The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous & professional. They have a great selection and nicely laid out displays as well as their own private parking . Great service. I went for parts for a 10 year old kitchen faucet. They knew exactly what I needed and not only had the part in stock, but knew exactly where the specific part was located in the store. Hence no waiting around whatsoever. They were also happy to answer any and all questions. I'm definitely going to be coming back. read more

Fantastic business set in an alpine ski lodge chateau type setting, with its own parking lot. Incredible and vast inventory of high quality and high-end materials and items. Super friendly staff, service and even though it is not near me I will always keep them high on the list for sales and service and advice. I've been twice in the past week for help with my bath project which I couldn't have completed without their professional help and expert advice and assistance. read more

Our architect recommended going to George's for our bathroom fixtures. It was a huge relief to have Mike walk us through our choices (there are a lot of choices here!) distilling what our wants and needs were, saving us from feeling overwhelmed while wandering around the abundant displays. There's straight talk about the pros and cons on options and no pressure felt from Mike in regards to up-selling. He was a good listener and we are very happy with the process. Wish we had known about George's after shopping at Snyder Diamonds and Pirch. We were very happy to have this positive experience. read more

Dear All, I do not understand why George's Showroom has only 2 STARS that is crazy!!! From the moment I entered George's Showroom and mind you not to buy anything fancy but for help with buying very complicated plumbing parts and fittings and not only did Kel give me outstanding service, found every difficult item I required or ordered what needed to be ordered, he emailed me on a Sunday to update me. Additionally, he saved me hundreds of dollars by recommending that some of my bathroom fittings be plated and the business to whom he referred me were EXCELLENT too. Besides all the help I received in the PARTS department, the showroom for bathroom is amazing. I got so many ideas for my new bathroom and by the time I was done with the "parts" part of my visit I was already set on which bath tub would work best in our newly remodled home. You will be very pleased with the exceptional customer service you receive at George's Showroom. Karen Gold Los Angeles, Ca read more

Ben was very helpful in our purchase of shower faucets! A great selection and the company works with our plumbing company.

I was very overwhelmed by my bathroom remodel until I worked with Beth Ngo at George's plumbing. From just vague descriptions of what I liked, she was able to make recommendations on all the bathroom fixtures, toilets, and whatever else I've needed. She's very knowledgeable, helpful and quick. George's plumbing has a great selection and many different styles for different tastes. I found everything I wanted there. read more

I found this place when looking for a valve for a custom, antique faucet. Have been back several times, including for kitchen sink and fixtures for our remodeling project. I highly recommend the store for its great service and knowledgeable staff. read more

We are in the middle of two projects and have been to Georges two times this week before the showroom has been fully open. The showroom is open at 8:00 am. They have been very nice and helpful in a quick timely manner. I hope you have scrolled down to the filtered reviews. Thats where the good reviews are. Yelp is great, but they don't always publish the good stuff in the first section. I have a small business and I appreciate good customer service and I appreciate the good yelp reviews. If you have a good experience write a review and consider the bad reviews are by people who are never satisfied! read more

I love this store, best service hands down and bought all my fixtures here. I would highly recommend coming if your in need help with design or looking for something unique. read more

I was highly recommended to George's for a shower head set up. They have so much to chose from at their showroom that you will definitely be overwhelmed with ideas. It's pretty darn impressive. Ben, the sons owner helped me and made my purchase an easy one. If you're looking for anything special for your home bath come here! read more

Endless selection, super service, and knowledgeable people! Joe knows the business in and out!

Beth was super helpful and they had a great selection of fixtures. We couldn't try everything like we could at places like Pirch, but I appreciated the diversity of styles, price points, and finishes. read more

Amazing showroom with a fantastic range of products. Their prices are vey competitive and the service was excellent.

I don't know how I haven't yet recommended George's. I just left minutes ago and was once again reminded of how much I love this place. Every time I visit, I think to myself that this is the way all businesses should be run: well-organized and efficient, well-edited product selection, and most importantly, friendly, helpful (but not cloying), knowledgeable staff. Over the years, I've worked with Lester, Rick, Alan, Beth, Bob, and others, and all were excellent at their jobs. George's makes my own job (and life!)easier, and that makes me ever so happy! read more

George's is a plumbing jewelry store (jewelry prices) with 2 showrooms and a plumbing supply area. You get what you pay for. I can find cheaper alternatives but want items which won't need to be replaced along with multiple plumbing charges. Everyone at George's is nice. (Lane in plumbing supplies helped when I had a flat tire.) I purchased a shower set when my bathroom was remodeled to make it safe for my parents (replaced a bathtub with a walk-in shower, installed a grab bar, river rock flooring for traction, etc). Beth Ngo patiently explained the overwhelming options and finishes. (George's has a huge inventory. Check out their web site.) I gravitated toward fixtures which cost a vital organ. In an effort to economize I reluctantly decided to get a different pair of taps. Beth showed me less expensive taps which looked like the ones I wanted. To this day when I take a shower I think, "Thank you, Beth." I would hate staring at those other taps. Beth suggested (no pressure) replacing my sink fixture so everything matches. The sink is not inside the bathroom. Who would notice? I didn't want to splurge. Flash forward 8 years: I was forced to retire due to a severe disability and cannot hold down a job. I live off dwindling savings and SSDI (spent in 2 weeks due to specialists who don't accept Medicare). The C on the right sink tap fell off, trapped inside the ugly plastic knob. "Oh, well. Everyone knows the right tap is for cold water." Last month the H disappeared. "Oh, well. Everyone knows the left is for hot water." The base of the left tap is corroded. The drain refused to plug. I deserved a new fixture. Although I would be spending a lot of money, I was excited to visit George's. (I love staring at jewelry, even plumbing related.) Beth is still there! She remembered what I bought! (I brought a photo just in case.) Beth showed me an affordable faucet - water pours out like a waterfall - I'm SO thrilled with the design; 2 towel racks (one threatened to fall off the wall twice); and a toilet paper holder (may as well). I thanked her numerous times for the shower taps. I will never earn another paycheck but if I have to buy anything plumbing-related (should I replace the sink?), I'm going to George's where I'll get great service and quality worth the price. read more

Shopping at George's was a big mistake. At their shop, salespeople are busy on their computers, ignore the customers and it's ten or fifteen minutes before anyone will come to help you. I was sold an expensive faucet that a week later my plumber said wouldn't work with my plumbing set up. I returned the faucet and was charged a 25% restocking fee. My credit card refund didn't come for three weeks. When I went to the shop to ask about my refund, again salespeople were busy on their computers and ignored me. I had to go out to the parking lot and call them from my cell phone to get any response. This is not a place where you want to shop unless you're desperate for specific expensive items that you can't get anywhere else. read more

Recently started shopping for a bathroom remodel. Came by George's but they were closed for a holiday weekend, so we went to Ferguson's. The sales girl was helpful and got a quote on what we needed. Next weekend we went to George's. Paynal helped us. I was very impressed with his total knowledge of the products. He knew where they were made, model differences and comparisons between different brands. He made some wonderful suggestions of things we had not considered. When we compared prices, Georges was more reasonable. We were very pleased and I completed my purchase today. I have had occasion to use the parts department over the years. They are wonderful as well. Lane is very knowledgeable and has been a great help. Thanks to him I was able to keep my old Case Toilet running for years. It now goes by the way side with my remodel. read more

The staff at George's is so very friendly and helpful. We were in a pickle since another store got our order wrong. The George's team helped us by getting the right fixtures and sorting out what could be delivered quickly. They were a huge help! I will definitely come back here for future remodels. read more

Had a great experience at George's. Worked with Mike Rittenberg who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Would recommend George's, and especially Mike, for any plumbing fixture purchase. They've been around since the dawn of humankind for a good reason. read more

Such terrific selection of items. Great service too. The quality is high but the prices are fair.

I do understand the great reviews. The showroom was stunning. I went here, however, because I had hurt my knees and needed to buy a high toilet. I specified how many inches high over the phone and they indicated they had one in stock. I went there and had a not so great experience. I had a sales person desperately try to up-sell me on things I didn't need or want. The one thing I did need they didn't have. The seller was pushy and tried to convince me a lower toilet would be fine because I was sitting on one so, clearly, in his opinion, it would work for me. I was sitting on it in desperation because at the time I needed a cane to walk and I had been standing for longer than was necessary to find out it was a waste of a trip. He spent a long time explaining to me how I should get a toilet with an elongated bowl for a boyfriend I don't currently have. I ultimately went somewhere else and special ordered a high toilet. I must say after this experience, that I went to Home Depot and they said that it would be nearly impossible to fulfill my request because toilets nowadays are sold in a specified number of inches and the way to get the additional inches would be with a thicker toilet seat. I appreciated this 10 second explanation because it turned my wild goose chase into a very simple transaction. My knees are better now but boy am I glad I didn't spend $900 for a toilet because that boyfriend who desperately needs a $900 toilet can buy his own and put it in HIS house. read more

Ben was super helpful and gave us options and plenty of time to make decisions! Very happy with the purchase of our new toilet and sink!

Saw Lane and Kel, they are so helpful. Then we went to see Bob and ordered a showerhead and kitchen faucet. Great selection

After the worst treatment ever at Snyder Daimond in Pasadena I took the advice of my general contractor and went to George's Plumbing in Pasadena. Wow! Night and day people! Try it and see for yourself...try this test...go to George's Plumbing first browse around ask questions then go to Snyder Daimond in Pasadena and try the same thing...I guarantee that you will run back to George's for better service and better prices! All the staff at George's Plumbing is great Beth is the salesperson who helps me. Beth is very knowledgeable and helpful. Love this place I'll be back. read more

Our contractor told us that he wouldn't warranty a problem should we buy from Home Depot, Lowes, Amazon and alike. He explained to us that the quality for the same model was lower in those stores so he wanted us to go to a plumbing store. After searching around, we went to George's Plumbing. To be honest, just out of curiosity because we didn't have the budget to get luxurious fixtures and the store looks pretty fancy. Paynal greeted us, we told him we had no idea of the prices in that kind of store and explained to him that we love quality but can't afford California Faucets. He was very nice about it and walked us through the different ranges. Their low range is much better than anything I have look at at the other stores, even in the high range. We were actually pleasantly surprised by the fixtures we were able to buy and the experience with Paynal. We returned for several other things after that and should we need plumbing fixture in the future, we will go directly to George's. read more

Service is horrible here. I ordered a drain for my Victoria + Albert tub and had to wait 4 weeks. It was only when I called to cancel the order since having not heard back for 1 month did they say it was on the way and will arrive that Friday for pick up. At the time of pick up, I decided to browse the showroom, by the way is very nice. Against my instincts, once again thought I tried their service out again. I ordered a shower system 3 weeks ago and still haven't heard back though the sales person said he would call me in about a week. I'm thinking I should just take my losses and go elsewhere with a little more care for their smaller customers...I get the feeling I need to drop a very big chunk of $$$$ to get any kind of customer service. read more

Alan is a wonderful resources for our business. He is very knowledgeable about the products and makes helpful recommendations. He always goes to the next level to ensure that our needs are met - including helping us find quality products, helping us source all of the valve components and accessories, and assisting our clients when we send them to the showroom. We know when it comes to plumbing fixtures - this place is a one stop shop! read more

I bought an Icera toilet per their recommendation which they said never clogs. Well it clogs all the time... and our Kohler toilets in the rest of the house do not have this problem. It could be because it is a "water saving" toilet so each flush uses less water and therefore has less power to flush... Nevertheless, dealing with clogs is not fun. I wish George's Plumbing would not have told me Icera toilets don't clog and are the best in the industry. It is completely bad information. read more

I learn George's Pipe & Plumbing Supply Company through my general contractor. My house was under major renovation back to 2013-2014. When it came to plumbing fixture, my general contractor had no hesitation of referring George's to me for its good products, on-time delivery and great customer service. I met Beth. She was knowledgeable with great patience, also very artistic. She helped me to choose different style of sinks, faucets, toilets and all needed accessories for my kitchen and 3 bathrooms. All parts she suggested stood out with distinguished characters to represent each room with uniqueness. We have all truly benefited from Beth's experiences. In addition, all the parts were delivered on time! It was so important for our renovation schedule! Thank you, George's! I have witnessed your service. I should have put a 5-star review for George's two years ago... but now it is even a better time. During these two years, whenever I have a question and encountered some issues, Beth worked closely with the manufacturers and solved the problem timely. Beth, thank you for the excellent services you have provided, even after the deal was closed two years ago! George's is THE plumbing fixture stop! The combining of the showroom upstairs and parts department downstairs -- all in one building gives the customers convenience to shop. Although you may find lower price on the internet, one thing for sure, you will never have the "personal touch" customer service George's has given. We will definitely come back for our future need. I highly recommend George's. All salespeople are knowledgeable and professional. The products are upscale. Best of all, the vendors have tight relationship with George's. Thus, they back up the products they represent with superior customer service! You will never feel, after purchasing the parts, you are left alone. read more

I recently remodeled 2 bathrooms at the same time! Someone recommended George's and i'm so glad I ordered through them. I worked with Beth who was incredibly knowledgeable and took the guesswork out of it. I'm not even sure how anyone could know what to order without a place like this because it just wouldn't occur to most of us to order certain parts. and i was a newby. I also had to return and exchange items here and there, which was very much my fault as I didn't measure correctly. and she was always accommodating and understanding. they stand by their products which is also wonderful. I didn't feel anything was overpriced but it was very high quality and Beth worked with my budget. Would recommend George's to anyone doing bath and kitchen remodeling. they are the real deal. read more

Wish I had found this place sooner! I was looking for a particular pedestal sink with matching toilet that had a 6 week wait for the sink. I call and speak to Bob as I was told they may have at least the toilet in stock. Turns out there was a brand I had no idea existed that Bob recommended instead because it looked more authentic for my vintage remodel. And they had the sink/toilet in stock! Bob had the tub overflow assembly I needed for my old cast iron tub too. I just described the 1940s tub I had and he knew exactly what I was talking about. Bob is a plethora of bath knowledge. I will definitely go back to them if I ever need another plumbing fixture or faucet. read more

Is there a way of giving George's Plumbing six stars? My wife and I embarked on the daunting task of doing an extensive remodel to a home we had recently purchased. Being an architect, I knew how much of a strain that can put on a relationship. The work included a complete remodel of two bathrooms and the kitchen. Our contractor recommended George's Plumbing. Wanting to do our homework, we checked out three other suppliers and George's definitely had the best selection and the most competitive prices. We interacted with several knowledgable and helpful sales associates there, but our main contact person was Mike Rittenberg. Mike was pleasant, knowledgable and had great advice for us. Once we had made our selections, deliveries were on time and the faucets, drains, etc. did not disappoint. Towards the end of the project we decided to add one more bathroom to the scope. Mike ensured that we stayed on schedule. On a couple of occasions we had a few issues with what had been delivered to George's by the manufacturer and each time Mike resolved the problem professionally and with a great attitude. If you are looking to remodel your home and want a great partner for your plumbing supplies I could not recommend a better business than George's Plumbing. read more

If this place doesn't have what you are looking for in terms of bath or kitchen stuff, then no one will. Lots of upscale stuff you won't see elsewhere all displayed beautifully. Lester is very smart, knowledgable and very easy to work with. He made buying for 5 bathrooms, a laundry room (sink) and a kitchen fun. Elizabeth is great too. They all are. I prefer this place to Synder Diamond for plumbing supply any day. read more

Great showroom! Customer service was not very good. The sales lady that helped me was abrupt and vague in her answers.

While redoing a 30 year old condo went to Georges for the first time. Our sales person was Allen (Love him!) We was fantastic to work with. The quality is great and prices reasonable. Thanks to the showroom found a bathroom cabinet, matching mirror and an awesome sink that was just perfect for the powder room. Had a little hic up and Lane came to my rescue He is the plumbing guru! George's is a company that you want to keep around. I've been using George's since 1987. I was surprised to read some of the negative reviews because they do not reflect the overall stellar quality of this company. First, plumbing is one of the most important things to get right in your home. These people know what they are doing. Since they have lots of clients who are design professionals, the average consumer might feel a little "at sea" at first. If the sales people are busy and don't immediately come up to you, be patient. You will be able to track someone down when you are ready for more information. I've done two extensive remodels over the years on an historic home. The first time I told George's the brand I wanted to buy to update the master bath. It was pretty, but turned out to have a defective ceramic disc system. Too late for me because it was installed behind tile! So now I always ask about reliability and ease of maintenance of a product before I buy. (Some people don't care and just want the "look"--I consider overall cost and longevity.) The second time around, I asked George's for the best quality, best value and most reliable products to consider . . . and got excellent advice and service. I didn't choose the most expensive or prettiest options, but I made an informed decision that suited me. Every day, I love the decisions I made. Maintenance and replacement parts are a whole different issue and equally important to me. Again, George's ranks way above the other retailers who simply sell you the product. Lane is a wonderful problem solver and patient with those of us who are willing to learn! George's is a locally owned company and resource that I feel very lucky to have available. read more
