The whole thing was set up as a surprise for my fiancé and it could not have gone better. Our driver (Shane) was extremely professional and courteous. We were driven around in an immaculately maintained white Mercedes CLS 550. Logistics for this day were super important as I planned to propose to my girlfriend / fiancé, and was super OCD about all the details but things went so smoothly I could not imagine it going any better. Hot as hell and the AC in the back of the van was not working, the driver's was. Everyone was sweating profusely. My wife almost passed out. Emailed them on the way back and got a nasty, yelling phone call about posting a review, when I hadn't. Owner then proceeded to give our driver, who was good, a hard time about not knowing how to use the AC. I refuse to communicate with her any more as I don't think you yell at customers especially after they just buried a loved one. I should be thankful that I didn't get billed for overtime, considering her driver had to stop for gas and made a wrong turn and a 10-15 minute detour. She said she is fair...she didn't bill for the extra time. Next time if I want to spend $840 to get heat struck, I'll fly to Florida. Choose wisely, this was a mistake. Never once was there an apology or accepting of an issue, just a lot of yelling and refusing to accept responsibility.

The company sent a party bus in replacement, that was pulled over for speeding and then left our kids at the wrong drop off in the middle of no where with no one around and tried to refuse to retrieve them and bring them to the right drop off. If they say none of this is true they are lying. I have 30 people to back this up. They never even called to tell us the car broke down and they tried to say our kids didn't tell them they were being left at the wrong place when they 1000% did. All of this for $1600.00.

Atlas monitors your flight and while waiting in line for customs, John e-mailed me and stated to contact him when though with customs and luggage in hand. texted him and four (4 min) later he pulled up and off we went on way home. cannot say enough about this service from placing the order to arrival home . John is very courteous and knowledgeable in many subjects. He asked if temp in vehicle was OK several times to ensure our comfort. He also inquired about our trip and how we made out in Europe and seemed concerned that all went well on our trip. Atlas's vehicles are all new (2019) and very comfortable to ride in .......Coming back from Europe the airline ( LOT) switched planes on the flight home, and John even knew about this and which plane LOT switched to (Air Belgian) which I found impressive !
