I booked a van shuttle to and from JFK. When booking online, I was asked to give credit card information to submit the booking. Several days before the shuttle, I was asked to fill out a payment authorization form and submit a picture of my credit card. Within 24 hours of submitting that information, the card I used had a slew of fraudulent charges on it. I had to cancel that credit card. I submitted a new credit card for the reservation. A week later while I was out of the country, the second card I had used had a slew of fraudulent charges. I had to cancel that credit card as well. I was now stuck abroad with 0 credit cards as they had both been cancelled due to fraudulent activity. I canceled my return shuttle. This company either mishandles customer credit card information or does not adequately secure it. I will never use this shuttle service again. read more

Our flight from Hartford was cancelled and the only other airport we could fly out of within 4 days was Newark so we booked a 2 hour car ride through CT Airlink. We received a confirmation email and a text the morning of to let us know the car was on its way. They arrived 20 minutes early but waited while we still collected all out items to head out. The driver was friendly, wore a mask, and drove safely to our destination. I would highly recommend taking CT Airlink for any airport transportation. read more

Use at your own RISK!!!!!! If I could give them no stars I would!!!! I ordered a car with an employee over the phone for a business trip, and within hours of placing the reservation, my credit card was compromised. There were multiple online charges, totaling over $500. When I called back to inform the employee that I placed the reservation, there was no apology, no, nothing. His response was did you call your credit card company for a chargeback. What kind of customer service is this? Obviously, this is not the first time this has happened. They could even sign the canned cancellation email response with a name they signed - "Dispatch". If I were you, I would NEVER use this place to order a car unless you want your identity stolen. read more

We recently used CTairlink for transportation to JFK and then back from LGA. As far as the booking, price, vehicles, and drivers, I have zero complaints and much praise. There was good communication on driver arrival time. The drivers were on time and professional. We were transported safely and without incident. However, I needed to change our payment method on the second leg. I called the number I was provided for dispatch. They took my new CC number and I thought all was well. Today I received a fraudulent charge notification from my CC. Thankfully they declined it and contacted me. I called to speak with someone at the company to report it and I was only able to connect with dispatch again. I asked for a manager, business office, or owner contact and I was told I can only speak with them or call back another day. I am now very wary of how this company is run. I will follow up and update when I am able to get someone there. read more

Worst service ever. Driver didn't show and when we called dispatch told he would be 45 minutes late, making pickup one hour late. Great way to miss your flight. Do yourself a favor and never use this device. Facebook oage reviews look suspicious - like they've been done by friends and family of via some Facebook farm abroad. Courteous driver & helpful; our itinerary was messed up by the airline, so with CT Airlink, they communicated very well with us given the unforseen airplane delays. Scheduled a 3:30 AM pickup to JFK. Confirmed the day before and received a "all set" reply via email. By 3:35 no driver. 3:40 called their number and left a message. 3:50 called again, left message - no return call. Decided to drive ourselves by 3:55 or we would miss flight. Got a call from them at 4:20 that they were waiting at our house. Told then they were too late and we decided to drive on our own. A few days later they called and said it was our fault for leaving and that we didn't answer our phone. Also driver had arrived on-tine at 3:30 AM. All a bunch of BS. Once I told them I had security camera footage that showed the driver arriving at 4:05 AM (35 minutes late) and call logs that showed no call until after 4:15 AM they finally agreed to refund. Very unreliable - would never use again. read more

We scheduled Ct. Airlink for our family vacation. The pictures of the vehicles on the website are misleading and not what showed up in our driveway. We were told the black SUV had mechanical issues and this is why the white van with the Ct. Airlink name plastered all over the vehicle was the ride to the pier. The driver was curtious and ontime, but had driven us an hour out of the way because he had a different address punched into his gps. I can only discribe the terrifying adventure on way home as harrowing! We were pulled over on the Merritt parkway at gunpoint by 6+ city and state officers. My father along with the driver were yanked out of the car, handcuffed and put on the curb for questioning, while 6 of us had been retained and questioned, at gun point in the back of the van with our hands up. We were finnally informed by the state police, that the van was reported stolen by the business partner because the 2 owners were in a dispute. After, what seemed like forever, my father was uncuffed, but the driver remained cuffed and questioned. We had no idea if the van was going to be towed and if we were going to have to find other means home. Finnaly, after about 45 minutes the driver was released and we were back on the road. Not a word was spoken except for a standard apology! No explanation! I have made several phone calls to Ct. Airlink directly. To date, no return phone call or response of any kind. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR SERVICE! read more

I'd like to rate this service higher because my driver was pleasant and personable and was at the airport on-time, but I don't feel that I can because the car I was given was in obvious need of repair. The car was clean and presentable but soon as we got on the expressway, I noticed a shake that was strong enough to vibrate the headrest of the seat in front of me. By the end of the trip, that shake included a growl when cornering. The engine had an obvious miss too. I didn't feel unsafe (but given some more miles, that growl could be dangerous), but I was not impressed. read more

Avoid at all costs! This company charged our card then left a message on a cell phone number (they were asked not to use because of poor service where we were staying) instead of using the land line number as requested saying they were picking up 3 hours earlier than planned . When we were finally able to retrieve the voicemail message we called them back to let them know that 3 hours early would not be doable for us. They then argued that it was necessary to be at the airport 4.5 hours early for a domestic flight out of Newark. I think not. After a long drawn out fight, we compromised on them arriving at 1pm instead of the paid for 2pm pick up. The car arrived at 12pm and laid on the horn numerous times in a 1 minute time period. When we came outside to explain that the passenger was in the shower, the driver yelled feverishly and then took off. Our card was still charged suspeciously under the name Wisla Express. Save yourself the headache and find another company! read more

Used them to get from JFK to New Haven,CT. It was last minute and I was on a tight budget so I booked online. Turned out to be the cheapest car service and I was pleased to know someone would be waiting for me at JFK . The driver sent me a text letting me know he had arrived while my flight was landing and asked if I needed anything for my ride. When he picked me up greeted me with a smile. Car was super clean and the guy seemed generously interested in making sure I was comfortable. Had a relaxing ride and a good conversation with him.Really surprised at the previous review. It was two years ago looks like these guys have figured it out. Will definitely use them again. 5/5 ! read more

The service is unsafe! My wife feared for her life while the driver was falling asleep at the wheel. When I tried to resolve this with the "manager" he replied that I was just looking to get money out of him, just because I gave him the option to do the return trip at a discount or discount this trip. He became very angry and hung up on me. I would never recommend this car service based on safety. Don't get in any vehicles that CT Air Link operates read more
