We used SCS twice last week and were very happy we did. Aly picked us up at LaGuardia and took us to our friend's home in Norwalk for a very competitive price. His SUV was comfortable and clean both inside and out. Aly was a careful driver, very friendly and personable. When we arrived in Norwalk, I mentioned to Aly that we would be visiting our son in Hoboken at the end of the week and would he be interested in taking us there? Aly gave me his card and asked me to call him a day or so in advance which I did. Once again he gave me a competitive price, and he picked us up at the our friend's precisely at the time requested. The ride through CT, NY, and NJ took awhile as it always does. However we had a good conversation with Aly on a number of subjects. I had an excellent experience with Aly from scstrasportation. I did a lot of research before booking with Aly. Aly was the only car service who assured me that he would check if my flight arrived and he would be waiting for me at the airport. (He kept his word). He didn't tell me to call when I arrive and they will see if a car is available, as some other car services told me. His price was decent for the private taxi I asked for. Aly gave me good instructions to find him at the airport, was very pleasant, and drove safely. I landed at La Guardia at 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving, when most people are in the middle of their Thanksgiving feast and don't want to be out on the highway working. SCS is tops. My wife and I, along with our 12 month old daughter, used the service for transport from Stamford to EWR, and then on our return trip from JFK back to Stamford. Aly and his team of drivers are very pleasant, and have a nice fleet of vehicles. For the trip to EWR we were transported in a Lincoln Navigator and on our return trip it was a Chevrolet Tahoe. Both SUVs provided us amble room for all of our luggage and our car seat. Extra special was the fact that on our return trip, our flight landed on New Year's Eve, at 11:50pm. The driver was prompt, waiting at the baggage claim, with a warm vehicle to climb into on the freezing cold night. Not only did ask for help just 24 hours before but Aly was as gracious and helpful as possible. He arranged car service for our difficult trip to an important medical appt. for my husband. This was not a day we were looking forward to enjoying. Jalal was right on time. Gracious and extremely attentive. He was very perceptive of and thoughtful to our needs. Excellent experience with Aly and his car service. My daughter's flight to Westchester was canceled due to weather, and she was re-routed to Newark. I called SCS and spoke with Aly, who was very helpful and understanding. He quoted me a very reasonable rate to pick her up at Newark and drive her to her final destination in Stamford, and even provided an SUV at no extra cost, due to the weather. Her flight was delayed multiple times, during which Aly patiently communicated with me via text. The car and driver were right there when her flight finally landed. I honestly do not write reviews but SCS was a perfect example of how airport transportation should be! I was looking for a company to provide transportation from New Haven, CT towards LGA/JFK area and SCS came through for me! I was very impressed with his fast responded and understanding. I booked his serviced about a week earlier to JFK. He got back to me with in 30 minutes, told me the price and offered the car seats for my children without extra charged. His price was very reasonable and made me felt like I had a good deal. We used SCS Transportation to get to and from LaGuardia Airport (we reside in NYC suburb) during / just after holidays. Our driver was very prompt, very good with communication, helpful with numerous bags, low-key during stressful situations. Our return flight was harrowing due to pending winter storms. Our SCS driver waited an hour and half for us despite the fact that we were unable to communicate new flight information. Fares are reasonable for the area and the service. read more

I would highly recommend this car service. We've used SCS for the last few years and have always been pleased. On our most recent return trip from JFK, I dropped a small bag in the back of their vehicle. When I realized it was missing, I called Aly. He immediately had the car searched and alerted me that the item had been found. I said I would pick it up but he insisted on having one of his drivers drop it off that evening. Great Customer Service!! We used SCS Transportation for our recent spring break trip. Driver showed up early and got us to JFK safely and on time, and for a great rate. Our flight home got cancelled last minute and Aly called me to check on when we would re-book. We weren't able to get on another flight until 2 days later which happened to be Easter morning.
