Khalid and his team have been great with pick ups and drop offs whenever I'm in the East coast. I've used All Towns Livery for several years now, and each time their professionalism impresses me. The team is great at suggesting earlier pick up times if traffic to JFK seems particularly heavy. Unless there's traffic, the team is terrific about arriving 10-15 minutes to pick me up. Being picked up from JFK is not an easy feat, but the team again excels at communication: I'll receive a text or call whenever the driver is at the airport and not once have I received push back for unexpected lengthy waits at the baggage claim. If you're a rider who prefers a talkative or silent drive, the team can work with either type. Their cars are comfortable, clean, and have complimentary water bottles. I moved to Fairfield county (Stamford) two years ago from the city. I fly regularly for work and was lucky enough to stumble upon Khalid and All Towns Livery soon after my move. In addition to that the cars are clean and very comfortable and the service is outstanding. Khalid and his team are always there early. They know my flight information better than I do. They know the best route to take and are 100% reliable. They are also incredibly pleasant to ride with, whether you have a conversation with them or prefer just to work or sleep. There have also been many occasions where I used All Towns for personal (non-work) trips including coordinating rides to and from a wedding, trips with larger groups of people that require a larger vehicle, activities with a limo and also a party bus. Khalid is fantastic about working his network to get his customers the best deal to suit their needs. And then you are in control of timing and can be flexible, rather than hoping there is an uber driver available at the right time with the right type of car. We're new to Stamford (from NYC) and I used All Towns twice this winter, once for business and once for a personal trip, both times to LGA. The owner, Khalid, is wonderful. Very organized and professional. And most importantly for a car service - dependable and safe. I flew back to LGA after a huge blizzard hit our area. He could have left me stranded, but he made it to LGA at Midnight, after a horrible travel day of delays, and got me home safely. And then a week later, I had another trip to LGA, this time with my husband and baby - and he came with a car seat installed. There are a lot of options when it comes to traveling to the airport. Back in November I was looking for a car service to JFK from Newtown and found All Towns. Since then, I have taken them 6 times and I cannot rave enough about the service. They are always on time and when my flights get in early (one got in 40 mins early), they were already waiting for me. They make pick up and drop off completely seamless and easy. The drivers are friendly and professional and the fleet of cars is top notch. They are my go-to car service whenever I need a ride for work or for my own vacations. Recently, I landed just ahead of one of the nasty snow storms and they were there waiting and got me home safely. I was so appreciative to not have to worry about getting home and knowing my ride would be there. Khalid was very communicative as we were navigating the storm and the flight and I was so appreciative! Give them a try, I guarantee you will become a long term customer whether you need frequent rides or just a few times a year. read more

This was a terrible experience. The driver/owner showed up and sat in his car checking his phone while I dragged my luggage from my house in the snow to the car. Three bags might I add. Then he started to back into the busy two lane road I live on. I sat in the back seat looking a car barreling toward me and shouted, "you can't back out of the driveway, pull in and turn around." We have a large driveway with ample room to turn around so I do not understand why he was so careless; maybe he was still checking his phone. When we arrived at the airport I tipped him because that is my style. When I called and booked the car, he quoted me $90.00 for the service. He never mentioned he included 20% gratuity. When I read my receipt and saw that he charged me and then accepted the extra gratuity I called him and said that was not fair. He yelled at me that none of his customers tip and that it was my responsibility to read the receipt in advance and know that the tip was included. I asked why he simply didn't quote $90.00 plus 20%, he hung up on me. I hope he's happy losing this frequent flyer over double dipping and doing a half-assed job. Passengers beware. read more
