The menu itself has changed - both the dishes on it and the way the printed menu looks - and the food quality has dropped off a cliff, while prices seem to have gone up. We ordered three dishes. One was noticeably worse than before, and one was really bad: the wagyu fried rice had raw diced tomatoes and a lot of raw onion in it, and it seemed like no salt had been added at all. It also had lots of ginger bits. The taste was bland. That's just not how Chinese fried rice is made. The dish with the five colorful sauces was also different. The colors look the same as before, but almost every sauce has been changed, and tastes much worse -- like cheap substitutes. To be specific for example, the black color spicy sauce used to be XO sauce but now a sour spicy sauce. We used to like this place, but based on this visit, it's different. I hope the owner takes immediate action and brings the good quality back.

One of the best dim sums period, anywhere. - The har gow (shrimp dumpling) and the pork&shrimp dumpling are very solid (but those don't get the effusive praise of the aforementioned) Then ask for a couple packets of soy sauce and sriracha, walk out, dab some drops of both onto your dim sum, and eat with your fingers. Don't use chopsticks as you walk, I'm an expert at chopsticks (remember Miyagi in the Karate Kid, that's me). Use your fingers and eat right out of the plastic container as you walk. :) Everything I've tried there is solid, but the aforementioned is a divine dim sum eating experience.
