They did amazing work on not only our palm trees like originally planned but on all our trees. The customer service was quick, honest, and polite. We Liked them so much, we started a plan with them to have them come out every 6 months for our trees. Thank you again and again! read more

Left trash in planter box, poor clean up , I have had them do work before, and they did a great job, but this time not so good, I pointed out they broke a fence board but they shrugged it off. 2-9-22 Update-German came by this morning with a fence board thank you, I informed him about the trash left behind, he said he would talk to his workers, and yes I will use this company next time read more

German and his crew were extremely hard working and professional. German himself s easy to communicate with and asked for my feedback during the crew's progress. He was able to accommodate my requests and made fair adjustments to the price. I would recommend him to my family and friends. read more

German has been taking care of our trees for several years. We've recommended him many times and each person has been wowed by his level of service. We love German and crew! read more

Recently we acquired German's Tree Service to renovate our front yard. The yard was in dire need of some help. German's Tree Service has taken out trees, bushes, shrubs, gravel and a poorly done extension of our front porch. He came in with his crew (which by the way are as courteous and professional as they come). We had concrete work done, new sod put in and rock work done along the front curb. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!!! The neighbors love the new look and we do too. Thank you for another job well done. Your company is always top on our list. Would highly recommend. read more

Once again, "The German" came to the rescue and meant the challenge of the thorn ridden, rather large bougainvillea that was blown down by the recent winds. He sized up the job, quoted it (very reasonable) and the next day...gone!!! Next up for you are the two very tall weeping willows that require your creative talents in the very near future. I defy you to make them look half good as the large tree in the front yard you trimmed last year. That was a work of art. Joy read more

German and his team did an excellent job! Very professional and not much hassle. Will no doubt use them again and might even be willing to pay more next time. :-) read more

I hired German to trim a few trees and cut two down. He was reasonable on his pricing and did what I asked. The trees look great. He and his crew cleaned up after themselves. I will be hiring him again. read more

I had a scheduled appointment that German Tree Care never showed up to, never called or advised they would not be showing up so I wasted a few hours of my day waiting. I will be giving my business to another company now. Very disappointing!! read more

When another company was a no-show, I gave German a call. He agreed to come over a couple days later to provide a quote. Wanting to save both of our time, I sent him pictures of the trees I needed trimmed and asked if he could quote from those, then come do the work at the previously set appointment time. He agreed and gave me a fair quote so I told him I accepted his offer. A couple days later, he showed up (on time) and did the promised work in a couple of hours. Cleaned up as he went and the price didn't change. Great work! read more

The guys at German tree service are just amazing. German came over and quoted the job. I had a quote with all the details and start date of the project. German and his team showed up on time and didn't waste any time getting starting. I had a large bush on a hill, planter cleared, huge bush on a side of the house and a 40' tall pine tree. Big or small he was ready work and left everything clean. If your looking for someone you can count on; I truly believe German and his team will do a remarkable job! read more

I was lucky enough to have same-day service. At the beginning of the day I was contemplating ripping out a couple of palm trees. At the end of the day I'm looking out the front of my house and I am ecstatic. I will be keeping my trees and I am signed up for a six-month appointment to come back and keep these trees maintained. These guys did a great job, they were polite they cleaned up and all around I give them a 10 out of 10 read more

German, was the first to respond to my request. He came over as he said in 40 minute. He and his other co-worker/employee did an excellent job on my two trees. I would highly recommend them. read more

We had about 10 Palm trees done and they did an amazing job. So professional and cleaned up every bit of mess. Prices are very reasonable as well. We would highly recommend them! read more

These people are completely unprofessional. Please don't waste your time. I contacted them via yelp for a quote to prune a mullberry tree. We agreed upon the price and date/time, but when I messaged them, they said they are busy so they will come on the next day. Ok sure. The next day came and nobody showed up, when I asked again they said they took a day off since it rained that day (note that it wasn't raining during our scheduled time). When I asked when do they want to reschedule (again!), they finally told me that they are too busy so won't be able to do the job!?! The whole time I was always the one who had to message them to find out that they bailed. Zero customer service and zero reliability. read more

I'll keep these review short.... German gave me a reasonable quote through yelp. He then came out to my house and confirmed the quote he had given me earlier. He did the job the same day and was professional throughout the entire day. I look forward to having him help me clean up my front /back yards. Thanks German! read more

I had German tree care and give a quote on an overgrown tree in the front yard of my rental property. They were prompt to the appointment and quoted a fair price, for the trimming. Will definitely be considering in my future needs. read more

Make sure you get the price in writing. German gave me a price to remove 2 trees in my backyard for 1400 and with the stumps remove it would be 100 more if he could fit his own machine into my house to get to the backyard. He then told me if he had to borrow or rent a smaller machine it would be 250 more. I'm ok with both of the prices. When German and his crew almost finish cutting the trees, I asked him if he was able to borrow a stump grinder or if he's brining his own. He told me the Stumps are too big and it would cost me 600 more to remove both. I mean he went out and look at my trees before I gave him the job. He should have just be straight forward with me from the beginning if he want to charge that much. Long story short, he went down to 500 but my family and I didn't like the way he do business so we told him no. He called back a week later asking if we would like the stumps remove and the price is 400. If he was honest about it from the beginning I would have paid 1800 for everything so I told him no. His crew damaged some of my neighbor plants as well. I didn't know about it until my neighbor told me a few day after. He asked if I could buy his crew some food, which I didn't mind and bought them lunch. I rather remove the stumps myself or hire another company then giving to job to German. read more

I work for a Property Management Company and I hired German to trim a large tree at one of our rental properties. He is now on my vendor list for future jobs. Reasonably priced, efficient and easy to work with! read more

We recently got an estimate from German Tree Care for the removal of a palm tree, trimming many of our trees including an olive tree, a yucca and several other types of trees, grinding a large stump plus taking care of other tree issues. We also got an estimate to trim and remove many trees and bushes at my mother-in-laws home. The estimates that German gave us were reasonable and fair. We decided to have him and his workers do both jobs for us. The work they did was phenomenal. He did everything he said he would plus much more. He even got up on our roofs to sweep off the leaves, branches and whatever else was up there. They did a very professional job and left both of homes immaculate. We highly recommend German Tree Care and know you will also be pleased with their quality of work. We will definitely be calling German Tree Care for any future work that we need. read more

Great experience with German Tree Care! Requested a quote and German was at my house within the hour to look at my trees. Originally planned for them to just trim my palm trees, but ended up having them remove 3 other trees and get rid of some other overgrown plants. Very professional and comparable prices to others. Would recommend 10 out of 10! read more

I needed a job done on a big tree and German came through in a matter of hours, did a nice clean job at an affordable price.

They did it again! They just trimmed our trees and moved one and did the great job that I always expect and get from them. We have been using German Tree Care for several years now and could not recommend them more!! read more
