During our holiday party, the driver refused to transport employees to pre-approved locations--despite written confirmation at the time of booking, which I retained. The three stops were all within half a mile of each other, and the venue itself was only three miles away, making the refusal both illogical and unnecessary. The driver was abrasive with our employees, and dispatch was equally unpleasant. While I understand the driver was following instructions, his tone and handling of the situation were entirely within his control and were unprofessional. The only resolution offered was removal of the driver's tip, which failed to address the broader issue of how the situation was managed by the team as a whole. Despite this, I gave Elite another opportunity for a Yankees game outing--and unfortunately, it was another poor experience. The bus's air conditioning was not functioning on the way down in 80-degree weather, making the ride extremely uncomfortable. We arrived at the stadium hot, sweaty, and exhausted. When I followed up the next day, the manager, Chelsea, was dismissive and unwilling to take any responsibility for the malfunctioning A/C or radio, citing that the vehicle had passed inspection prior to dispatch. She also questioned why I didn't report the issue immediately when the bus arrived, which was frustrating and misplaced. We were communicating with Ricardo (our very pleasant driver) how hot it was and he said it wasn't working properly. (Note: the bus arrived @ 4pm and I emailed them at 5:30pm.) The bottom line though is that it's unclear what could have been done mid-trip to resolve a mechanical issue, and placing that burden on the customer is unreasonable. There appears to be a consistent lack of accountability across the organization. The only remedy offered in both instances was removing the driver's tip, which does not address the root problems. The fact that their only proposed resolution is to remove the driver's tip is telling of how they treat their employees. This was an opportunity to make things right, but instead reinforced my decision not to use Elite again--and to advise others to avoid them as well.

I wanted to make sure that we were getting a good fair rate and Ride In Style Limo gave us a good rate and beat many others that I had called to get a quote. When we arrived at JFK, we were greeted by our personal driver Toufique, he was SUPER friendly, professional and polite, helped us with our luggage. We had a good conversation as we took the long drive to Manhattan during rush traffic time, he was very knowledgeable and gave us some good tips on places to see while in NYC. After the wonderful experience we had I decided to also booked our drive back to JFK after our vacation was over, we had an early pick up time at 4:30am and Ride in Style Limo was there on time! we were met by Parveen, he was very professional and polite, he was texting me and letting me as he was getting closed to our hotel to make sure we could spot him, he helped us with our luggage and got us to the airport on time. When coordinating, I had an unusual setup. 8 family members taking 3 different flights that were spread out in a 48 hour period. Thus, 3 separate airport pickups. All I needed was a company who could coordinate these airport transfers without giving me a massive headache. Enter: Ride In Style Limo. My hero in black leather seats. I needed a sedan for #1, a big SUV for #2, and then another sedan---for myself. After doom-scrolling Uber estimates of the $100-$125 per ride (plus the emotional cost of maybe getting a Toyota Corolla that smells like gym socks), I looked online and found Ride In Style. Preet responded fast, quoted me a fair price...honestly...it was only slightly more than what a rideshare would've cost. Worth. Every. Penny. The cars? Clean, spacious, and didn't smell like sadness or Febreze. The drivers? Total pros. They texted us ahead of time, met us at the curb like royalty (no dragging our bags across the airport to find some mystery JFK pickup zone), and were exactly where they said they'd be. Each ride was smooth and easy---literally 5-star service all around. But here's where they really shined: my red-eye flight got delayed by FOUR HOURS. These saints didn't flinch. They tracked the flight themselves and showed up right when I landed at JFK, like some beautiful punctual limo fairy godmother. No frantic texts. No "call us when you land." Just peace, comfort, and zero stress. Honestly, I want this company to handle all areas of my life. Airport pickups? Nailed it. Emotional support? Feels like they could do that too. I'll absolutely be using them again the next time I'm in New York. I'll also be recommending them to anyone who wants VIP-level airport service without selling a kidney.     ABSOLUTELY NOT !! My grandmother hired them to drive 14 of us, with two babies, in a coach bus to…read moreour vacation. They sent a party bus, claiming their coach bus broke down; on, that's fine things happen, right? However, the party bus is not child safe, could not have babies in their car seats as was not able to hook up anywhere. And it all goes downhill from there.... 1. We had to take baby wipes to clean the inside as it was filthy!! Sticky, dirty, it was appalling. 2. The suspension on the bus needs to be checked. While holding onto the babies, we are being jumbled around the seats, often being bounced into the air. 3. The shades on the windows do not work, as they would not pull up and when we tried to they would get bunched up. 4. The wires for the lights in the ceiling were exposed, just waiting for someone to grab onto them. 5. We found opened bottled beverages all over the bus; water bottles and alcohol. Great for kids right... 6. We found broken glass inside the drink compartment and across the window sill. We cleaned it up to avoid anyone getting hurt. 7. When picking us up after vacation, the drive was an hour late. They claimed because of the storm the night prior, the driver was behind... ? Anytime we called for an eta we were given "12 minutes away," "6 minutes away," "20 minutes away," and so on. If you have to be somewhere at 9, leave early to accommodate traffic. 8. The driver was texting and driving!! When we called the company to report him, they immediately backed him up saying "oh he's using his gps on his phone." I have attached the photo we took of him to this post... very clearly texting as you can see the keyboard of emoji's and call button in the contact he's texting. When my grandmother wrote a bad review, they have now blocked her post and her from their Facebook page, AND started harassing her with texts and phone calls. Apparently the owner will be calling her on Friday to hear her out. But then why can't her post be up...? No wonder they have a 5 star review, they delete the bad ones. BE CAREFUL HIRING THIS COMPANY!!
