Several days before the shuttle, I was asked to fill out a payment authorization form and submit a picture of my credit card. Within 24 hours of submitting that information, the card I used had a slew of fraudulent charges on it. I had to cancel that credit card. I submitted a new credit card for the reservation. A week later while I was out of the country, the second card I had used had a slew of fraudulent charges. I had to cancel that credit card as well. I was now stuck abroad with 0 credit cards as they had both been cancelled due to fraudulent activity. I canceled my return shuttle. This company either mishandles customer credit card information or does not adequately secure it. I will never use this shuttle service again.
