Preet responded fast, quoted me a fair price...honestly...it was only slightly more than what a rideshare would've cost. Worth. Every. Penny. The cars? Clean, spacious, and didn't smell like sadness or Febreze. The drivers? Total pros. They texted us ahead of time, met us at the curb like royalty (no dragging our bags across the airport to find some mystery JFK pickup zone), and were exactly where they said they'd be. Each ride was smooth and easy---literally 5-star service all around. But here's where they really shined: my red-eye flight got delayed by FOUR HOURS. These saints didn't flinch. They tracked the flight themselves and showed up right when I landed at JFK, like some beautiful punctual limo fairy godmother. No frantic texts. No "call us when you land." I cannot have my phone on me while I am getting scans. It is dangerous. To have my phone blowing up like that, when there is already a scheduled pickup, someone calling me asking me how much longer? During an already stressful time, is absolutely ridiculous. I will never be using this car service again. To add, they were late on pickup. I scheduled the ride a week in advance, and they called me an hour after pickup telling me they will try their best to get me on time. I do not recommend. Ever.
