Nightmare to Remember To be blunt. I would not recommend this company/service to my worst enemy. We rented a 30 person party bus for my wife and sister-in-law's(twins) birthday. We arranged for the bus to arrive at 7 and made reservations at a restaurant at Mohegan Sun for 8:30. Seemed like a fool proof plan: a nice dinner accompanied with some gambling and drinks. The "Premier" experience started off with the driver calling us at 7:30 asking for directions because his phone was at 2 percent battery and he was going to lose his GPS shortly. Luckily somehow he arrives 10 minutes later and asks to use our restroom. These things happen, so we waited patiently while he spent another 10 minutes in our bathroom. When he finally made his way back to the bus we realized this nightmare would continue. The driver had no clue on how to connect our phones to the sound system. He indicated "THIS IS MY FIRST TIME DRIVING A PARTY BUS". After trying to get music for another 10 minutes we caved and just grabbed a bluetooth speaker from the house. So here we are at 8pm and we are en route to the casino with music playing from a small bluetooth speaker. Due to the driver's phone dying I was forced to sit in front and use my gps to navigate the driver most of the trip. During this I realized the lights in the back are fully on and there is no ac. I asked the driver how to dim the lights and get ac and he indicated all controls are in the back. After another 20 minutes of this endless search I again go up to the front. I find above the driver are the other options including light switches, and ac controls. At this point I ask the driver what training he had prior to the company letting him go out on his own. HE INDICATED HE INTERVIEWED THIS SAME AFTERNOON AND HAD NO TRAINING. I was shocked, did they not have a driver prior to him interviewing? Did they even run a CORI check or do any background check before they let him be responsible for 30 peoples lives. This is a party bus not a taxi. The end result is we missed our dinner which caused everyone to go in their own direction and the rest of the night could not go as scheduled. Luckily this was only a birthday party and not a wedding. We called the company to try to make things right but their offer to remedy the situation was comical. In hindsight we should have disputed the charge. I couldn't imagine trusting them with a 50k plus wedding. read more

As an update, this is a company who really cares about their customers. They take their reviews seriously and they do what it takes to retain customers. As an added bonus, their drivers are top notch. I am not a good passenger and as a result am always the driver. I felt safe and comfortable in the able hands of their drivers! Hubby will he making his reservation within 24 hours! Well, I am updating again! I was lucky to have Ashton bring us to LGA last week and have Chris return us from LGA to our home in Fairfield. This company took my deposit of $200.00 and when everything was cancelled last year due to the pandemic, did not refund my money. Have tried to contact them numerous times via the website as well as emailing the contacts I had when booking the service to no avail. Are they so desperate for my $200.00 that they won't even respond to my emails? I wanted to make sure I left a stellar review for the folks at Premier Limousine. I was arranging an airport pickup for my parents who were returning to the US from an international vacation. Rachel, who initially helped me set up my reservation, was awesomely helpful. She talked through the charges and fees and sent me all the information I needed. Of course as soon as I had plans in place, my parents flight home was delayed and cancelled super late at night, and we spent about 24 hours scrambling to figure out what the new plan would be to get them back home from South America. The dispatchers at Premier were fantastic and I had to call several times in the middle of the night to update them on where we were at and update the flight information once we had it. A driver was waiting for my parents at the airport when their flight finally landed and they had a stress free trip back home which was much needed after the stress of the flight changes. They reported that the car and driver were great. I'll definitely work with Premier Limousine in the future if I need to arrange another ride. read more

Needed a sweet ride, and we got it! We had a stretched truck limo (?), it was clean, gorgeous, lots of cool lights to play with, giant ice tub, our driver was friendly professional and prompt. However! The radio wasn't working. We were told it was the reception, which makes no sense. Eventually we were told, yes, the radio's wiring is on the fritz. We made the best of it, and had a sing along, but really???? When she came back to take us home, the radio was magically working.....Although we didn't dare change the channel. read more

Just went on a limo trip to Yankee Stadium in a premiere limo. Very disappointing. The limo was dirty when we first got in... Old jello shot containers, napkins etc. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom which was disgusting. Then the guy who organized the trip was stressed out through the whole trip because the driver wanted money for parking and asked HIM where to park. He had already paid for parking when he booked the trip and it even said that on his receipt. He didn't realize it was his responsibility to figure out where to park. We had to walk pretty far to get to the bus after the game and weren't exactly sure where it was. Then the driver went the extreme long way home. It took us way longer than it should have and he told our organizer that they charge extra for overtime! I will definitely find another limo service if I ever need one after seeing what happened on this trip. read more

I would have to say I was surprised when I walked out side after an amazing dinnner with family and friends for my 40th birthday. And my girlfriend had paid for a limo to pick us up from The restaurant and bring us 15 min down the road to foxwoods for a few hours. When entering the limo it was unbearable to get into the limo with what felt like the heat being on in the limo and Iwanted a nice cold glass of water which also did not happen becasue I found water bottles on the floor still in the plastic container u buy them in from the store. So this was a very bad start to the very exspensive limo my girlfriend had bought for us all to use for the evening. We had no choice but to sweat it out in the limo drinking warm water from the floor!! We had reservations at foxwoods for top golf and we did not want to be late. We arived at foxwoods after a very rough ride not going the most direct route to the casino. He took back roads with twists and turns that could have been avoided easily. After arived and getting out of the limo we went into foxwoods for a few hours to return to the limo to find it once again sweltering hot and it was still very warm out so not what any of us wanted to get back into. A hot car with 10 people!! My brother in law has a hard time as it is with tight spaces and having it be over whelmingly hot deff does not help. I was once again sweating and not feeling well my self. Very disappointed with the experience we had with this company! As a whole!! This is where it gets even better.. I contacted the company and explained what had taken place and how I was not happy with the way the driver drove and water on the ground and the temperature of the car both times. And I was ensured that someone would get back to me.. well no one ever did.. and I was not aware that my girlfriend emailed the company and filled out the survey as welll and was ensured that someone would contact her and no one ever did.. so enclosing I would not recommend this company to any one I know or dont know. My family and friends rent limos and or limo busses a few times a year and will never rent from this company again. Not sure who wants to pay all this money and time to set up a special event for someone and have them sweat in a car drinking warm water from the floor! But if that's what u call top service I guess we have diff ideas of what good not even ok customer service is.. one word to describe this experience!! TERRIBLE!! read more

I have used Premier a BUNCH of times and I have never been disappointed. The prices ARE very steep and that is why they do not get 5 stars...but the service is ALWAYS five stars. We rented a luxury van this past weekend to go up to Mohegan to celebrate my hubby's 40th and the van was DOPE as helll! Individual leather seats that reclined, carpeted floor, super roomy, cool lights inside. Our driver was friendly, drove with a quickness....we got there and home crazy fast. AND you can drink on the van in the state of CT which was awesome! I will use again and definitely recommend!! read more

If there were a no-star option I would choose it. They were a no-show to pick up the groom, best man and groom's father on our wedding day. No phone call, no effort to correct the error. We called them and waited on hold. The groom ended up driving himself, late, and the best man drove himself and his 84 year old grandfather in 108 degree heat in a car with a broken air conditioner. When I called Monday the manager was not aware of the missed pick-up, was sarcastic, noted that his computer did not show any notes, and asked if I wanted a refund - which I still don't have. The reservation was made in March for a July wedding and confirmed twice on 6/14 and 6/30. They claimed the driver must have gotten a flat tire. A company of their size who claims expert service should have dispatched another vehicle without the customer even realizing their vehicle issues. The worst part was the manager Joe's completely apathetic attitude. UPDATE: since posting this, another friend in my small circle related that she booked the limo for her now husband's bachelor party. SAME THING! No show. No call. When she called - they used the Flat Tire Excuse! Wow. Be careful if you are using them for something you actually need to arrive at! read more

I called this company a month ago and got a quote for car service from west Hartford to southern Maine and was quoted $510. I called today to reserve the service and was told there was an additional charge for the driver to stay overnight. This is a 3 hour drive each way and that requires overnight stay in a hotel for the driver????? Are you kidding????? I was put on hold so the reservation person could "talk to her manager" and the idiot put the call on speaker by mistake.....I heard every word. She said I was rude. Don't think so......maybe you should give your potential customers all the information upfront??? My first and last experience with this company. They are not true to their word read more

I called Premier to get a price for a limo for my daughter's wedding. They gave me a price that was outrageous. I called again the next day to see about changing how the limo was to pick us up. For only ONE hour, not an extra hour, they increased the cost. When I told them the price was lower the day before and the name of the person I spoke to they said she would call me back. I left her a message as well. She NEVER called me back. Their prices change according to the day, time and hour you call and when they are caught they ignore you. Premier limo's staff on the phone were very helpful in securing a shuttle bus for a wedding. However, when it actually came down to the day, the driver we had was awful. And I mean, AWFUL. He was late, extremely slow, didn't know where he was going so he took us in circles, refused to pull directly up to our venue because he said there were other cars in the cul de sac, meanwhile shuttle and party buses navigate that venue's driveway ALL the time with no issues (I've seen it myself). He was also late in picking us up at the end of the night when seriously you're booked for 6hours, you had nothing to do but wait and he somehow disappeared. Then of course our guests were angry, tired of waiting, and hot, so they tried to cram on as much as possible. About 20 people filed in to stand along the aisle ( granted I understand now that this is not allowed ) which is fine, we'll follow the rule but don't wait 15 minutes while you watch 20 people file in to stand and the all of a sudden announce they have to get off! Um, when you see the very first person standing you just say "no standing please" and then we know the rule. Don't wait for 20 other people to follow them like idiots while you just watch and then abruptly say no, and everyone has to reshuffle off, wasting time. Unbelievable. Then he took about 40 minute to return from what is literally a 2 mile distance, at midnight, with no traffic. No tip for this guy. I understand that maybe he's new but you need some better training or supervision than that. I'd give it zero stars but the sales woman helping me throughout the process on the phone and via email was very nice, prompt, and helpful. Hopefully they have other drivers who are better and more professional. read more
