I booked a ride to the airport for this morning with these folks based on a Facebook ad. I saw that they have very few reviews/online presence, but figured it was worth a shot. That was a mistake, it turns out. Even though I confirmed the ride the night before with David, our driver, I ended up outside my home 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time with absolutely no communication and their phone number going straight to voicemail. My best guess is that this is a hobby for someone and not a serious attempt at a business. Cancelling the ride last minute would be one thing, but to not show up, not communicate about it whatsoever, and have your phone set to voicemail? This "company" is deeply unserious and should be avoided. Editing post-business response: I think it's important to note two corrections from the business response: 1) No one reached out "immediately". Someone reached out 30 mins after our scheduled time, saying they went to the hospital "last night" (we were contacted around 6 AM, after texting and calling multiple times, when our scheduled pickup was at 5:30). I wish someone did reach out immediately when the incident happened the night before - that would have been far more acceptable than radio silence until a full half hour after our scheduled time. Not sure why that didn't happen when the incident occurred instead of waiting until after our pickup time. 2) We were offered 50% off of a ride, not a complimentary ride.
