It was evening when we were picked up and when we looked up stars were twinkling. The interior of the roof was lined with both twinkling and shooting stars! We were provided with water, mints and chocolates. The driver certainly knew the route especially when he diverted from the highway to avoid a slowdown! Upon our return trip to JFK, my request for a car seat was honored as we were bringing our granddaughter back to our home in CA. Again, this driver was an extremely skilled at making our trip to the airport both smooth and on time! Communication with Iconic Limousines was quick and informative. I definitely recommend Iconic Limousines for airport or other transportation!

Their drivers are well-informed, personable, as well as being smooth and safe drivers - no jarring starts/stops/swerves. They take the time to confirm your return trip information. I cannot recommend Norberto more highly. A class act.

From start to finish, Ethan was honest, professional and was in constant contact with my husband and I about our reservation. He sent confirmation texts and emails and always let us know he was plugged into our trip, flight delays etc. He showed up on time and the cars he used were clean and in excellent condition. We had used other "popular" limo services in the past, but never got this quality of service. In addition, his prices are fair and reasonable and there were no extra charges that some other services add to the total. His initial quote was the final price charged. My husband plans to use this limo company for his business transportation needs, our personal trips and we plan to recommend Ethan to our friends and family. Five stars across the board!

He then came into my house and tried to help as much as he could while the EMS service was there.
