Now they are pretending otherwise. I will be taking this matter to small claims court. Avoid this company at all costs. I've gotten to know a few of them. Great people. Sometimes though they do get things wrong. They're human! This was 15 months after delivery, so February of 2025. We have been dealing directly with the store manager who said he would help escalate and had done nothing until January 2026. He assisted getting us in touch with a liaison for their FCP yet nothing, so we went back on 2/16/26 and spoke with the store manager again who set us up with Alyssa in customer service there at the store. We had to go through the whole story and timeline once again. Meanwhile, the store manager says it would be easiest to just "swap out the piece, but too bad we don't have it any longer". Why in the hell was that not offered at the beginning? They string you along for months and months then deny the claim. Elder abuse at work here, easy prey.
