The well maintained Mercedes SUV was extremely clean and comfortable. Orlando is such a pleasant man, helped with my luggage, enjoyed nice conversation on the ride, and he was extremely courteous. I flew out of LaGuardia on Sunday and returned on Tuesday morning. Orlando picked me up in New Fairfield in plenty of time to catch my flight and was at the airport waiting for me upon my return. Bottles of water are always in the vehicle along with snacks. There is also screens on the back of the front headrests if you want to watch movies during the ride to the airport. The fees for airport transport are comparable to what other companies in the area charge. For me, knowing that I can rely on airport transportation is very important which is why I will continue to choose Rosa Rides for my future travel plans which require flights from New York. The only logical conclusion I can come to regarding this company is that they are running a scam…read moreoperation to collect username and passwords to hack potential clients. They bait you with low rates on their quote tool and prompt you to make an account, but you can never log in to your newly created account (hope you didn't use a sensitive password), and you can't contact them. When I tried calling, someone picked up after a time, held the line, but was silent. When I called back, they picked up and hung up. Maybe they themselves are the victim of a cyber-attack? In any case, stay away.
