We were looking for a car service to drive us back and forth to the airport for a big, special vacation and I found Mas Limousine on Yelp and gave them a try. Wow! They are fantastic! The pick-up at our house was right on time and Rick was so nice, professional, and accommodating. We ran into an accident on one of the NY highways and Rick calmly found an alternate route and assured us he'd get us there in plenty of time, which he did. On the way back we had a delay with going through customs and getting our luggage but Nicole was in touch via text all the time, and as soon as we got out to the sidewalk she drove from the lot that Security had forced her to within minutes. And she was another wonderful, pleasant person to talk to as she got us home. And Victoria, who I'd spoken to on the phone to make the arrangements and who kept us up to date with confirmations and reminders, is similarly great. USE THIS CAR SERVICE!! read more

We booked this transport service for our group going on a cruise. They were very informative when requesting a quote. We then were able to reserve online. Our driver Ricki texted us when he was on his way to pick us up and how far away he was. He loaded up our luggage and we were on our way to NYC cruise terminal from CT. He dropped us off right outside the terminal building. On our way back we had booked him to pick us up at the latest time we were allowed off the ship. Though there were some issues with customs and the ship did not clear as normal. He was ok and waited patiently. We met him outside the terminal building and he got us back to CT! He was very pleasant and professional all the time as well as personable. I would recommend them to anyone needing transport to NYC. read more

Victoria followed through via email and text to ensure that the details of our trip to NYC were accurate and confirmed. Our driver, Rick arrived promptly for pickup and in the vehicle that I had specifically requested. Rick could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The car was extremely clean and comfortable. The trip into the city was extremely smooth and worry free. Rick kept in touch with us via text for each leg of our trip. The return trip was equally as smooth and efficient. This is the right car service for anyone traveling with senior citizens! Traveling with my elderly parents from LAX to JFK is no easy task. Their comfort and safety are my top concerns. I found Mas Limo AFTER not being able to book a car online with a leading vendor for a ride to Stratford from JFK. It turned out to be a blessing. I was hesitant at first because the quote was much lower than I was used to. (ironically) But Victoria called me soon after my booking and verified my travel details and even gave me the driver's name and phone number. She was thoughtful as was the driver. He was on time. Sensitive to my parents' needs with car temperature, pit stops and bottled water. I was thoroughly impressed so 5 stars because it's so above my expectations. (I must add that I also booked a car upon return to LAX. I paid top dollars but the driver was not attentive to my parents, went the wrong direction and agitated us all.) Mas Limo raised the standards for private car hired. Try it and you will know what I mean. read more

My son had a 6:00 a.m. flight out of LaGuardia (from New Milford, CT) so his pick up was at 2:30 a.m. Because I hadn't used them before, I was a bit worried, but the driver was right on time and their trip to the airport was uneventful.
