Pickup 7 weeks later was also a breeze. Atlas monitors your flight and while waiting in line for customs, John e-mailed me and stated to contact him when though with customs and luggage in hand. texted him and four (4 min) later he pulled up and off we went on way home. cannot say enough about this service from placing the order to arrival home . John is very courteous and knowledgeable in many subjects. He asked if temp in vehicle was OK several times to ensure our comfort. He also inquired about our trip and how we made out in Europe and seemed concerned that all went well on our trip. Atlas's vehicles are all new (2019) and very comfortable to ride in .......Coming back from Europe the airline ( LOT) switched planes on the flight home, and John even knew about this and which plane LOT switched to (Air Belgian) which I found impressive ! So if you are looking for fast ,comfortable and enjoyable transportation, call Atlas , you will not be disappointed !

Told her NOT to dare call me on my travel date. I'll maybe(not)call her. BTW: too high priced for a lousy sedan. For that price I could get an upgraded Uber. So very pleased that we decided to ride with Bethel Car Service from JFK up to Stewart Airport…read more Our family of 3 was treated to white glove service (literally) from start to finish. The first wow! was how quickly we received a response. We requested a quote and received a detailed reply within the hour. We appreciated the follow-up confirmation of our reservation 24 hours before our trip began via both email and text. The next wow! was when we met our driver at JFK. We were able to track the location of the car via app and knew exactly where the driver was at all times. The vehicle was a shiny black Cadillac XT6 and the driver was dressed in a dark suit (and wore white gloves! I can't think of many car service drivers that present at that level in this day and age outside of the major urban areas). High touch services continued during our ride. You want wifi? You got it. Would you prefer still or sparkling water? A fragrance-free environment. It felt like a mini spa treatment in a car as our driver calmly and competently slogged (if that's possible) through a nasty accident-induced traffic jam AND a torrential storm that flooded the highway while we dozed off and caught up on emails. The fare is all-inclusive of tolls, gratuity, number of bags, etc. No worries about nickel-and-dime surcharges.
