Ali and Josue. We went to do a quick top off/checkup before a road trip. They were honest about us not needing an oil change and topped us off for free. They were communicative the whole time - I ended up needing some lights changed, and they took care of it no problem. Thanks guys. read more

Huge shoutout to the crew here on September 4th, 2026. Great professionalism on display at this location. Jesbin and the crew were very welcoming and got me in and out fast! Love this location! read more

I went last week for an oil change and after a couple of days I was running low on oil. I was very upset because I assumed they did something wrong. I brought my car back to my shop and the Management was very helpful on solving my issue. He poured extra oil for free to see where it could possibly be leaking from and he was able to find the leak. Oil was leaking through a bad sensor, which had nothing to do with their service! They were all very helpful with me even when I was blaming them for my issue. Very professional. read more

I get why you're going here: you need a routine oil change and want somewhere that's open and by the book. But I'm telling you, go elsewhere. I got my oil changed and later saw a leak. Brought my car back for a fix. A day later the leak was still there. They tell me that it's because of a dent in my oil pan so I took it to a mechanic for a diagnostic. The mechanic tells me that during the oil change these guys managed to strip the closure and sealed it with epoxy in order to prevent any leak. That means the next time I get my oil changed, the cost will be $550 as I get a new oil pan because these guys couldn't take the time to do the job carefully. Maybe in a pinch you could go on ahead to this spot but it really would be better to just go to a garage that will do a change properly. read more

Karla is absolutely amazing. Gave me variety of honest options, prices, and discounts. You rarely meet people like this these days. Thank you Karla. A young man who greeted me was also very welcoming. They are both young, but really good. Whomever trained them or raised them gets a gold star. Quick note: Tiny annoying fruit flies are all over the waiting area. They usually hide in pipes, or moisture, or liquid dispensers. read more

Jiffy Lube Oil Change - Auto Repair Near Me - Long Beach, California

As you can see either I like your service or I don't! Prior to driving in to Jiffy Lube I called around looking for a kid friendly oil change place, I know this might sound crazy but I have two toddlers and I was looking for a place that could do the oil change on my car without having to get them out. One place didn't have time, I called a second place and the guys laughed at me telling me I've never heard of a drive through oil change place. I then called Jiffy Lube a spoke with a young lady and was so impressed with her answers to my questions one being if it was drive through and if I can stay in the car with my sons. So I drove to this place she explained everything to me she made me feel welcome and even offered me a cup of coffee! I sure started my day great! So everything went just as described per our call even the ballpark for the oil change, the price was right for the service! If you're a parent with little ones I totally recommend this drive through Jiffy Lube. Customer service goes a great way specially when your hands are already full: ) read more

Guys are super nice and helpful. They helped me out with recycling a ton of oil when other places wouldn't accept it. You can also tell that the other customers there love the place and keep coming back. Thank you! read more

I just wanted to take a moment to thank the team at Jiffy Lube. You guys were amazing today. The whole service took no more than 15-20 minutes, which I really appreciated because I have a newborn at home and my time is limited. What meant the most, though, were the small things. I haven't had the chance to wash my car, and you didn't just do the oil change--you wiped down my windshield and windows without me even having to ask. You didn't know it, but that small gesture went a long way for me, and it honestly meant a lot. I didn't get a chance to tell you all in person, but I hope you read this and know that your effort doesn't go unnoticed. The small things really do matter. Wishing you all a happy holidays, and thank you again for the great service. -- Arthur read more

Terrible experience. I went here to get my car serviced and couldn't believe how rude and disrespectful the manager was. I have never been so disrespected by a business for no reason. Before I could even finish asking about the services he cut me off and told me that maybe I should try a place down the road. I was calm and respectful to him and he was incredibly disrespectful in return. On top of that the prices were very high. I'll never go to another one of these shops again, that was such a bad experience. read more

Great service, friendly, nice coupon and discount offers. Would recommend to anyone, especially mid day when there not much wait.

Super friendly and fast. They also do great work, they have parts if you need them, and have nice touches like wiping down the windows while you wait. read more

Great service, friendly staffs, quick yet efficient. Highly recommend and would definitely come back

Quick reliable service, decent pricing. Hardly ever takes long for me to get in and out, and they give you a sticker for next change.

I had a really great experience. Ali helped me was very polite and knowledgeable about the next steps for my car in terms of oil change new air filter, new wipers and a fix that had nothing to do with the oil change. I needed a couple of bolts and a screw to put a latch back in place underneath the car and he went ahead and fixed for me. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. My dog came with me who couldn't decide whether he wanted to like everybody at Jiffy Lube or be scared and bark at everybody but Ali Was sure to get him to relax and get us out in a speedy amount of time. Looking forward to coming back here this was a great experience as a girl. It is hard to find reliable places to do an oil change or any work on a vehicle without getting overcharged. I feel like the way I was taking care of was honest and reliable thank you to everybody at the location super thanks to Ali for the super customer service experience. read more

I have been a Jiffy Lube customer since I could drive. I have extremely high expectations when it comes to Jiffy Lube since the one I went to all the time in Northern California sets the bar for excellent customer service and how they handle my cars. My other favorite part about Jiffy Lube is I've NEVER been upsold on anything. They have always kept it real with me and helped with coupons and deals I could get. When I go to any other car repair garage, I feel looked down upon and they will almost always try to upsell me. The ENTIRE team here at this location keeps the standards high!!!! I'm glad I sat in my car and had a conversation with Karla. She walked me through everything that was being done to my car and helped me get the best deal. Just sitting and observing, the entire team has extremely good communication with each other and they really work as a unit! It wasn't a rush job and they made sure everything was perfect before I left. I sat there for about only about 25 minutes while they changed my oil, filled my tires, changed my filters and filled my wiper fluid. The guy in the car behind me complained because I took too long, but he's a jerk!! read more

The manager Ali was rude he talked down at me the moment I pulled in. He asked me questions that I answered as clearly as possible turned out he did not like how I answered he then told me he did not like my tone. I was neutral even tho he talked at me and after his hostility I decided to leave, I asked him to close the hood so I could go. I later called back to speak to Carla who had answered my call when originally searching for the location he refused to let me speak to her he then told me that I sounded creepy he made up several lies as to why I could not awake to her and kept asking why I wanted to talk to her. I don't really know what his problem with me was, I am part of a crew working near by I had no problem with the estimate or the recommendations. I expressed that whatever they recommended was perfectly fine. He told me to turn off the headlights I explained they did not turn off right away, he said that he did not see the dip stick for oil I explained this Mercedes has a digital leveler that I needed to turn the key to get the reading. No matter what he was rude and accusatory. It's too bad how that situation turned out I eventually ended up at the Valvoline service station a few miles away they were extremely nice polite and fast even tho their bays were stacked up with cars. I certainly cannot recommend this jiffy lube on PCH in LBC. read more

They provide great service and great value and they make sure to check the tired and air filters

ALI is the man! So sweet, showing all 32's lol i loved his energy. Made sure I had water, kinda forgot I was here for my car because the customer service was so amazing! read more

Came in for an oil change. Always leery because auto places usually try to take advantage of female customers by themselves. I was greeted. Stated what I was there for and the gentleman immediately went into action. Outlined the different types of oil, gave recommendations based on my vehicle. Walked me through each step as they were checking my vehicle to ensure I received quality service. They allowed me to wait in my car as they were servicing which was nice. Made me aware of any additional charges. I came here on a Saturday around 2p and luckily there wasn't much of a line. I literally was in & out in like 15 min haha. Great service! Would come back read more

Fast efficient . Clean operation. Clean office and waiting area . They offered to clean windows and vacuum. Friendly .

First time at Jiffy Lube and I chose this location because they have a good rating. I do have to say they have great customer service which I personally value! I came to do an oil change and it's more than I usually pay for at Walmart but they offer additional services with the oil change like vacuum, window washing and tire pressure check. I also decided to try somewhere new because my oil burned off after 3 months last time I went to Walmart for an oil change. Karla came over to offer me some additional services for my car and was super friendly, professional and didn't pressure me at all. She was very hospitable! I really like her positive attitude, professionalism and knowledge. I'm hoping all goes well with this oil change so I can become a regular! read more

I have been coming to this location for a couple of years, since it's just few blocks from my residence. The manager, forgot his name, is so aware of what my car needs and how to service it so it will be tuned up for a long time. I have experienced other shops in the area that would provide me with a whole lot of unnecessary up sales etc, to bump the price. These guys over here usually go easy on me. I came Wednesday afternoon and was in and out in 20 min. Jiffy indeed. read more

I came in for a quick oil change. There were 3 vehicles in front of me and the service tech told me that it was a 45 minute wait till it gets done. That's fine, I have time. Best oil change experience. Why? 1. No appointment needed. 2. Fast af (I was in and out in less than 15 min). 3. I stayed in my car the whole time (very Covid safe). 4. I was able to use a coupon found on Yelp! 5. The guys wiped down my windows because my car is super dirty but that was above and beyond what they needed to do! 6. Awesome customer service from Ali! read more

Horrible service. Inexperienced staff. I came in for an oil change. Usually, I do it myself but wanted to save time on a Sunday. Now my car won't start. They told me I had a bad battery so I take a lyft to and drop another $200 on a battery after $98 for the oil change. I requested a refund and the manager says she doesn't have the authority. Just moved to this area. The worst Jiffy Lube ever!!!! Do not go here. I should have paid attention to the fact that on a busy Saturday afternoon there was no cars in line to get an oil change, But I had my $10 off coupon. Once the female employee came over she offered me and my dogs water and was very sweet. But her sales pitch was awful and when I did not choose the oil plan she wanted me to buy she said the oil I wanted would ruin my car. When I told her I've had my car for 11 years and always used the same oil, she quoted me a price of almost $100. This was ridiculous! When she realized I wasn't going for that plan she walked away and another guy came over and began another sales pitch. But by then, I had enough of it and said no Thank you, but before I left I asked why I never got the water I was offered, and then left. Do not go here. I hope they are reading this. read more

Came to this Jiffy Lube after the one @ 5630 E 7th in Long Beach treated me like a secondhand citizen. Abraham was not only knowledgeable and accommodating but had wonderful communication and customer service. I'm grateful to him and his team for taking great care of me. This is how you save a customer and make things right. read more

I'm unhappy with the customer service associate's misleading recommendation for a transmission fluid refill. I came in for a regular oil change. When I was called up to the counter, the associate asked me if I also wanted my transmission fluid refilled. I asked if that was necessary. He said that they recommend that the fluid be refilled at 180,000 miles and since my car was almost at 200,000 miles, it was past the limit. He showed me his computer screen and it showed a gauge with 180k on it, and a big red line indicating my car was well past the limit. It seemed serious. I looked at the screen and thought about it for a second. I asked how they know it wasn't already refilled at a hundred and eighty thousand miles. He replied that they just go by the mileage, and pointed at the screen saying that my car is past the 180k limit. I said I see that, but asked again how they know it wasn't already refilled at a hundred and eighty thousand. I asked if they have a way to measure or check the fluid. He just again replied "oh, we just go by the mileage". My car's transmission fluid was, in fact, already replaced around 180k miles. So, the associate's recommendation was based on nothing. I think it's very misleading for Jiffy Lube to attempt to take advantage of customers' lack of understanding of car maintenance by using charts which falsely indicate that someone's car needs an extra service. I think it's wrong for their staff to make recommendations that aren't based on actual knowledge of the car's service history. Jiffy Lube clearly had no idea whether my car really needed transmission fluid service. After this experience, I do not feel like I can trust anything these people recommend to me. Trust is the most important factor to me when choosing car service providers. I will find some other business to change my oil next time. My invoice lists Daniel R. as the CSA, which I think means customer service associate. I'm fairly certain that's the man who recommended getting the transmission fluid service. read more

Horrible service. On top of the long wait. The workers were playing and taking forever with the Corvette in the stall. Which made the wait even longer. When we pulled up there were two cars in the stalls and one car (Black Kia) in front of us. The car in the left stall pulled out about 5 minutes after that. So now we're technically next. Right? Another car pulls up. The worker tells us to back up and pull behind the Corvette which is in the right stall. The most annoying part. The car that just pulled up behind us is now pulling into the left stall because they're done with the black Kia. So now we're waiting for them to stop drooling over the corvette. SLOWS SERVICE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVERYBODY KNOWS THE LAST THING YOU WANT IS A CAR OR CUSTOMER THAT HAS COME AFTER YOU TO GET SERVED BEFORE YOU. read more
