The well maintained Mercedes SUV was extremely clean and comfortable. Orlando is such a pleasant man, helped with my luggage, enjoyed nice conversation on the ride, and he was extremely courteous. I flew out of LaGuardia on Sunday and returned on Tuesday morning. Orlando picked me up in New Fairfield in plenty of time to catch my flight and was at the airport waiting for me upon my return. Bottles of water are always in the vehicle along with snacks. There is also screens on the back of the front headrests if you want to watch movies during the ride to the airport. The fees for airport transport are comparable to what other companies in the area charge. For me, knowing that I can rely on airport transportation is very important which is why I will continue to choose Rosa Rides for my future travel plans which require flights from New York.
