Got the car back literally sparkling inside and out and they made tremendous improvement with the paint - and they were even able to re-clip the front bumper skirt that had gotten snagged and pulled out of place years ago! Steven kindly offered to try an additional product on some of the spots of missing paint which I'll be taking the car back for. Pricing was great and they were FAST; car was in at 7am and done by 2pm (the last time I took my car in for interior detailing at a chain company, they took nearly 3 days!) I visit almost every day and I think the value of paying for an unlimited subscription is worth it because the cost of a single wash is only slightly less than a monthly subscription that now allows you to get your car washed twice a day at any of their locations. (FYI..It used to be only once a day so neither are truly unlimited.) They also have a solid number of locations to utilize versus other car washes that may only have a few. This location does not have vacuums and the next closest location that does have vacuums is located in Kensington. This is the only reason for my 4 star rating instead of 5 for this location. Everything is pretty much automated so I haven't interacted with staff much unless there was an issue with my account. When I have, everyone has been professional and helpful. Don't be discouraged if you pull up to long lines. Even at their busiest, the lines still move in an efficient way getting you in and out fast.
