I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this limo service from start to finish. Shannon, who helped me book the reservation, was truly exceptional. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure everything worked out perfectly for us. From the very beginning, she made the process feel easy and stress-free. Our driver, Raul, was just as amazing. He was professional, friendly, and extremely accommodating throughout the ride. When we needed to extend our time, he handled it without hesitation and made sure our group could continue enjoying the night without any stress. The limo itself was spotless--literally sparkling clean--and stocked with everything we needed. You could tell the company takes great pride in their vehicles and their service. Between Shannon's incredible customer service, Raul's professionalism and kindness, and the immaculate limo, the whole experience exceeded our expectations. I truly wouldn't use anyone else and will absolutely be booking with them again. Highly recommend! read more

We used Ultimate Limo for the first time this summer for a round trip transfer to JFK from Brookfield CT. Shannon was a pleasure to work with; she was very professional and willing to work with us to take advantage of available coupons / discounts. Both of the drivers were on time which is key to ensuring a good first impression for me. We had two different drivers, both named John, and like Shannon they had a positive attitude and very pleasant during the trips; despite the heavy traffic which I'm sure was frustrating but they kept their cool at all times. We're using this company again for a group transfer to JFK this Fall and I'm sure we'll have another great experience. Thanks Ultimate Limo ! read more

Last October we booked transportation to JFK through Ultimate Limo. We didn't know what to expect - routine courtesy, timeliness, help with luggage. What we got was a driver, Elvis, who was prompt, efficient, friendly but professional, and knew his way around jams and impossible traffic. On our return, we had and emergency and had to book early. We contacted Elvis directly and then worked through Shannon who was simply great. Elvis arranged to meet us in Newark (way out of his way) and was solicitous beyond expectation. This year we called Ultimate Limo to book again, with a special request for Elvis. We cannot say enough positive things about Elvis and Ultimate Limo. Steve Anderson read more

We LOVE these people! I have used them personally, I have business partners who use them frequently and now friends - and every SINGLE trip is the same raving compliments - Ultimate Limo is the BEST! Punctual, friendly, courteous, attentive, cautious and incredibly professional. From the moment you call to get a quote to the drop off at your destination. They track your flight and will EVEN call you in the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT to tell you, your 6:30 AM flight is delayed, so "you can stay in bed a couple more hours". WHO ELSE DOES THAT?!? Not any other company I know around here. Shannon and their team are FANTASTIC! Book your trip today and you will see what I mean. Safe travels! read more

It is hard to put into words the superior experience I had with Ultimate Limo, they have far exceeded my expectations. Shannon from the very beginning was accommodating and helpful with all of my questions for my wedding and helping to sort out what is needed, and for how long. To add some fun to my dress shopping experience, this past weekend I rented a limo for myself, bridal party and mom to go shopping. It was the most fun experience. The limo was decorated for us, our driver, Frank, was super nice, professional, patient, courteous. We has such a great time! Thank you Shannon, Frank and everyone at Ultimate Limo. You really have done the Ultimate Job! read more

Ultimate Limo is just that...the Ultimate. From the time of our booking, to being picked up to start our travels, and then our return trip, everyone is extremely friendly and professional. Shannon is a pleasure to work with and is always there to help. The drivers have all been great. Always on-time, with clean vehicles. The drivers go above and beyond to get you to your destination on time, by knowing all the "short cuts" around traffic and congestion. They're always courteous and helpful. We've been a customer of Ultimate since 2017 and have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend their superior service. read more

After well over 300 trips with Ultimate Limousine I think I have a pretty good feel for their operation. They are prompt, safe, helpful, friendly, and courteous. The drivers do their homework and will monitor traffic to detour if needed. In all those trips I've never worried about missing a flight. Travel isn't always smooth, but Ultimate Limousine has always been flexible and accommodated the changes in schedules. It's comforting to know there is one part of the travel plans I don't have to worry about. I will add that my driveway is long and steep--no fun in the winter! They handle it all without a hiccup. read more

We hired Ultimate Limo to take us to JFK for our first Disney World trip as a family and our experience was excellent. So good, that we're using UL for our upcoming trip as well. The drivers were on time, safe, courteous, and the vehicles were clean. But easily the most impressive part was Shannon. She took time with us to talk about different options, sent photos of vehicles, and provided great advice. At no point did I feel like I was "just another customer." We obviously highly recommend Ultimate Limo. read more

The best and only limo company I would use! In April after Jetblue cancelled our flights from New York to Savannah in the middle of the night, Shannon was there to ensure whenever our flight was, there would be a driver for us. Coming back we ended up landing in Boston (thanks to Jetblue) and we had a driver waiting for us because Ultimate Limousine Service is always there. Clean cars, the best drivers! Within hours of an email request, you have a driver booked and they will be there. read more

my family of 10 has used several times and each time it just gets better and better. The drivers are so professional and arrive on time... Pick up on time and Shannon keeps in touch with us 24 hours prior to pick up from home to pick up at the airport. Every driver we have had has been interesting but not overly talkative which can be difficult when in a car traveling with kids. having used several car services over the last many years, this one is highly highly recommended. read more

My husband and I did a family vacation (6 adults)out West. Shannon knew exactly what we would need to make our trip to and back from JFK as convenient and comfortable as possible. The limo was on time and both drivers were extremely courteous and helpful. It was very important to me that this trip be perfect and the fact that it started and ended with Ultimate Limousine made it so from beginning to end. I highly recommend this service and I will use it again in the future. read more

Ultimate Limo is the best! We hire them a couple times a year to do wine tasting around Connecticut. We recently used them for a birthday and CT Craft beer tasting.
