Had a great experience with Mike from Warwick Valley Car Service! He dropped us off and picked us up from Newark Airport for our vacation, and it was a pleasure. Mike is personable, he was early for both trips and knows his way around, saving us time and concern! Would definitely use again! read more

Linda and Michael run an excellent operation. Very personable and accommodating. On time pickup, super responsive, professional, and flexible. They offered several excellent suggestions to make our day of winery/distillery tours and dinner fun and memorable. There were four of us and we (and our wine purchases) fit very comfortably in the Caravan. Can't recommend them enough. read more

Very dependable car service. Mike was efficient and entertaining. We definitely recommend and will use this service again soon.

I was looking for a very early morning car and driver to take my husband to the hospital in Middletown from our home in Bethel. I got some pretty outrageous rates from a couple of car service companies. Warwick Valley offered a reasonable rate and I confirmed the date and time with Mike, who would be doing the driving. The night before, last minute, the hospital called to tell us my husband had to be there an hour earlier than they first told us. GRRRRR! I called Mike right away and there was no problem at all adjusting the pick up time. I was happy to be able to sleep to 8:30 AM as usual, feed and walk our dogs and then drive to the hospital myself to pick up my husband when I got the call he was ready. My husband told me Mike was at our house right on time, and he was dropped off at the hospital right on time. Smooth ride! Thanks for excellent customer service! Will definitely call this car service again if we need a dependable ride. read more

I called to get a quote and book their service to Newark airport. I spoke to a gentleman he took all information. He seem to b very concern about the 5am flight time. Which meant the pick up would have been about 2am. He repeated that a few times. He gave me the quote of 2 different prices going to the airport was more then the return! He said that he would get back to me by Tuesday. I called on Monday!!! When he said that I knew it was going to another car service. Which I did and had no problem with the pick up time. They were much cheaper too. Very unprofessional Update- Michael I thank you for your response. I apologize for my first posted review. I stand corrected. read more

Mike is great! He showed up early to pick us up at Crystal Springs resorts in a newer, very clean mini van (there were 5 of us). My friends and i hired him for a day out touring the local vineyards in the area for a bachelorette party. Mike offered great suggestion for the different vineyards and brought a lot of insight to our vineyard options. He even was willing to add an hour and a half because we were having so much fun. Warwick and surrounding areas do not have many options when it comes to transportation - Uber is limited or non existent and local car companies are not very accessible- and sometimes completely unavailable. I was fearful we would be stuck at a location and unable to get a ride back - so the idea of hiring a car for a day is both convenient and safe. With that being said, it come at a price. - we were willing to pay for it since it was a bachelorette celebration and convenience and safety were our priority - Crystal Springs Resort to Pennings, to Orange County Distillery back to Crystal Springs - we covered a decent amount of ground - 5 hours = $325 1.5 hours - $125 So $450 total plus tip for 6.5 hours. Worth it For us and anyone else looking for the same experience. Ultimately it was a great experience and glad we did it! read more

We had the pleasure of booking roundtrip group brewery transportation with Linda - she was right on time and so, so kind and fun to ride with. She was very knowledgeable of the area (warwick) and gave us awesome recommendations, one of which we stopped at and had a GREAT time. She was communicative the entire time and made the whole day seamless. Mike was also a pleasure to work with, booking and finalizing the details for the day. We really can't wait to use their service again - such great people ! read more

Mike and Linda were great for our group! We had a bachelorette party winery tour and they took us to multiple wineries all afternoon. They were timely, professional, and very friendly. read more

Mike was fair, courteous and friendly! I'm certainly glad we found him as we got delayed coming back by almost 8 hours but Mike told us not to worry, that he'd be there and sure enough he was!! I'm sure other companies would have said too bad or made us pay additional money but that was not the case. I would and will recommend Mike to anyone needing a ride but book early as he's extremely busy! read more

My girlfriends and I booked a weekend in Greenwood Lake months ago. My laziness and lack of planning hit us hard this week but i lucked out on Tuesday when I called Mike to see if they were available on Saturday for service for us to visit a few wineries, they were!! His wife and business partner, Linda, was our driver. She was awesome. Polite, friendly, funny and knowledgeable about the area. She had great recommendations and was extremely helpful. You can't find any better service in the area. We felt safe and at home and wish she had the time to join us for a glass of wine!! Thank you Linda and Mike!!! read more

See all

Mike and Linda have been a huge part of making sure our move to Warwick was a pleasurable transition. I travel for work frequently, and I don't even think twice, I ALWAYS call Warwick Valley Car Service, and they NEVER let me down. They have waited through airport delays, showed up on time despite crazy pre-dawn pickups, and even helped my wife install child seats in their very comfortable cars. But what separates this company from others are the people: Mike and Linda are truly some of the kindest and most interesting people I have met, and I have enjoyed some really cool stories about their lives during our drives, ranging from Spring Training workouts with the Yankees to discussions about great local wines. Don't think twice: once you give Warwick Valley Car Service a shot, you will now have a reliable mode of transportation moving forward ... and really cool new friends. Can't wait to try out their winery tour! read more

Mike was terrific, family pickup at LGA went perfectly. He's a talented city driver as well skilled on the country back roads. I was most impressed by his professionalism. Am I crazy? I called to get a quote and the guy who answered the phone told me to call back when I got closer to the date of service and he would give me an idea of the price. He said that he couldn't do it without the two addresses. I told him I had the two addresses and that I was trying to make arrangements now and he said "I don't have the ability to do that right now". Um...ok...WHAT THE HECK!?!? Why did you answer the phone then? Just call it a day at that point, sir. read more

You can't go wrong booking with Mike! I booked with Warwick Valley Car Service to return upstate after undergoing medical treatment in Manhattan, and he was prompt, met me right where I needed to be met, and was very pleasant the whole trip. His prices are also fair and up-front. Mike made the whole experience easy and stress-free, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Warwick Valley Car Service to anyone! Thanks :-) read more

I had the opportunity to use this service weekly over the last 9 months (60+ trips). In that time, I never had an issue going to / from Newark, LaGuardia or White Plains airports. Mike was very professional and always would validate my trip, double checking my departure/arrivals and being very accommodating when my plans needed to change. Both Mike and his wife Linda are very nice people and great conversationalists. Mike is very conscientious about how is business operates which is why he generally does not bring on additional drivers to meet the growing demand for his services. (Although the new guy Tab is practically a clone of Mike and awesome). While there are other car services / taxi businesses in the area, I encourage you to give Warwick Valley Car Service a try. It certainly made my life a lot easier getting to / from the airport whether it was 4am or midnight. I will be sure to use him again when I am back on the road for business. Thanks Mike and Linda! read more

Excellent prices, excellent personal service, and when I needed a copy of a receipt months later, they took the time to send it over to me. All in all quite pleased, and beats out Stamford based services at half the price. read more

Horrible -- I booked service both ways from Slate Hill to Laguardia - the ride to Laguardia was fine, the ride home was -- well there was no ride home. Our flight was delayed, he texed me he would be there. Our flight was delayed an additional 2 hours, so were would be landing at 11:30pm. He texted me he would not be there and to try Uber. Thats it?! he then texed me numbers to call to see if some other company can pick us up. I understand we were delayed, but I would think this happens in this business! He couldn't be bothered to find someone else to pick us up! I had to call many other car companies as we were boarding the plane! NEVER, NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!!!! read more
