Aquila's gives a 30-minute grace period, which helped since the area gets very dark at night and the roads are narrow. I knew ahead of time there would be a lobster food truck and a live salsa band. When you arrive, you check in with the hostess, though there's no clear hostess stand since she's stationed at the end of the bar. The inside was crowded with no available seats, but we weren't there for the band anyway. Our igloo had a heater, but two would've been ideal. They recommend bringing a blanket, which I forgot, but it wasn't too cold--around the high 40s. We tried the "Sweet Wine Flight," which included Sparkling Rosé, Moscato, and white and red wine slushies. The white wine slushy was my favorite. It started raining while we were there, and everyone with fire pits cleared out, so I was extra glad we chose an igloo. They offered a cheese box, but it looked too small, so we stuck to drinks. Our server was polite and brought everything out quickly. Reservations give you two hours, and we had a great time. I like the variety of reservation options they offer. For suggestions: it would be nice to have a real charcuterie board instead of tiny cheese and veggie boxes. The indoor space could also be larger, especially for people coming for the live band, and there are no seats around the bar. Overall, though, it's a cozy spot, and I enjoyed the experience.

His package price was competitive and the reviews were great. I corresponded with Al frequently leading up to the day of our winery tour as our group had a lot of questions. Al always got back to me promptly. Our driver Pat was courteous, professional, accommodating and friendly. Our pick up was 10:30am. Pat arrived early and called to let us know but didn't rush us at all. He helped us with our bags, helped us into and out of the limo, etc as all good drivers should. There was water and a bottle of local wine in the limo. Once we got to the wineries he escorted us inside and got us all set up. At the second winery there were some stools set up instead of seats. Pat quickly went and got us some comfy chairs. He let us know what our timeline would be at each place and always arrived early but didn't rush us. Lunch was pretty good. Everyone liked their food. No complaints. We didn't like the third winery (our fault, Pat tried to politely inform us it wasn't his fave but didn't want to push us into not going and regretting it). Our driver was initially meant to be Joseph, but he was replaced at the last minute with a man named George. Our driver, George, stole from us and then told a false story about it! when waiting for the bridesmaids to descend, someone in the party paid him in cash when we were at the hotel (to my understanding, they're not even supposed to take payment beforehand, and he even angrily counted the money in front of him). We then had to go around the entire arena after he dropped us off at the incorrect entrance, which presented another problem. Unaware that someone in the party had already paid him, the matron of honor and bride gave him another cash gratuity. Without uttering a word, he accepted the packet. When the bride's family and I realized the next day that we had paid him twice, we called the firm. However, the driver insisted that our party member had never paid him, despite the fact that several witnesses had seen the money! As long as this dishonest driver continues to operate, we will NEVER suggest this company to anyone. They were really difficult to work with in attempting to make things right, and they never offered us an apology or a refund. If I could, I would rate something with a negative star. Very dissatisfied with the service we got on this important day.

The driver (James) was there 15 minutes early, had the car warm and cozy for our trip even had a carafe of hot coffee waiting for us.
