Woohoo! As good as it gets!…read more Jeff and his team did a fantastic comprehensive body restoration and repaint on our 1967 Camaro RS/SS convertible. They stripped the car down to bare metal, replaced and fitted damaged body panels and applied a first class paint finish that is really eye-popping. They went above and beyond by also repainting the trunk and engine compartment and a number of other small details that really make the car stand out. Jeff kept us informed every step of the way, and the cost was very reasonable. We would entrust Jeff and his team to do body work on any of our vehicles, new or classic. Jeff and Jane R.

Instead of doing so, he told me, "I know exactly what you're doing. I'm calling the fleet company--I work for them." I found this response surprising and unprofessional, so I left and reported the interaction to my fleet company. I went to a competitor who immediately reviewed the entire vehicle and is now handling the repairs respectfully and thoroughly. Due to the interaction at Allanson, I won't return in the future.

Charles said I did it. That I spilled something. I don't keep liquids in my car. And I don't use anything than smells like the inside of a 50c Car Wash. I also don't know how I could have accessed my own car in their shop without my keys or keys to their building, and then doused the inside of it with a fragrance of my own possession- a fragrance which prevents me from being able to breathe. But that's what Charles said happened. Because "they don't use any air freshener at all." Even though that's not what the receptionist said.

I have to say hands down this is the best place and I see why I was told to come here. The waiting area is nice and the building looks great, the young man in the front office handled everything professionally and kept me in the loop the whole week it was there. I had to have practically the entire front end of my car replaced and I since I have a complex paint - was worried it wasn't going to look right (you know what I mean). When I received the car back, earlier than expected, the work was done well. The folks working behind the counter are honest and good people. You don't find places with people like this very often any more, and usually people only tell others when a place is bad, but this place deserves a good review. But it's not the place, it's the people that make the place. There is a reason this place has a lot of five star reviews and it is definitely because of the people - and the work was done right too. Now I have only had this one experience there, but from the beginning to the end, the folks there were friendly, and explained the process, and I got back my car fixed correctly. I couldn't have asked for more.

Carmedix did extensive panel replacement and paint, resulting in an absolutely beautiful finished product. They perfectly matched the rare original color and replaced the 3M clear bra, as well as detailing my car inside and out before I picked it up. All the panels were perfectly aligned and the car was absolutely brand new. This happened two months after I had switched to Geico and it was an almost $5000 comprehensive claim. I was understandably worried about getting everything taken care of by Geico, but CarMedix took care of everything. I dropped my car off and a week later it was ready. They even arranged for a rental and did all the work of talking to Geico and getting everything approved and covered. I have since recommended them without hesitation and they've done body and paint work on three of my friends' cars, one of whom is extremely particular. CarMedix consistently has some of the lowest prices you can find and more importantly does extremely good work. I've definately not seen a better bodywork value.

Before I came to this shop, my idea of an automotive repair shop was a dim and dirty place with oil on the floor. There's usually a small TV somewhere with old chairs around it. This place is top notch! They have a big clean waiting room with a big screen TV and free WiFi internet. I actually thought that this was a franchise business since the employees wear nice polo's with company logo and everything is professional. I was told about their customer appreciation program where for every dollar you spend you get a "CarMedix mile", once you have enough of these miles you can redeem them for free services like brakes and oil changes. The service I've been provided is bar none! The prices are fair and the automobile is fixed on time when promised. They also have a full body shop and a small dealership. Give these guys a try, I'm sure you'll feel the same way I do!
