My first encounter with Ian was nothing short of professional and helpful. He got me in within the hour, got the estimate done within a half hour and scheduled repairs a week out. Simple. They didn't keep too much in contact during the repairs process but were helpful whenever I checked in. I also beat them to the punch a lot with follow ups. Expectations were clear and the repairs done were nothing short of phenomenal. Moments latter I get a call from State Farm stating the shop would fix it at no cost. I have no interest in returning because one he lied and said they did not touch the door and two why would I trust someone who wasn't honest initially thanks but no thanks, Matt. It would not be wise of me! Everyone in the office was very friendly. The car looks great and it was finished before the estimated time of completion. They also cleaned my car, tires looked great and vacummed. Im impressed! Thanks! However, my sister noticed a knick on the passenger side I know wasn't there when I dropped the car off.
