Called auto glass plus based on the good reviews and they took care of working with insurance and gave me instructions on what I needed to do as well. They were able to have insurance cover OEM glass replacement which made the process smooth. The day of the repair I was running late and ended up being late for my appointment. Initially I was told I would have to rebook since there wouldn't be enough time for the repair. It was my fault, so it was fair, however one of the techs came in and said they might be able to get it done. I was thankful that they tried to work it out and they ended up being able to complete the work. So far the work seems good! The only issue was that the wiper arms were misaligned and were smacking the A pillar. I ended up adjusting it myself to fix it. TL;DR: Staff made process smooth. Tech made glass smooth.

David Young is a knowledgeable and friendly ASE Certified Technician here also and upon chatting, I could tell he really has a passion for cars. As a helpful Dad's errand, I brought my son's car in here for a brake job while he was out of town on a trip. This particular shop is also part of Costco's network of auto service providers (besides selling and installing tires which Costco does at its own Tire Centers) and that is what directed me here. That and knowing they would be more economical than having a dealer do the brake work. They do good and reliable and guaranteed work and while they are not "cheap", but rather reasonable, you do get a 15% discount based on being a Costco member. You need an authorization number from Costco via their website to get that discount. They do a lot of the usual auto shop services but most of their Costco referral business is admittedly for wheel alignments (which I also had done) which Costco Tire Centers don't do, but often recommends after their tire work. I really liked the professionalism and friendliness I experienced here. Nice written reports with photos are also provided on all of the work btw. Big thumbs up and thank you Matt and Dave! ps - There is a 3% credit card fee and the auto repair bills are not insignificant. There is no fee for a debit card, so bring and use that if it makes a big enough difference for you.

03/11/2026 Update: As of today, no one has contacted me regarding the concerns I raised. I also discovered that after the repair, my fog lights no longer work. Very disappointing experience. My insurance company gave me an owner's choice of repair shops, and I chose this one because the online reviews looked good. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. After my accident, two warning lights (traction control and downhill/stability) appeared, and my steering wheel became noticeably off-center while driving. These issues started after the collision, and I mentioned them because my main concern was the safety of the car. When I picked up my vehicle, the lights were still on and the steering issue had not been addressed. I was simply told that the mechanical issues were "not related to the accident." During a conversation with Mia, she even suggested that it looked like I had only hit a curb, which is completely inaccurate. The accident involved two vehicles and there was significant impact on the driver's side. What was most frustrating was the attitude and lack of concern. My safety concerns were dismissed, and it felt like once the insurance payment for the body work was processed, they were no longer interested in helping investigate the mechanical issues that appeared after the collision. I am now having to seek another shop to inspect the vehicle because I still have concerns about the safety of driving it. I chose this shop because of their reputation online, but based on my experience I would not recommend them. read more

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Gerber Collision. From start to finish, the service was unprofessional and unsafe. The staff was rude, failed to communicate clearly, and took far longer than promised. My car was returned with additional damage, and despite multiple complaints, no one took responsibility. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. read more

Moments latter I get a call from State Farm stating the shop would fix it at no cost. I have no interest in returning because one he lied and said they did not touch the door and two why would I trust someone who wasn't honest initially thanks but no thanks, Matt. It would not be wise of me! Everyone in the office was very friendly. The car looks great and it was finished before the estimated time of completion. They also cleaned my car, tires looked great and vacummed. Im impressed! Thanks! However, my sister noticed a knick on the passenger side I know wasn't there when I dropped the car off. Brought this to their attention and they said they didn't touch the door then it could've been a cigarette. For the price of a handshake, my car was as if nothing had ever happened. He could have honestly said that the clear coat was scratched and duped me into a couple hundred bucks....but he didn't. My bumper had come slightly misaligned. He said the damage was light, but did make several times to get my bumper to snap back into place. Although he was not able to do so, he said that he thought the bumper would be fine and need no repair at this time. He did not charge me anything, although he tried to fix it for about 10 minutes. He was friendly, courteous, and saved me alot of money and stress. I highly recommend this place for the knowledge, kindness, and honesty.
