As always, CTNY limo provided us with a wonderful driver, Tom. He was on time, an exceptional driver, friendly , but professional. It was a pleasure having him drive us and he provided the perfect start to our vacation. Thank you CTNY limo Service, always accomodating, caring and helpful. read more

Used them a few times from Greenwich to HPN and to Newark. Always early, great cars, professional drivers. Highly recommend.

I booked CTNY primarily because they offer car seats, and off the strength of their reviews. I was traveling with an infant alone following a transatlantic flight. The car they sent me had an *EXPIRED SEAT IMPROPERLY INSTALLED.* The car seat was four years out of date. The driver's point of view on the expiration and improper installation was "not my problem." The dispatchers point of view was "not my problem." Who's problem is it then? Mine apparently, who had to put my infant child's safety at risk to take my prepaid rush hour car over an hour from JFK to Connecticut. A child's safety while in their vehicle should be of upmost importance to a car service. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN. read more

I have used for CTNY for over 10 years to travel to the local NYC airports from CT and I have never been disappointed. The cars are in great condition and the drivers are on time (always early), trust worthy and professional. Helen is always ready to book a last minute reservation for me. Do not risk your safety with a random Uber/Lyft driver. read more

I was a little skeptical about booking with CTNY when I first found them here on Yelp given that they didn't have any recent reviews, but I think that's just because more people are using Google reviews now. I have to say, though, they have to be THE BEST airport ride in the NYC area. My flight was cancelled less than 24 hours before takeoff, and Helen, CTNY's owner, was so understanding and helpful. She was able to reschedule a ride for me to a different airport at a completely different time (about 6 hours earlier than I was originally booked) with very little notice. I was literally on the phone with her at about 11 at night asking for a pickup at 8 a.m. the next day, and she made it happen. My driver, Lou, was excellent - arrived on time (a little early even) and was a very safe, efficient driver. I will definitely use CTNY the next time I'm in New York. read more

When you need transportation for your family, you need to have trust. I want to know that they will be there on time and I want to know that they will send a quality driver who is focused on making the experience a pleasant one. Helen is the skipper of this squadron and she is on her game! After coordinating some tricky details with her on a few occasions, it is obvious that her entire philosophy is geared so that you get excellence, every time. Nicely done. read more

A limo company has to do only one thing really well: Show up on time at both ends! They did this, and Ray (I think) the driver was cool, and a good driver. I've always wondered why some limo drivers are terrible at driving, since they do it all day long! But not this guy, smooth and fast. No problems other than the first confirmation email had the wrong dates, glad I looked at it closely. It was quickly fixed. Other than that, everything was great. Give them a try! read more

Finding the ideal ride from Greenwich to Manhattan with six bags of assorted luggage for a few passengers including my 2yr old toddler seemed like a daunting task but I trusted in Yelp and was glad to have been directed to CTNY limo which provided a smooth and excellent journey. Pricing was fair and competitive, booking was simple, the SUV we used was in perfect shape and the service for the actual ride was the best part of the journey. Our driver today was nice to chat with and took special care to drive conservatively since we had a baby in the car. I've been to NYC dozens of times but have never come into the city as relaxed as I did today. Highly recommended! read more

I found this company after reading reviews on Yelp. From the start, Helen (owner) answered call herself, very professional. Great communication from time of booking to end of trip. Email confirmation, email update day before trip with driver picture and contact info, email telling you driver is on way and then arrived. Follow up email with comments for feedback. Extremely customer friendly. Our driver Mario was lovely, engaging and very professional. Traveling can be stressful but this company is wonderful and reliable. Highly recommend. read more

Super dependable! I've used CTNY Limo several times and most recently for a ride to JFK. They are always on time and will let you know when they are on the way and will keep you updated. The drivers are professional and the cars extremely clean and luxurious which makes it that much better! read more

I have become acutely aware of CTNY Limo based here in Greenwich in numerous business and social functions over the past few years. I have found universal praise for the company, its philosophy, its drivers, and its professionalism from all who use them. And the owner and manager, Helen Pesce, in addition to being a hoot and fun, is absolutely committed to high quality service for both existing regulars and new customers. When the need arises, look no further. read more

I tried to call to book two trips as a first time customer and the woman who picked up the phone sounded high and was totally incompetent. After trying to tell her my name three times, and being put on hold twice (and then being asked if she could call me back in 15 minutes), I decided that if this was the level of service I was going to receive, that I would take my business elsewhere. Note to the business: your customer service people on the phone are the front line to your business. read more

Helen called me back right away even though I called before business hours. The driver assigned to me was kind, smart and professional. I hate using these types of companies because of the expense. But I have to say they were really kind and professional and I would use them again for sure. read more

I needed to arrange for a car service to pick up my elderly father from JFK and bring him to Connecticut. I was pleased with the positive reviews for CTNY Limousine here on Yelp, so I decided to engage their services. CTNY Limousine exceeded my high expectations. Their prices are very competitive, and Helen was absolutely delightful to work with. She sensed that I was nervous about my father traveling on his own, and she stayed in touch with me before, during, and after his trip. My father said that his driver, Ray, was absolutely wonderful. My dad arrived safely and happily in his home, thanks to CTNY Limousine. I will definitely be using their excellent services for all my future east coast transportation needs. read more

I have used CTNY Limo several times since summer of 2015 and they are my go-to company for transportation to and from JFK or LGA. Their drivers are knowledgeable, courteous, and punctual. One driver saved me about 20 minutes of waiting by bringing me to the less-busy of 2 curb side check in points. He knew that most people stood in line at one while the other had no one in line. Those little things matter. Helen (the owner) has taken my calls and answered my emails at all hours. I noticed that one potential customer was upset at Helen for answering the phone while Helen was at her son's baseball game (bad cell signal). Helen was concerned that the call was from a customer awaiting pick-up. I see that as excellent customer service. I have a trip scheduled every few weeks and will continue to use CTNY Limo to and from the airport. read more

I am very happy with CTNY's service. They even suggested a larger vehicle to accommodate the extra bags to the airport. Their driver was professional and early. read more

Very professional car service for our ride from from LGA to Norwalk, which I highly recommend. I spoke with Stacie on the phone to reserve my ride, and was e-mailed a detailed confirmation. From the time the plane landed, I received e-mails, texts, and cell phone calls where to meet our driver. The SUV was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a bottle of water, which was much appreciated. Eric did a great job of finding the least crowded roads during rush hour to get us to CT. My only regret is that I wish I had known of CTNY sooner, and not dealt with a local shared shuttle service that previously kept me waiting at the airport over an hour before heading to my destination, and then dropping other people off for a monotonous, long drive. For 2 people, CTNY did not charge much more than the shuttle, but the service was so much better. Worth the extra $. read more

Best car service ever! Polite, responsive, super clean cars, professional drivers, on time service. Highly recommended!

I received an email (as promised) as I stepped of my plane, which was early. Lou was waiting for me right where we agreed. Thank you, CTNY Limo team! read more

Dealing with CTNY was a pleasure in every way. Stacie handled my reservation efficiently and professionally. Mr. Martinez, my driver, was personable and professional. I never worried for a minute that there would be a problem with my reservation because i had contact numbers for every step of the trip. I don't travel often but when I do, CTNY Limo will be the first number I call. read more

Unbelievable service. Beautiful ride and wonderfully friendly staff. I was stuck in a blizzard and my flight out was iffy. But Helen was so understanding and supportive. She kept checking my flight status as well. The driver was excellent and the car was clean and comfortable, just what I needed after a stressful day of switching flights. I would definitely recommend CTNY limo. read more

I cannot say enough good things about CTNY Limousine. Working with Stacy to arrange for a stretch limo for my twin daughters' Sweet 16 dinner in Manhattan was a pleasure. She made the process so easy and was very responsive and extremely helpful. The limo was beautiful and immaculate. The driver Herbert arrived on time and was so pleasant and professional. I will absolutely call them again when the need arises. Thank you CTNY Limo for making my twin daughters' special night extra special. read more

This review is a bit late as I used CTNY for the first time a few months ago. I choose them based on location but mostly from prior YELP reviews. I was as pleased as I hoped to be....on time, very personable (right from the start when booking and speaking to Helen), and an extremely clean car. I look forward to my next vacation and calling CTNY again. read more

I had my brother's wedding in Nov of 2015 in Stamford, CT. I contacted CTNY back in in September of 2015 to explain the situation to them. Helen and Stacie were MORE than willing to help from the beginning. their prices were good but beyond that their SERVICE was awesome! I had about 95 people fly in from all over the world for this wedding to various airports (JFK, LGA, and EWR). Not everyone flew in together on the same day - we had about 60 different pickups and drop offs. I made an excel sheet outlining people, their flights, and groups and phone numbers. CTNY contacted each guest, picked them ON TIME, dropped them off in a timely manner, etc. I worked with CTNY because i thought they would provide me with peace of mind. they did exactly that. I didn't have to worry - we went over any holes in my excel file; they asked questions to learn what was exactly going on and when. I couldn't have asked for a better transportation service. Not only am I highly pleased; but most importantly my guest were blown away at how easy and seemless the transportation was for the wedding. If i could give 10 stars i would!! read more
