The response that followed included a condescending commentary about the type of service being offered, which I found off-putting and ultimately prompted this review. While the company is entitled to its pricing and positioning, I found the follow-up after a clear decline unnecessary. For a service that bills itself as "luxury," the level of tact and professionalism leaves much to be desired, especially at that price point.

After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. It was on a hunch that we called to confirm that the car was coming in 30 minutes. Tim said we never confirmed and should have called earlier in the day to confirm! Say what? Is that customer service. We should have called to make sure he did not forget? We are not his assistants, we are customers. We were left high and dry with a group with dinner reservations and theater. Tim was simply overbooked and dropped us. You could tell by Tim's attitude and statements that something was up. Highly unprofessional. Uber to the rescue and all landed up well. We are now one former customer who will gladly spread the word. We all make mistakes, but you have to own up to them and not blame the customer for not doing your job.
