This is noteworthy, as we had been a customer of the same service from 1991 to 2014 - when Leros, the heavyweight in the local market, and the acquirer of L&J Limo in 2010 definitively demonstrated they could not care less about their customers. Back to Harrison. They have made reservation a snap, offering on line, a smartphone app or traditional call in options. Unlike that other big company service that has zero personality and is focused on completing the reservation in the fewest seconds possible, with Harrison you can enjoy a brief conversation with another human. The Town cars are clean, smoke free and on time for pickups at our home, and they keep in constant touch throughout dispatch of driver, arrival on site AND a pic, name and phone contact direct to the driver. Unlike Leros, they charge for actual tolls rather than the maximum possible, there is no fuel surcharge, and while pricing is high compared to your local "taxi" service, we are totally pleased with the people and the process.

I requested a quote for an airport ride within Westchester and was quoted $180 one way. I declined the reservation via email. After that, I received a phone call that I did not answer, followed by a text message asking why I declined and whether it was due to price. I replied that the cost didn't make sense for us compared to parking or other options. The response that followed included a condescending commentary about the type of service being offered, which I found off-putting and ultimately prompted this review. While the company is entitled to its pricing and positioning, I found the follow-up after a clear decline unnecessary. For a service that bills itself as "luxury," the level of tact and professionalism leaves much to be desired, especially at that price point.

Bubz Limos was the first to respond with a quote and the most reasonably priced. Henry was available over several weeks of planning where he always answered my questions as I never hired a private car for a prom. Our driver was Evans and he was extremely professional and kind. He took the kids to multiple stops for photos and waited patiently for them to finish. He even messaged me at the end of the night to let me know the kids were dropped off safely to the final stop. As a parent, this meant a lot to feel reassured your kids are safe. We ordered a Cadillac Escalade which was clean and in pristine condition. Highly recommended and will definitely use for future car service needs.

We were expecting some pretty bad weather that weekend, and when I reached out ahead of time to understand their protocols and what we should expect, they were so reassuring and made me feel completely confident going into the weekend. Thankfully, the weather ended up being totally fine! We did a round trip from New Jersey into NYC for dinner, and our driver was fantastic. He was right on time, extremely easy to find, and kept in touch with me throughout the night. He even texted to see if we needed more time at dinner or if we were ready for pickup, which I really appreciated. He was an excellent driver and made the entire experience feel seamless. And the party bus itself was SO much fun! It was beautiful, clean, and in great condition, with waters available for everyone. We hooked up our music, had the lights going, and my sister, her friends, and I had an absolute blast celebrating her birthday. From start to finish, this was such an easy and fun experience. Last week, I flew into New York from Los Angeles with my family for a trip and needed…read moretransportation from JFK Airport to our hotel in Manhattan. When coordinating, I had an unusual setup. 8 family members taking 3 different flights that were spread out in a 48 hour period. Thus, 3 separate airport pickups. All I needed was a company who could coordinate these airport transfers without giving me a massive headache. Enter: Ride In Style Limo. My hero in black leather seats. I needed a sedan for #1, a big SUV for #2, and then another sedan---for myself. After doom-scrolling Uber estimates of the $100-$125 per ride (plus the emotional cost of maybe getting a Toyota Corolla that smells like gym socks), I looked online and found Ride In Style. Preet responded fast, quoted me a fair price...honestly...it was only slightly more than what a rideshare would've cost. Worth. Every. Penny. The cars? Clean, spacious, and didn't smell like sadness or Febreze. The drivers? Total pros. They texted us ahead of time, met us at the curb like royalty (no dragging our bags across the airport to find some mystery JFK pickup zone), and were exactly where they said they'd be. Each ride was smooth and easy---literally 5-star service all around. But here's where they really shined: my red-eye flight got delayed by FOUR HOURS. These saints didn't flinch. They tracked the flight themselves and showed up right when I landed at JFK, like some beautiful punctual limo fairy godmother. No frantic texts. No "call us when you land." Just peace, comfort, and zero stress. Honestly, I want this company to handle all areas of my life. Airport pickups? Nailed it. Emotional support? Feels like they could do that too. I'll absolutely be using them again the next time I'm in New York. I'll also be recommending them to anyone who wants VIP-level airport service without selling a kidney. Huge thanks to Ride In Style Limo. You made my family's chaotic arrival feel like a breeze. Pro tip: If you're tired, cranky, or just allergic to rideshare roulette, this is the company to call. Bravo.
