The salesperson was very professional and helpful throughout the process -- no complaints about him. However, after collecting my personal information and running my credit, the dealership increased the vehicle price by $4,000-$4,500, bringing the deal close to $45k-$47k. This is completely unacceptable. They ran my credit, created inquiries, impacted my score, and did not honor the original advertised price. I am not pursuing this legally, and I am already in the process of purchasing a vehicle elsewhere, but this kind of practice is misleading and unethical. Because of that, I do not recommend this dealership.

Called auto glass plus based on the good reviews and they took care of working with insurance and gave me instructions on what I needed to do as well. They were able to have insurance cover OEM glass replacement which made the process smooth. The day of the repair I was running late and ended up being late for my appointment. Initially I was told I would have to rebook since there wouldn't be enough time for the repair. It was my fault, so it was fair, however one of the techs came in and said they might be able to get it done. I was thankful that they tried to work it out and they ended up being able to complete the work. So far the work seems good! The only issue was that the wiper arms were misaligned and were smacking the A pillar. I ended up adjusting it myself to fix it. TL;DR: Staff made process smooth. Tech made glass smooth.

This establishment is highly reputable. (And trust me, I've been burned by dealerships in the past) My most recent experience was earlier this week. I purchased my new Jeep Grand Cherokee from this place. Our sales representative, Keyon, was top notch. Very personable, knowledgeable and most importantly, honest. The dealership manager, Adam, was a no b.s. type of guy (which I personally appreciate). Gary, the finance manager, was the same way - no nonsense, no over promising, just said it like it is. I highly recommend Fields CDJR of Glenview for anyone's next vehicle purchase.

Boy oh boy, do I have a story for this dog shit scam center. As we may all know, a true service…read morecenter is difficult to find: loyal, reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and most importantly, doesn't bend you over every time you walk through the door. It's easy for all the other departments to function normally in America. Feed 'em high sugar drinks, pizza and popcorn. Unlock the doors to the spaceships and continue ripping off consumers with MOPAR parts. Easy. But where the real money comes from isn't the high incentives. No, no, no. It's from the apprentices in the service center wearing their Cintas polyester uniforms. More specifically, when you tell these e learning service members that you want a certain service done to your vehicle, apparently they feel obligated to reach as deep into your pockets as possible and recommend a bunch of nonsense you never asked for, whether you've got tits or not. I went in for an oil change. Simple service. Somehow, one of these MOPAR captains tried convincing me that I had a bad oil leak coming from the oil pan. I've never seen oil leaking from my Jeep in my garage or anywhere else I park it, so I shut that down pretty quickly. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this service center has tried pulling something like this. Buddy finishes up, and I'm on my way, living life in clean air. I then checked my vehicle after leaving Fields CJDR and was absolutely disgusted by what I found. This little f***er didn't properly tighten my oil drain plug, and I had oil everywhere. So let me get this straight: I bring my vehicle in for a routine oil change, get told I supposedly have an oil leak, and then leave with an improperly tightened drain plug that is actually causing an oil leak? The audacity. That is not a sales tactic. That is a legitimate safety issue. If I hadn't checked my Jeep afterward and continued driving with the oil leaking out, the consequences could have been catastrophic. I really need to get rid of this Jeep anyway. The only reason I keep it is because I have the tight community, and I think it's cool having little tiny rubber duckies all over my dash. GO JEEPERS! So, Fields sucks because they managed to turn a simple oil change into a potential engine destroying situation. Thanks, and have a nice day.

Now, if you're expecting a luxury waiting area, this isn't it. The office is small with only a few chairs. But honestly? I'd much rather have great service, responsive staff, and fair pricing than a fancy lobby. They delivered where it actually matters.
