From start to finish, Ethan was honest, professional and was in constant contact with my husband and I about our reservation. He sent confirmation texts and emails and always let us know he was plugged into our trip, flight delays etc. He showed up on time and the cars he used were clean and in excellent condition. We had used other "popular" limo services in the past, but never got this quality of service. In addition, his prices are fair and reasonable and there were no extra charges that some other services add to the total. His initial quote was the final price charged. My husband plans to use this limo company for his business transportation needs, our personal trips and we plan to recommend Ethan to our friends and family. Five stars across the board!

The ride itself was smooth, and the driver's attention to safety and courtesy truly stood out. I literally never felt if she was hitting the brake or gas peddle it was so smooth! What impressed me most was the attention to detail from beginning to end with updates and communication and kindness.
