Terrible, half-assed, and lazy work. I paid for the Super Works and it doesn't look like they bothered vacuuming the floors of my car or the seats. I still had the same crumbs there that I went in with. Plus, there was still dust and grime left on my console. And if that weren't enough, they damaged my driver side door and refused to do anything about it. My door handle was broken and the button/sensor had fallen out. TBH, any place is going to be great for this car, which hasn't been washed since purchase back in April. It's an overcast, still warm, October morning and we are just outside the Nation's Capital. The quality is good for it being $18 they leave my car clean, they give an air freshener for free like who else does that. You can always ask for add ons to what you want than to do but personally me with an $18 car wash is worth it. Should most definitely go! read more

Excellent service and fast. My car hadn't been cleaned in a year yet these workers got it fresh and shiny in less than 10 minutes. They kept wiping it down and making sure the windows and mirrors were all perfectly clear before letting me drive away. This was all before my tip in their box. Since Washworks in Baltimore has a new owner, this is my new favorite. They are even better than the Auto Spa. read more

While the staff is thorough with the car wash, the management is horrible. We waited in line on a Saturday for about 15 mins before they needed to close for lunch. They told us we could be first in line when they opened back up, then did not honor that promise. I'm all about supporting community businesses, but to lie to my face within 20 mins with my two young kids in the car, I won't be coming back. read more

I took my car here on 6/7/2019 - I was satisfied with the wash. I returned to my car to find my magnetic phone holder missing (something that the staff tried to convince me was never there) and my blindspot mirror damaged. I've been to several car washes and never had anything missing or damaged. I wont be back and I suggest you take your car elsewhere. read more

I have been going to this car wash for many years. But now they have changed employees/management and now I get the worse car wash ever. Several times I have to tell them to revacuum my car after it has came out the wash. I don't have that nice smell like use too when wiping down the inside of my car. The line is long which is a given the weathers breaking BUT the job is rushed and for the price you might as well find someone to do the job! If you have a truck or SUV this may not be the place for you ! Vacuuming was subpar I have to redo it myself because it's still debri on my floor ! The wipe down is half a** I don't know if it's hard to clean the back of a truck or what but my truck is STILL DIRTY! I showed them (literally took my finger across the back and the tip BLACK ) and they simple took a DRY RAG and wiped it...... YUP still dirty ! Very impressed to finally try my neighborhood car wash! For $20 ($16 for basic wash + $4 for wheel rims) my car was very well cleaned by a team of workers who swarmed over it for about 5 minutes or so after it exited the exterior wash machine. I'll pay more next time and see if it's worth spending extra but now I know why I often see a long line in the summer. Wouldn't recommend. They damaged my vehicle and all told me in unison that it was there before I got there when they were all working in the front DRYING the cars so how would they know?! Basically called me a liar, them and Officer Gracias #3896. They're trained to tell people it was done before instead of at least "apologizing" for the damage. Save your time and money! read more

I've been to many car washes but I like this one the cashier is always super nice but man sometimes the workers working the actual car wash are a pain . To deal with they don't wanna do something u ask. Asked for my back seat car mats to get cleaned said he couldn't do it but just did my front like wtf!!! I've been looking for a car wash that was open during the Covid 19 Stay-At-Home directive. I found an automated car was in College Park, but it barely cleaned the 6 weeks of dirt, bird droppings and rain spots from my car. On my way home, I noticed that Dr. Wash was open. They're only doing the outside for $12 and $19 if you want the tire wax. I went for the $19 package to give my buggy a little extra love. Safe - You stay in your car as the soft brushes do their work. After that, a team of 4 (including the owner) dry, wipe, and clean the body and windows. I left a nice tip with the owner, who immediately handed the tip to one of the workers to set aside for the rest of the team. After they finished, the owner knocked on my window, and with prayerful hands graciously bowed to me. I returned the gesture and went about my way. A clean car and an unexpected warmth in my heart. I will continue to support this local business, especially during the rough health and economic pandemic. read more

This place is a complete rip off. I just bought the $27.00 super wash and still see places they missed. As a matter of fact there was dust in my car when I got in! I see big spots where they missed polishing the interior of my car! Dirt marks in my cup holder. I definitely will not return to this place. Do not go to this establishment. The inside of my door panel was left broken without explanation. I watched one of the workers hit the door with a vacuumed hose resulting in the panel from the door to break and fall. when I brought this to the attention of the owner she told me to take it to the auto shop and it's my choice to use their car wash again. This was a fast car wash with many people working on a busy Saturday. They have several options to choose from. There is a lot of space for many cars to come through. The inside has many different things you can buy for the inside of your car. My friend got the ultimate car wash and she felt they missed a few details inside and outside. With the fast turn around they missed some spots. She said she would just get the regular one next time. The staff was really nice and was welcome to fix missed spots that we saw. read more

The name is changed to "Dr. Car Wash" and the service is crap. Keep the little Christmas tree scent and try removing leaves from my car. I paid $18 for a silver car wash. I wish had read the reviews before I got my car washed. The car wash didn't even remove dirt from the undercarriage. No one bothered to dry the top of my car. The owner had to come out and personally remove dirt and leaves from my car. When I told her there was still dirt and leaves on my car she told me to take it to get it detailed. I've been to other car washes and my car is completely cleaned w/o a detail. There was another customer arguing that they didn't honor their own coupons. The outside of my car was mediocre at best. The inside is quite terrible. After paying $28 and still finding trash and crumbs in my backseat, I am highly disappointed! This is my 2nd time here because I wanted to give them another chance but my level of frustration has peaked and I will not return. Caution!! I tried Dr. Wash (5902 Riggs Rd, Chillum) for a car wash for the first time today. Please stay far away from this car wash. Large scrapes occurred to my car and they accepted no responsibility, even though their own cameras do not show the damage as my car car entered (three other customers were claiming damage to their vehicles at the same height and side my damage occurred). The staff called the owner who instructed the staff to not provide any information. My expectations of a automated car wash are low, however, my car was still filthy and the interior cleaning that I paid was hardly touched. When the owner arrived, she refused to share any business and insurance information and only stated that her small business insurance was too costly (I am not surprised). Stay away from this car wash, there are many more respectable businesses to support. I know many of my friends use this car wash, beware!! read more

They just ripped off the Window Molding off "Java Chip's" Face (her passenger window) and won't accept responsibility for their damage to a brand new vehicle... Carefully read those signs before you drive through - They literally won't accept ANY responsibility for ANY damage done to your car ! I see other dis-satisfied customers here in YELP !! ... I was okay with the half-job sudsy wash - I still had to drive to a near-by parking lot and "finish the job"... I usually wiped her down with polish cloths and finished the mirrors and windows with my own windex ... but there's no hope for the bent molding that got hooked to something mid-wash ... by the time "she" came out of the shower - the molding was holding on by the tip - 35 inches of molding flapping off of Java's side - I am not happy - and NOPE I won't be taking my "Java-Chip" back there !! read more
