Like the previous review my car insurance roadside assistance tried to send George's Towing but unlike the previous review they were a no-show. The roadside assistance kept calling them and they kept giving a run around. After 2 hours of that I asked them to send some one else and they sent Arrow who showed up promptly. I was panicked! My car completely shut down. I called my insurance company and they said someone would be out within an hour and half!!!!! Tony showed up within 15 minutes. I told him what happened and he opened the hood and found that my battery wasn't attached properly and was able to get it going again. Awesome customer service. My car had been down for 2 weeks because I thought my front driver side rim was damaged. 22 in chrome rims are not cheap! So I let my car sit. So I got some extra cash and called Georges tow to get an estimate on how much it would be to get it towed to a local wheel and tire shop. Fair price of $65. I was told they would come 30-45 min and they came in about 30 min exactly. The operator Erik was very nice, courteous and efficient. They try and slap extra fees on your tow. Then when you go and get your car back the office will try to avoid you and act busy to accumulate more storage fees. Then. They all give you attitude. Came out to a flat tire first thing in the morning on my way to work. Called for tow, Tony was very friendly and when I informed him I needed a 12 noon appointment, he scheduled me immediately stating they could meet me at my home where the vehicle was. I had to leave work and when I arrived at home Tom was already there to assist. After looking at my tire, he asked if I had a spare and changed my tire for me. I was ready to drive to the tire shop on the spare in less than 30 minutes. A $65 charge for a tow is a very reasonable price. Best yet. Tom also discounted the cost since he did not need to tow my car. I definitely recommend George's tow. It's nice to receive good service when you're already in a stressful situation. read more

These guys are Great! !! Keep doing what you do. .. They're always professional and come out no matter what time or day it is. They're usually right on time or early. I appreciate their hard work. Their driver's are very helpful. My daughter and I were on the side of the freeway because our car wouldn't go into gear. We once again got friendly, fast service with a smile. I've read all the negative remarks and I ve been there when people are trying to pick up their vehicles. As long as you have your ID and Proof that it's your car there's no problem getting your personal items or your car. If police tow your car, you're probably going to need them to release it 1st. After listening to 1,2,3,4 people get upset because they can't get what they want because they don't have Proof. It makes perfect sense to me. I don't want just anybody to be able to get into my car and pick up personal items or anyone else to be able to pick up my car without proof that they own it. Not to mention make sure you have a way to pay for your tow if you call them out they always let you know how much it's going to be when you call. Even after cranky people I still got service with a smile :) read more

One of my rear tire got shredded in the middle of busy free way i-80 E tonight. I got so panicked first time ever happen to my life. I pulled over to the side and called George's towing cuz they were close to where it happened and seems to have good ratings. I regret i didn't ask his name but the guy arrived in about 20 mins and told me he could replace it with spare tire instead of towing my vehicle so i can save money. These people are shady!!! This company charged me a extra $35 dollars. On top of the $50 my insurance paid for 5.5 miles for a tow, my battery went out. The driver said the extra charge was because they had to make a u turn in Benicia .and the tow is for Vallejo. It didn't make sense . I called the company and they said it was a flat rate. When i asked do you charge per miles or type of tow. He said he couldnt answer me. Very dishonest. How can they charge what they want? Don't use them. Call around. read more

I was in Vallejo, CA for a business trip. My car was in okay condition but the tires were flat. I needed a tow. I have full insurance so I call Geico at about 11:30 pm. Geico connects me with these guys, I give them my exact location to track and the location EMT gave me to tell them also. I don't really know vallejo so it was helpful. These guys took so long to find me I fell asleep in my car. They arrive at 2 am. They try to slap another fee on the tow cuz it was In a ditch and they had to use another tool. Geico didn't want to pay for the bs extra charge. so these guys want the cash from me right there. They end up taking and storing my car cuz I didn't have my debit card.... so they leave me stranded and I walk to my hotel through the hood with my stuff. Took me 2 hours. 2 days later I try to get my car out during their business hours but they say I can't get it until Monday because even though they are open, "the office isn't". The work was done so my company wasn't paying for my hotel and I had to stay in Vallejo until Tuesday just to get my car out. Total price to get my car out and everything was close to a $1,000. These guys needed money bad or something. If I had known I would have had to deal with these guys I would have called my friend towing company in Salinas. They would have arrived sooner that's for sure, but you know I pay for full insurance so i thought it would go smooth. What a joke read more

I love GEORGES towing. They always comes fast when I call. I was notorious for locking my keys in the car and they saved me every time within 10-15minutes. He also towed me from Fairfield to Vallejo for $50. They are cheap and professional and never make you wait. I haven't had to use him in a while (finally got a good car lol) but when I did use him all the time he remembered me and where I lived. Don't know if that's a bad thing or not. Haha. Very nice guy but I can't remember his name all I do remember is he was having a little girl that he was naming Jennifer...random I know but when u had as many tows as I did 3-4 years ago u get to know your regular tow truck driver lol. I told them they should have a card with after your 4th tow you get 1 free. He laughed and obviously that hasn't happened. Haha. I hope AAA contracts with them then I would be an even happier camper and in the even I do need a tow I would ask for them. read more
