Needed a ride from Newark airport at ONE IN THE MORNING all the way back to Montgomery. Got stuck at baggage and ended up not being able to leave until one-thirty. Mike was wonderful and patient and reassured me not to stress about being late. Was super helpful and speedy in his responses, clear communication from start to finish. He even had water and candy in the car which was appreciated after 9 hours of traveling from the west coast. About a month ago my mother was suddenly admitted to the ER and I needed a one-way transfer to NJ to pickup her car. Mike was incredibly responsive and professional and was able to accommodate my last minute request within an hour.
