I am SO happy with Getlabs! WOW, I was thrilled not to have to be subjected to one of the two lab companies in Arizona who have terrible customer service (with the most unfriendliest check in people who have NO personality and are seemingly as miserable as the people waiting in the miserable small, stuffy waiting closets of a room), can't get an appointment, full, miserable waiting rooms full of other hungry people who have to sit for hours waiting to get their blood drawn! Getlabs (Sally) was on time and very personable! She was very nice and I was especially relaxed in my own home. They even have Saturday appointment slots which makes this so convenient. My results were in that very Monday. I highly recommend Getlabs! read more

Difficult to book, impossible to reach by phone, not flexible and definitely not an easy way to book a blood draw.

We should have learned our lesson after the first time we used GetLabs and they mishandled the blood sample and had to redo the test. They were fairly? pleasant about it though and fixed things so we tried another venture some time later. That ended up being one of the most horrible vendor experiences ever, equal to or worse than anything Quest has done. The same phlebotomist came (probably trained at Quest) and she was so rude as to be more than a little scary! Also, they screwed up some numbers somewhere and we are still trying to sort out a bill from LabCorp. Perhaps, under duress, I might try to do business with this company again but I wouldn't let that b!tch Ashely in my house for anything. Using medical transport costs about the same, isn't much more difficult, and it's a whole lot less scary! But the labs around here tend to be pretty awful too so I just don't know what a fragile human is supposed to do. read more

Poor customer service and improperly handling of blood samples. I can not give GetLabs a good review despite my giving them 2x to fix the issue. The result has been so bad that the Dr who ordered the lab work will no longer be referring patients to Getlabs because of the negligence involved in not only not knowing how to properly handle the patients blood once drawn, but also not caring about losing a physicians business. When I told the get labs rep online about this she only said; I'm just a "middle person" how is my fault" I explained that they should care about a Dr being so upset about the poorly handled specimens and that they should also care that the person trying to fix the situation doesn't know anything about the tests in the requisition and can't answer any important questions like what type of test and are they positive it's not a blood test? The reply was I don't know. I would have to look it up. To which I was told they would call back, but they never called back. Very unprofessional and caused my child distress having to do another a blood draw despite GetLabs offering to send someone "for free" to make up for the first time I paid being a fail. I will use the company my Dr has now said he will use in place of GetLabs. read more

I just had the worst experience with GetLabs. Something that was suppose to be convenient turned out to be a complete waste of time and added more work on me. I had 2 nurses arrive at my house - one more experienced and one seemed like she was a trainee. Although she did not tell me she was a trainee, the more experienced one was guiding her in the process. She didn't seem confident and didn't puncture me correctly. We were unable to collect the blood samples needed for my testing. Not only that, blood started to gush out of my arm and got everywhere on the table and floor. To add insult to injury, they tried to blame the tubes for being defective vs. just owning up to their mistake. Now I have to call back my physician to request for new testing tubes and reschedule a new appointment (NOT with Getlabs). You're better off just driving yourself to a more experienced lab to get the work done. It'll save you the headache and time. read more

Terrible experience! I chose this service for the convenience of an early morning appointment that would prevent my daughter from having to miss school, but also because I wrongly assumed that the direct link from LabCorp indicated that this would be a reliable company. The technician did not show up or attempt to contact me, and I had no way to reach anyone to try to figure out whether she was still coming. When I finally got a response to my online inquiries hours later, all I received were excuses about how the technician was trying to reach me and could not get to my house. (Despite an automated text message informing me that she had arrived at my house!) There were no texts, voicemails or anything else to indicate that she was trying to get in contact with me. In addition, the rescheduling option offered via email by the customer service representative was no longer available when she finally answered my response several more hours later. The bloodwork that was supposed to be drawn was for a time sensitive test that we may have to wait another month to complete now. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional on every level, with no regard for the implications of the way they run their business. Labcorp should seriously reconsider their partnership with GetLabs. read more

This is my second time using GetLabs. I am terrified of blood draws and it's so convenient being able to lay on my couch and put on my music to relax me while I have my blood drawn. My Phlebotomist this time, Sierra, was great, quick, gentle, understanding, only 1 poke and listened to my request that I don't like to talk during my draw but still made sure I was doing ok. She also had me confirm the info on the vial labels was correct. My scheduled time was between 8-10am and she showed up at 9:30. I received a text and email letting me know when she was on her way and how long it would be for her to arrive. Now I have to say reading the recent reviews made me a bit nervous that I was going to have a bad experience this time and was worried they weren't going to show up, but like I said everything went perfect. I will keep using this service until I do have a bad experience but so far I have not! Edit: I felt like I should add I'm located in Phoenix, AZ and I did notice some of the bad reviews were in other states. read more

So after being given incorrect information on appointments, I rescheduled. I ended up speaking with the CEO about my issue which was not resolved. I ended up having to reschedule a doctor's appointment a full week because of their lack of accountability. I did end up using another service here in Phoenix who were very helpful and more affordable. Ultimately this is part of the CEO's response when discussing the lack of phlebotomists in the Phoenix area: "In transparency, this is not a market we have many phlebotomists in and therefore if we have call-outs we may need to reschedule. Although we greatly appreciate serving you and would like to continue doing so, my recommendation would be to use a different phlebotomy service until we hire more phlebotomists if you need to have certainty that your appointments will be fulfilled at the exact date and time you select." I'm fairly certain a majority of people who are paying upwards of 70 dollars would like to have certainty that their appointments will be fulfilled. After leaving a negative review on their Facebook page, I was blocked and my Getlabs account was deactivated without being given warning. Negative reviews should be used as feedback and used to fix issues. read more

I would give 0 rating if possible. Scheduled labs for a Friday morning. No call, no show. After arrival window passed, I received a "reschedule" notice via email, no call from anyone. Tuesday came, no call, no show again this time, except this time technician out right lied and said she came and I wasn't home. I work from home and the front door is literally visible from my desk. She never called and she never showed, my ring camera can verify! She sent a picture of another house in the neighborhood and tried to say it was my house as proof she was there. They also billed for services on the Friday of my first no show. I canceled after the second no show on Tuesaday afternoon and my money paid will not be refunded for 10 days. read more

Extremely unprofessional. Do not go with them for your lab services. I had a 6-8 am apt scheduled for my daughter before school today and they did not show up and did not have the courtesy to notify me in advance that they did not plan to show up. I had an email confirmation of the booking along with a booking reference number. I contacted them multiple times during the visit time and after to check on their ETA and they got back to me several Hours later saying they didn't have the lab order from the doctor and that I set up the appointment under my Sonora account (although my daughter is a minor). The doctor had faxed the lab order to them and sent me a copy as well which I could have easily given them at the visit (or in advance had they contacted me). They did not bother to contact me in advance and notify me of the missing lab order or update any information they need or even ask to reschedule, instead they no showed and sent a RESPONSE to my emails back several hours later justifying why they did not show up with ZERO advance communication.... Extremely unprofessional. I shuffled around my schedule and sent my daughter to school later for this. No respect for peoples' times. I will never go with this service again! read more

As a physician and former customer I would never recommend this company to anyone. GetLabs hires unprofessional people. The phlebotomist that was scheduled to do my blood draw came to my home and refused to speak to me. I had to ask her to leave and canceled my service due to her such appalling and unprofessional behavior. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company with no success or response. Absolutely terrible customer service lately. I'm T1D so I get my blood drawn a lot. Used GetLabs numerous times..weekends, weekdays. The last two times I've scheduled they texted me hours before my appt stating they don't do "STAT" draw between "x" hours. First time was on a weekend. Mind you, I almost always have scheduled on a weekend. Ok, things change - I will do it on a weekday. Pretty crappy to text me hours before as I had scheduling conflicts but whatever. Fast forward to today & text message stating your appt moved to 12-2pm tomorrow. No "STAT" appts in the AM. I work. Not easy to do this in the middle of the day, especially when fasting is required. There is no way to actually speak with someone, only text or email - awful way to do business. I loved the convenience of their service but they clearly have gotten too big & can't keep up. read more

DO NOT trust this company with your blood work. They lost my blood and literally had no idea what happened to it. My blood work was fasting and due to my schedule, it was very inconvenient to redo. In addition, I needed this for an urgent cardiac prescription approval from my insurance company so this was really irresponsible. Had my 1st appointment with this company Getlab and was very impressed. Getting my medical labs completed in my own home was nice. I received a text message when my technician Karina would be arriving. Karina then messaged me she was her so my family wouldn't wake up and the dogs could be out. Karina was amazing, she made me feel at ease. She was very professional, polite, and we had a nice side conversation which made the experience so much better. Terrible, terrible, terrible! DO NOT USE THEM! Wish I saw the reviews here before I used their services. I booked a specific time in the day to fit my work schedule. The tech messages me early that morning and asks me if she can come earlier. Honestly, it was an inconvenience, but I said OK. Could have said no, so that's on me. They get their job done and say they will deliver it right away. A little while after, I get a message from the wrong lab that they have received my sample. I text the support and ask them what's up and they blatantly lie to me that the sample was delivered to the lab I had requested, but they will escalate the issue. I check in after a few weeks - nothing. I am now getting a bill from a lab that my insurance didn't approve and I reach out to them again (after a month of nothing!) they dare tell me the same lie and tell me to call the lab that I am getting bills from and ask them why they are sending me bills, because my sample was actually at the lab I requested, not with the lab that is sending me bills...but they will escalate the issue again... DO NOT USE THEM! Unless you want to pay for labs that your insurance doesn't cover AND get charged an additional $50 for that privilege. read more

To this day, Labcorp does not have my results which allows my rheumatologist to script my meds. You cannot contact them because their phone is always busy. Avoid! I know the convenience of at home lab work is appealing but it's absolutely impossible to receive any customer support. I had an appt scheduled for Tuesday 1/3/24 and was given a window of 7-9 AM. I fasted for the labs and waited 2.5 hours to receive a call from the phlebotomist at 9:30 telling me she had car issues. Which was fine, life happens. She tells me she will come today, 1/4 at 8:00 AM. Guess what? She never showed up. I was so fed up that I ended up cancelling my appointment when she text me some nonsense excuse again. I then submitted a support request asking to be called so that I can get the $79 refunded that already has been charged to my account. No phone call. Made a post on the Facebook page and the page replied back and forth a few times. Still no call!!! There's not even number to contact. Absolutely horrible company. read more

I wasn't sure about the idea before I booked, but now I don't think I'll ever go back to a lab again. I needed to do a fasting blood draw, but the Quest Diagnostics and Labcorp schedule was booked way out. My wife happened to see the Getlabs home visit option on the Labcorp site, and they were available the next day and it was only $35. I was very impressed with Jermiy's (that's the right spelling) punctuality and excellent service and attitude. He was in an out in about 10 minutes I think. I'll recommend Getlabs to my family and friends and will use them again. read more

I really thought this company was too good to be true, but it really is that easy! I made an appointment online and they came out to my house a couple days later to draw blood from my 6 year old. The phlebotomist made my son feel very comfortable and answered all of his questions. Lab results came back in 4 days. Very pleased and I will let all my friends know! read more

They really are very unprofessional when it comes to communication so know that before you book. I made an appointment yesterday for today between 1 pm and 3 pm and paid the $79 fee (it seems to be only $35 if you can book after midnight for the next day.) I woke up to a text message, this morning, that was sent before 7 am confirming my appointment. I then received an email confirmation letting me know that they would be collecting urine as well and that I should make sure I was hydrated, drink plenty of water, and not use the bathroom prior to my appointment. They don't seem to understand that it's not always easy for us older patients to not be able to hold on for that long. They also said they would contact me when the technician was on the way. So when 2:45 pm rolled around with no word I decided to give them a call to see what was going on. I waited on hold for about 15 minutes and was finally connected to someone named Emily who said she would check with a coordinator to see what time I could expect the tech to arrive and she proceeded to put me on hold for another 20 minutes. When she came back she said she would call me back when she knew what time I could now expect the tech. I gave her both my number and my husband's number and reminded her that my bladder was full and getting uncomfortable, she said she understood and promised to call back. After waiting nearly another half hour I called back and spoke to Emily again, she hesitated and then told me she was told to reschedule my appointment. I explained that it's not easy for me as I have to rely on my husband being home to get the door as we live in an upper apartment, I'm homebound, disabled, and on oxygen due to long covid. I asked to speak with someone else, yes my inner Karen came out, and I was connected to someone named Vicky. (sp) While I was speaking with her, hoping that maybe they could still send someone to me I got an email & a text letting me know that my appointment was canceled and refunded and that I should make another appointment!! I was not happy, to say the least, a totally wasted day for my husband and me, and what upset me most was that I was told by Emily that she call me back but she never did. I took the time before making the appointment to read all the reviews and most were pretty good but mostly all of the 1-star reviews are for this very reason, a no show, but all of these seem to come out of AZ and I'm in NY and didn't see anything negative so I thought I'd give them a try. What a mistake. First, they get you with the pricing, you'd think booking short notice would be more expensive but no. Then the lack of communication and how long it takes to talk to someone is just too stressful, not as relaxing and convenient as they advertise. Good luck to anyone that wants to use the service, I hope you have a better experience than I did. I know this is long but I had to share my experience and be upfront and honest. First of all, contacting the company is extremely difficult. After the third attempt, I received a response by email. I was telling them that the tests would be performed on an autistic child. They responded by email that they have experienced pediatric professionals. In the morning of the test day, a professional from the laboratory called me saying that she could not perform the test on our son because they did not have permission from the company, due to the risk of lawsuits, and that they only treat children who stretch their arms without objecting. This is somewhat rare, since children by themselves (typical or atypical) are not very cooperative in tests of this type. For example, as a pediatric dentist, I do not choose the patients I will treat. If there is a more complicated patient, I study the case, but I treat the child. This is being professional. This is being serious about what you have set out to do. Now, they canceled the exam because they simply refused to accept my autistic son. I hope that I can at least receive my money back ($99). I do not recommend the service if you have a child, because there is no professionalism or empathy with the customer. read more

I had to call them multiple times on the day of my appointment for an ETA and they kept telling me the phlebotomist was "stuck in traffic" or "very very delayed" (these are verbatim quotes). Then I called again after my appointment was due, given the no-show, and they said "sorry, she is stuck in traffic so she won't make it". So my appointment completely got cancelled in the least upfront way. Highly unprofessional and makes me question their reliability as a whole. read more
