Our driver Ricki texted us when he was on his way to pick us up and how far away he was. He loaded up our luggage and we were on our way to NYC cruise terminal from CT. He dropped us off right outside the terminal building. On our way back we had booked him to pick us up at the latest time we were allowed off the ship. Though there were some issues with customs and the ship did not clear as normal. He was ok and waited patiently. We met him outside the terminal building and he got us back to CT!
