When I pointed it out, I was basically told, "We just wipe off the dust." Excuse me?? Then what exactly am I paying $37 for? Here's the part that really got me: I went outside and wiped the sap off MYSELF in their parking lot. It took me literally THREE MINUTES and a little elbow grease. So please don't tell me it couldn't be removed. Your employees simply didn't want to do it. I asked for some type of resolution since I clearly didn't receive the service I paid for. They refused to give me a refund, a partial refund, a credit -- NOTHING. Not even a complimentary air freshener as a basic gesture of customer service. At that point, it wasn't even about the few dollars. It was the complete lack of effort to make the situation right. And apparently I wasn't the only unhappy customer. Right before me, another customer walked out visibly pissed off because they hadn't properly cleaned the inside of his car either. I should've known right then to leave. The customer service was just as disappointing as the wash. The woman at the front desk just smiled and acted completely unbothered while I explained the problem. No apology, no attempt to fix it, no concern whatsoever. You had TWO dissatisfied customers walk out within less than 30 minutes and apparently couldn't care less. I genuinely try to support local businesses instead of always giving my money to the big chains, but this is exactly how you lose customers. If I'm paying $37 to have my car cleaned, I shouldn't have to stand in YOUR parking lot afterward cleaning it myself. Every time I come here, there seems to be some kind of issue. I kept giving this place another chance because I wanted to support the business, but I'm done. Save your $37 and go somewhere else.

Customers trying to get to the post office, Aldi or other businesses by the car wash are affected by people forming a line where they shouldn't. I contracted with District Detail primarily for cleaning the car, but told them I'd be happy with whatever improvement could be made with the body paint. Got the car back literally sparkling inside and out and they made tremendous improvement with the paint - and they were even able to re-clip the front bumper skirt that had gotten snagged and pulled out of place years ago! Steven kindly offered to try an additional product on some of the spots of missing paint which I'll be taking the car back for. Pricing was great and they were FAST; car was in at 7am and done by 2pm (the last time I took my car in for interior detailing at a chain company, they took nearly 3 days!) And I got the appointment for just a couple days following my call. Highly recommend Steven's work and their great customer service - Check them out! I visit almost every day and I think the value of paying for an unlimited subscription is worth it because the cost of a single wash is only slightly less than a monthly subscription that now allows you to get your car washed twice a day at any of their locations. (FYI..It used to be only once a day so neither are truly unlimited.) They also have a solid number of locations to utilize versus other car washes that may only have a few. This location does not have vacuums and the next closest location that does have vacuums is located in Kensington. This is the only reason for my 4 star rating instead of 5 for this location. Everything is pretty much automated so I haven't interacted with staff much unless there was an issue with my account. When I have, everyone has been professional and helpful. Don't be discouraged if you pull up to long lines. Even at their busiest, the lines still move in an efficient way getting you in and out fast.
