Excellent service, fair pricing, and outstanding customer care! Jose and his crew did an amazing job cleaning up two of my queen palm trees. He gave me a very reasonable price, and what really impressed me was his honesty and willingness to help. When I asked about cleaning up my banana tree, instead of immediately trying to sell me additional work, he took the time to show me how I could maintain it myself. Even while he was preparing my estimate, he had already started working on the tree. Seeing his dedication and work ethic, I decided to hire him on the spot. The entire team worked hard, cleaned up thoroughly after the job, and left everything looking great. It's rare to find a company that genuinely cares about both quality work and customer satisfaction. They are punctual in their appointment time. They also cleaned the pool and the backyard after their work. You can't go wrong with Jose and his team. Highly recommended! read more

They made it super easy! I talked to someone through texts and sent pictures of the trees I wanted to take down. He told me how much it would cost and the options I had for the stumps. They came the next day with their own machines and got it all done in one day! I had them take down 7 trees! read more

This is long time coming as I've had Jose and his crew come out for several years. They do a great job. Clean up well and are ver personable. They work with me as I have an neighbor who is very difficult to deal with and doesn't like any debris on their property. Our palms border the wall so they have to make an extra effort to be careful and I really appreciate that. Thank you read more

I recently hired Lucero Tree Care LLC to trim my oak tree, and I'm extremely happy with their work. Oak trees are protected and require expert handling, and this team clearly knows the proper care techniques. They were knowledgeable about the regulations and made sure every step was done with the tree's health and preservation in mind. They will be my to go business for it's maintenance going forward. read more

We had a great experience with Alex at Lucero Tree Care! Out of all the yelp quotes, theirs was the most reasonable--and they were actually licensed and insured, which gave us peace of mind. Alex and his team were prompt, polite, and super friendly throughout the whole process. The crew did a great job trimming our 2 pine trees and ficus and left everything clean and tidy. Alex listened to me and did what I asked to keep the shape of the tree. He and his crew were outstanding. They took great care in trimming my giant Ash tree so it didn't look butchered like a previous crew. They were meticulous in taking care of the house and neighbors to ensure everything was safe. They did a beautiful job of cleaning up. He also gave me a very fair price. I highly recommend him and will not hesitate to use him in the future. read more

Sent out a request for a quote on trim for 2 high Queen palms, and received a response quickly requesting a picture. The quote came back very reasonable and setup timing for the service. The job was done very well and clean up was good. I wasn't able to be present during the that day but received an image once the work was completed. Alex was responsive and offered EFT payment which was very convenient vs. others who require cash or check. read more

Needed a couple Giant Bird of Paradise removed since the roots were damaging the walkways. Got a quote similar from a few others, half the cost of a 4th. Alex came over the next day to remove it and grind out the stumps. They were careful to dig out enough to check for water pipes, didn't damage any of them (would replace them if they did). Very happy with the work that was done. read more

We had multiple quotes. Lucero Tree was one of those we hose for a quote. Alex said he would give us a quote. He was on time, suggested a few options and told us to take our time getting back to him. We ultimately chose Lucero to remove a Calary pear tree, silk floss tree, over 30 shrubs and trim all other trees on the property. It was a full two day job. On day one 5 workers showed up, on day two 7 workers showed up. Everyone was friendly, efficient and cleaned up several times during the day. It may be hard to see from the pictures, but they did a terrific job. Lucero was $300 from the cheapest quote, but on a multi thousand dollar job we decided they were worth the extra money. We are thrilled with the work Lucero did and recommend them for your project. read more

Alex came to our home to give an estimate to trim our Pepper tree that was in need of trimming! He was quite professional! We hired him to do the work! We made a date and time! The crew arrived on time, as scheduled! The crew did a great job! Near the end of their service we asked the crew to take care of specific branches before they left, which they gladly took care of! Excellent service! The company removes my 5 Italian cypress stumps in about 3 hrs and clean up the space thoroughly.

We requested a tree removal and replacing it with another one. Alex got us the best quote, other competitors wanted to charge $2,500-$1,500. It was outrageous! Anyways, Alex and his crew were done in less than an hr. They tidy up and left within an hr. Awesome job, I'll definitely recommend. Thanks Alex for charging fairly and doing a great job. read more

Lucero Tree Care completed the annual maintenance work trimming the trees and other shrubbery today. This is a very professional tree service. They are very well trained and knowledgeable. They have modern equipment and know how to use it. They cleaned as they worked and they cleaned the trimmings that dropped in the neighbors yard on both sides. The neighbors really appreciated the courtesy. I appreciated the high quality and meticulous cleanup. Most importantly they did a great job on my property. I have used professional tree trimmers for years and I called Lucero when my regular crew couldn't fit me in. Lucero Tree Service is by far the best I have ever been associated with and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs their property to have a professional manicured appearance. Great job guys.
