I totaled my driver's side door after inadvertently leaving my car in neutral in the garage while the door was open. The car rolled back, and the door clipped against the garage wall. Thankfully, no one was hurt, although my ego needed some attention. I called Certified Auto Body and was immediately taken care of. Debbie, the owner, had a tow truck out within the hour (the car was not fit to drive). They managed the insurance claims process for me and arranged a rental car for us before we left the shop. The prices were extremely fair, and we had our car back good as new within about a week. By far the best, smoothest, and most pleasant car experience - of any kind - I have had. These guys know what they are doing, and it shows. Highly recommend! read more

Was very happy with my recent bmw repair. Very responsive and high quality work. Highly recommend

For whatever reason I didn't get the same attention to details with the repairs to my vehicle. Wish I could've given a better review. My SUV needed a new tailgate but they replaced it with a used one and repainted it which is acceptable if done properly. There was a bit of overspray in and on the taillights and on the door handles. Overall lousy quality but my chief complaint is on the corner of my tailgate where the glass meets the body it started rusting within 2 months (during the summer) so I brought it back to show the "bald guy". I showed him and explained that it's rusting he licks his finger and attempts to rub it off and said "it's not rust just some discoloring, please bring it back and I'll touch it up with some touch-up paint". Anyway, after being insulted I never brought it back and had another shop confirm it was rust and it was fixed properly. read more

I have NOTHING bad to say about this place. They took care of me and my car in no time! I have an Audi and it was in for collision repair. I have had my car worked on before and had such a bad experience that I was dreading this so much! They did such great work, left my car looking like nothing EVER happened and they matched my cars "Glacier White" paint to the T! I got weather damage this past week, guess where I'm taking my car? You got it! Certified Auto Body! read more

I was so upset when someone dented the driver side door of my 6-month old BMW. But I was elated when I brought my car in and Debbie said they could fix it for less than I was quoted elsewhere, keep the original paint, and complete the job that day while I waited. Score! My car is looking as good as new now. This is the third time I've used Certified Auto Body on my two BMWs. While I hope I don't have any future repairs, I will certainly come back again should the need arise. read more

I am shocked to read anything less than a 5 star rating for Certified. From the minute I walked in until the work was completed, I was treated professionally and the work was done in a few hours. Not only did they repair the bumper, they touched up a few scratches on the doors and buffed out marks for free! They also rented a car from Enterprise at no cost to me. I would not take my car to anyone but Jack. read more

Double the stars this place is awesome! Thank you so much Jack and your crew that fixed my Rav4 back like new!

I have used Certified Auto Body multiple times and have always had quality work. Dealing with repairs after an accident and insurance adjustors, etc can be very stressful and overwhelming. Certified Auto Body has always kept me in the loop as to the status of the repairs and worked on my behalf to get the repairs done in a timely manner and with quality workmanship. read more

I refuse to take my cars anywhere else other than Certified Auto Body. I had damage to the back bumper and the front right fender of my car and I was quoted at around $800. Upon taking off the bumper, they found WAY more damage and the car needed to be worked on for several more days; however, he still only charged me the price he quoted me on. They do not try to take advantage of you or tell you stuff needs to be fixed when it doesn't. They will always work extra hard to get the job done right, without overcharging you. These are the most honest and hardworking mechanics in Illinois. Do not go anywhere else. read more

Jack and his gang have beautified 5 of my vehicles since 1997. Their attention to detail is the key reason I continue to return. When your car panels reflect like a mirror without wrinkles, pock-marks, or fades - then you know the paint shop was a pro. The quality of repair parts has held sure over time. I highly recommend Certified Auto Body for friendly, reliable, and quality body repair. read more

I've used Certified many years ago and I was satisified with their work, so Jack and know's I'm a car guy car, it may not be much to some but right now it's all I have..... I went to Jack because they did good work the first time and I felt satisified with their work. The staff was great from the front desk, Deb and Rose to talking with Jeff. I was in there 2 years ago for front end damage and I wasn't happy from the start, the bumper not fitting right to the paint not matching correctly. Now remember, I'm a car guy!!! YES, I'm a picky S.O.B.... and YES difficult to make happy, but I want it EXACTLY THE WAY IT WAS THE DAY I PURCHASED IT....... After going round and round Jack did order another bumper which didn't fit to my liking because I can see where the front license plate is suppose to go,well those holes have to be drilled out, in my opinion the bumper wasn't from the factory. Anyways, the 2nd bumper didn't line up correctly and there was two areas that the paint didn't shine like the rest of the bumper, YES, again I'm PICKY, but it's my car.... FINALLY, I went back and they aligined the bumper correctly and buffed out only one area, not the other, so there's a dull to the paint, that probably I would only pick up, Jack even commented, " WOW, you have a detailed eye", INDEED i do, I pay for it every month. I've been in there asking for Jack several times, Deb telling me hes on vaction this week, so I went back the following week, Jacks on vaction, no phone call back, Ok, we all get busy... I was there 3 weeks ago to get some work done, delt with Jeff this time, he said I'll have Steven call Hyundai about this, tick tock I'm still waiting... I called and left a message for Jeff 2 weeks ago today and yes I'm still waiting.... I never recieved a letter from Jack from 2 years ago about the warranty, and him telling me if you're ever not satisified Please let me know and I'll personally take care of it... So, if you're a car guy and detailed about your car DO NOT TAKE IT HERE........ HERMAN RODIEK........ read more

Brought my 2013 BMW 328iX in after I was hit in the driver rear door and rear quarter panel. My Ins - Hartford recommended them over BMW. They handled the rental thru Enterprise. Car was in shop for about a week. Car looked like new when picked up. No issues. Would definitely use them again. Front office and Jeff did a great job. read more
