We used Ultimate Limo for the first time this summer for a round trip transfer to JFK from Brookfield CT. Shannon was a pleasure to work with; she was very professional and willing to work with us to take advantage of available coupons / discounts. Both of the drivers were on time which is key to ensuring a good first impression for me. Last October we booked transportation to JFK through Ultimate Limo. We didn't know what to expect - routine courtesy, timeliness, help with luggage. What we got was a driver, Elvis, who was prompt, efficient, friendly but professional, and knew his way around jams and impossible traffic. On our return, we had and emergency and had to book early. We contacted Elvis directly and then worked through Shannon who was simply great. Elvis arranged to meet us in Newark (way out of his way) and was solicitous beyond expectation. After well over 300 trips with Ultimate Limousine I think I have a pretty good feel for their operation. They are prompt, safe, helpful, friendly, and courteous. The drivers do their homework and will monitor traffic to detour if needed. In all those trips I've never worried about missing a flight. Travel isn't always smooth, but Ultimate Limousine has always been flexible and accommodated the changes in schedules. I would give Ultimate Limo 10 stars if I could! We used their wheelchair service yesterday for a doctor checkup. We were sent to the wrong address, but they rolled with the punches, got us loaded back up in the van and got us to our correct destination and back to rehab again even with the extra time that took!
